He knows babies/children might get scared or nervous, so he takes the time to gently introduce himself to our baby at the start of every appointment. He takes the time to really listen and give you his honest opinion rather than rush through his patients. Not only is he super approachable, but he's very responsive (both in app and also if you call the office with a question). Parking is plentiful and the nurses here are very helpful. Of course St Jude has many good doctors, but Dr Kwon is truly wonderful!

I understood and agreed with that, but she didn't confirm the consultation time and instead hurriedly demanded my date of birth. After checking, she sighed and asked if it was my first visit, showing frustration as if I were the one who didn't understand. I'm usually easy-going, but to be blunt, I can be a bit lazy, so I generally don't leave reviews. However, if the clinic is going to continue operating, the receptionist, Hannah, really needs to be replaced. I've never been treated this rudely in my life. I reached out to this clinic for treatment, but I ended up leaving with more issues.

I really appreciated that he explained everything to me and talked to me as a competent, knowledgeable parent (which I am and often am not treated as such by medical professionals). Dr. Huang also didn't prescribe unnecessary medication but gave me a lot of over-the-counter recommendations. When I asked him if I really need the medication, he told me no, but if I ever do change my mind, the prescription is there. I appreciated his integrity. Honestly speaking, Dr. Huang had a thick accent that was at times difficult to understand. Words cannot express how much my family and I love and appreciate Doctor Luke and his office Mgr Agatha. He is one of the best Pediatricians around and Agatha is amazing!!! We have been patients for almost 20 years, since my son was very young and we now bring my grand daughter to see him. I've also referred all my family to him and even though it's a little bit of a drive he is so worth it. Dr Huang is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a pediatrician and Agatha will always make sure to get you in as quickly as possible - usually the same day, which is unheard of these days!!!!! He has been a life saver and a god send, when my grand daughter was hospitalized he called regularly to check on her. I will never forget the nurses complementing me on selecting such a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician and telling me his type of service/bedside manner is now unheard of. But the folks behind the desk and the nurse practitioner are amazing. My dog's become somewhat of a mascot, too. I haven't seen Dr. Chong much myself due to conflicting schedules and/or other reasons, but for the rest of the staff I'd give a solid 4 stars. Waiting periods vary, especially if you're seen near the end of the day.

She is warm and sweet, she takes her time with the patient and explains her procedures. What this is about, instead, is the terrible office she works in. The staff are socially and emotionally challenged. They do not greet you properly when you come in. All they say is: "For (child's name)?" The wait room looks like it was last given any attention in the 1980s. The paint is chipped, the furniture rugged, and there are no toys whatsoever. The staff have no bedside manners. When they give your infant a shot, they say no soothing words, give no warning, do not do a thing to calm the child down. One time, they bloodied my infant's onesie and simply did not say a word. I truly wish Dr. Reyes could do something to improve her staff - she and her clients deserve it.
