In the waiting room is a TV that rotates various health advertisements. Other than that, most you'll hear is a some conversation & the sound of fax/copying machines. WAIT TIME: Appointment was set for 3:00 PM. Guided to Exam Room 1 at 3:06 PM. Doctor walked into room at 3:28 PM. Left appointment at 3:39 PM. Honestly very quick work given he has other patients. I appreciate that he communicates his thought process well & has a sense of urgency with his patients. SEATING: Plenty of seating in the Waiting Room. Seating room is shared between internal medicine and the Patel dental clinic. Exam rooms also have wheelable stool (for the doctor), wall chair, and an exam table.

He is such a caring doctor. He really goes into detail with his yearly check ups and answer all questions. He is also very great with returning calls and he even personally calls you with lab results . The wait was a little long at my visit but nothing to extreme. The wait is obviously due to his attention to detail and patient care. I would recommend Dr. Choe md his staff! The nurse is super sweet and his receptionist was very kind as well.

Given the current situation, she mentioned it could be the flu, so in-person consultations weren't possible, and only telemedicine was available. I understood and agreed with that, but she didn't confirm the consultation time and instead hurriedly demanded my date of birth. After checking, she sighed and asked if it was my first visit, showing frustration as if I were the one who didn't understand. I'm usually easy-going, but to be blunt, I can be a bit lazy, so I generally don't leave reviews. However, if the clinic is going to continue operating, the receptionist, Hannah, really needs to be replaced. I've never been treated this rudely in my life. I reached out to this clinic for treatment, but I ended up leaving with more issues.

I have gone to Jason Kurtz for many years, until we had to extract our entire family from his…read morepractice. In the very beginning when he first started and was a brand new doctor, he was awesome. Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. Don't say you weren't warned. ....*add the fact that he stands by his uneducated and extremely unprofessional staff, says even more. Do better Dr Kurtz. We ended up going to Dr Annette Bernhut in Orange and she is AWESOME. She cares about you as a person, vs you being the enemy

Dr. Arora told me, "I wish more people would just come here and be tested for heart disease...like in your case, you were born that way!" But I didn't know it until I became curious. For the past 2 months, I can honestly report that Dr, Arora has not spared his knowledge and curiosity to nail down what's going on with me. He explained the reason for every test and the plan to resolve it. Don't let distance be an obstacle. Give this doctor a try, especially if you're CURIOUS. But certainly, if you're having a peculiar feeling.

Lack of Compassion After Loss…read more My family had entrusted Dr. Arora with the care of our loved one (my father) during a critical time. My father was a patient for over 20 years. Sadly, after his passing, we received no follow-up, no condolences, and no acknowledgment whatsoever. The absence of any communication felt extremely cold and dismissive, especially given the seriousness of the condition and the time spent under this doctor's care. Not to mention my father was on several unnecessary medications due to his artial fibrillation. After his diagnosis, he was removed from all restrictive and so called " necessary" medications by a different doctor and was never in a-fib again. Kickbacks or payments given to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, in exchange for prescribing or recommending specific drugs is truly unethical and quite disgusting and can have long-term negative consequences for patients. While medical expertise is important, compassion and humanity are equally important and vital in the healthcare profession. A simple message of sympathy or closure would have meant a great deal to our grieving family. I hope this practice reflects on how they can support families during such difficult moments.

I have had a couple procedures with Dr.Hertz. All went extremely well! She is very professional, very caring, very knowledgeable, and amazing bedside manners! She has treated me for various reason and has always been very accommodating to me when I need to get in urgently. I am extremely grateful for her because without her I probably wouldn't have had a wedding when I did. I fell very ill to the point I could not eat or go about my normal routine. I was so sick I had lost a lot of weight and was always in extreme pain. This was a month before my wedding. Dr. Hertz went above and beyond! She got me in, spent so much time with me both in office, and out of office hours. She made sure I was taken care of. She recommended a colonoscopy and endoscopy the week of my wedding. I was very worried about having a colo since this was my first one and honestly just didn't want to have one. Dr. Hertz assured me and was very patient with me. The Day of procedure came, and everything went extremely well. She prescribed me medication and because of that procedure, she removed a big precancerous adenoma! Who would've thought! When I say she cares, I mean she truly cares! Day of my wedding came. I felt a little better being on meds but still a little discomfort. She spoke to my fiancé early that day before our ceremony and he told her how I was feeling. Kid you not, Dr.Hertz called in a prescription to the pharmacy and picked it up her self and brought it to me!! Thanks to that I was able to eat and enjoy my wedding and honeymoon. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. I would recommend Dr.Hertz in a heartbeat. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!

I had the chance to see Dr. Trivedi once when Dr. H was unavailable, and I was so impressed by his bedside manner that I requested to switch to him as my gastroenterologist. However, my request was denied after Dr. H's input citing that patients can't switch doctors within the practice. Their secretary staff are at least quick to comply with sending over medical records to my new gastroenterologist or other doctor's that may need my medical summary history performed by Dr. H. If you have the option, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Trivedi. My mother sees him, and two other doctors I know absolutely adore him as well. It's just unfortunate that I'm not allowed to be one of his patients!
