I'm extremely disappointed with my experience regarding prescription management at this office…read more I was down to my last two Lexapro pills when I checked my CVS app and saw that CVS had attempted to contact my provider three times without a response. I called the office on Friday to request my refill and was told it would be filled Monday since I had enough medication to get through the weekend. However, the prescription was not sent until Monday night, causing me to miss a dose. By Tuesday, I was experiencing brain fog, dizziness, and brain zaps. When I checked the prescription status, I discovered that my provider, Carlos Guerrero, had sent my prescription to Walgreens instead of CVS, despite me having clearly provided the correct pharmacy information. Walgreens does not accept my insurance, so I had to pay roughly three times my normal cost rather than wait another 48 hours for a transfer. This is not the first time I have had issues with prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy. During the year I have been going to this office, my primary care physician has changed four times. Previously, Dr. Jesus Arena sent my prescription to the incorrect facility, and now Carlos Guerrero has made the same mistake. The repeated turnover and ongoing prescription errors have made it extremely frustrating to get consistent care. Lexapro is not a medication that should be interrupted casually, especially for someone who has been taking it long term. Missing doses caused significant symptoms that could have been avoided with proper communication and attention to pharmacy details. The front desk staff has always been kind and helpful, but the repeated prescription issues have been extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unprofessional. After seeing other reviews mentioning prescription problems with this office, I'm concerned this may be a larger issue. If you rely on your medications being refilled accurately and on time, I would think carefully before choosing this practice.

I haven't had any issues until today when I visited to with appointment and online already checked in. The lady at the front desk does not have ability to listen to customers... she asked me to pay the copay amount of $20 and i told her I only can pay with Apple pay. She replied the clinic does not accept apple pay, and she didnt give me no other options. She asked me to pay with physical card and I told her that i dont carry physical card, so if they can email/text me the link to pay, i told her i will go home and pay with with my card. She seemed very shocked and seemed surprised that i cant pay the copay...Im not sure why she couldnt understand but she kept asking me that she sent the link to pay and asked me to pay. I explained again and again for 3 times that i cant pay right now but she was persistent to get the copay paid. I gave her a complaint and as I was telling her that i was upset, she got up and left the desk. At the end i was upset that she was an able, mentally stable adult but does not know how to provide basic customer service skills to customers. Doctor here is nice but unfortunately i will be switching pediatrician due to incompetent receptionist.... Just watch out for the lady... she seemed clueless working here and what het job is supposed to be.

First of all, I wish to state that this review is not about Dr. Reyes or her quality as a…read morepediatrician at all. She is warm and sweet, she takes her time with the patient and explains her procedures. What this is about, instead, is the terrible office she works in. The staff are socially and emotionally challenged. They do not greet you properly when you come in. All they say is: "For (child's name)?" The wait room looks like it was last given any attention in the 1980s. The paint is chipped, the furniture rugged, and there are no toys whatsoever. The staff have no bedside manners. When they give your infant a shot, they say no soothing words, give no warning, do not do a thing to calm the child down. One time, they bloodied my infant's onesie and simply did not say a word. I truly wish Dr. Reyes could do something to improve her staff - she and her clients deserve it.

I caught a severe cold and urgently searched for a nearby clinic to call. The receptionist was very…read morepushy and overly aggressive. Given the current situation, she mentioned it could be the flu, so in-person consultations weren't possible, and only telemedicine was available. I understood and agreed with that, but she didn't confirm the consultation time and instead hurriedly demanded my date of birth. After checking, she sighed and asked if it was my first visit, showing frustration as if I were the one who didn't understand. I'm usually easy-going, but to be blunt, I can be a bit lazy, so I generally don't leave reviews. However, if the clinic is going to continue operating, the receptionist, Hannah, really needs to be replaced. I've never been treated this rudely in my life. I reached out to this clinic for treatment, but I ended up leaving with more issues.

I am writing to express some concerns regarding the ongoing care and management of my mother, who…read morehas been a patient at Dr. Lee practice for several years. While we appreciate the proximity of your office, I am increasingly concerned about the frequency of her required visits. My mother is 86 years old and, while she is generally in good condition, she experiences persistent left hip and abdominal pain that began five years ago after a minor stroke. We have been bringing her to Dr Lee's office almost every month--and recently at least almost twice a month--for this same pain, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. Additionally, she undergoes blood tests and urine tests very frequently around every 2 months, most recently three weeks ago, and it seems these tests are conducted less than every eight weeks. As her caregiver, I am concerned about the physical toll that this frequent testing and traveling takes on her. Most recently, I called Dr. Lee's office to request a refill for her cough medicine which we got prescribed from Dr Lee, His staff informed me that we need to schedule yet another in-person visit. Given that we have already visited 3 weeks ago, I would like to better understand the medical necessity behind requiring an in-person appointment for a routine medication refill, as well as the need for such frequent diagnostic testing. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a more streamlined care plan for my mother that minimizes unnecessary travel while still managing her health effectively.

*****ZERO STARS*****…read more We met with Doctor Jong In Lee when our daughter was a baby, around 2016/2017. My husband and I reported to him that our daughter suffered from bloating and constipation. Dr Lee said to give her laxatives. We questioned this because she was so little. He never followed up to see if her condition was getting better or worse. Not even sure if he requested records from her previous pediatrician, in which we reported that she had not had a bowel movement within the first 48 hours after her birth. Being new parents, we trusted his opinion, him being a pediatrician in practice for many many decades. Over 9 years later, after enduring chronic constipation with our child, she has been recently diagnosed with Hirschsprung Disease. A disease that one of the symptoms is no bowel movement within the first 48 hours after birth. A red flag indicator that Doctor Lee failed to take further necessary action to look into this concern. Even after this was brought to his attention by the baby's parents. Beware of this doctor!!!

This doctor is very thorough, he takes his time. I did not feel rushed and all my questions and concerns were not only answered but listened to carefully and addressed to the last detail.
