Dr. Arora told me, "I wish more people would just come here and be tested for heart disease...like in your case, you were born that way!" But I didn't know it until I became curious. For the past 2 months, I can honestly report that Dr, Arora has not spared his knowledge and curiosity to nail down what's going on with me. He explained the reason for every test and the plan to resolve it. Don't let distance be an obstacle. Give this doctor a try, especially if you're CURIOUS. But certainly, if you're having a peculiar feeling.

Lack of Compassion After Loss…read more My family had entrusted Dr. Arora with the care of our loved one (my father) during a critical time. My father was a patient for over 20 years. Sadly, after his passing, we received no follow-up, no condolences, and no acknowledgment whatsoever. The absence of any communication felt extremely cold and dismissive, especially given the seriousness of the condition and the time spent under this doctor's care. Not to mention my father was on several unnecessary medications due to his artial fibrillation. After his diagnosis, he was removed from all restrictive and so called " necessary" medications by a different doctor and was never in a-fib again. Kickbacks or payments given to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, in exchange for prescribing or recommending specific drugs is truly unethical and quite disgusting and can have long-term negative consequences for patients. While medical expertise is important, compassion and humanity are equally important and vital in the healthcare profession. A simple message of sympathy or closure would have meant a great deal to our grieving family. I hope this practice reflects on how they can support families during such difficult moments.

Dr. John Lee is a wonderful doctor. I bring both of my parents and my mother-in-law to him, and…read morewe've always had a great experience. He specializes in caring for older adults and is very attentive and caring. I also really appreciate that they can draw blood right in the office, so we don't have to make a separate trip to the lab. The nurses and staff are always kind and helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Lee!

While we appreciate the proximity of your office, I am increasingly concerned about the frequency of her required visits. My mother is 86 years old and, while she is generally in good condition, she experiences persistent left hip and abdominal pain that began five years ago after a minor stroke. We have been bringing her to Dr Lee's office almost every month--and recently at least almost twice a month--for this same pain, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. Additionally, she undergoes blood tests and urine tests very frequently around every 2 months, most recently three weeks ago, and it seems these tests are conducted less than every eight weeks. As her caregiver, I am concerned about the physical toll that this frequent testing and traveling takes on her. Most recently, I called Dr. Lee's office to request a refill for her cough medicine which we got prescribed from Dr Lee, His staff informed me that we need to schedule yet another in-person visit. Given that we have already visited 3 weeks ago, I would like to better understand the medical necessity behind requiring an in-person appointment for a routine medication refill, as well as the need for such frequent diagnostic testing. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a more streamlined care plan for my mother that minimizes unnecessary travel while still managing her health effectively.

Followup conversation with Dr. Dris last week to discuss my AFIB…read more It has been over 6 months since my ablation procedure, my recovery has been progressing very well. Dr. Dris asked me how I was currently feeling, my response was GREAT, I monitor my heart every day no more AFIB! I reported that I recently returned from an annual ski trip in Utah. My friends told me that they noticed that I have more stamina and don't get short of breath like I did last winter! I actually think my physical condition is better, and my heart is functioning more efficiently now than it has for a long time. At 72 i am really looking forward to many more years of skiing and snowboarding.....Thank you Dr. Dris Bill Raymond

I had to take a day off work, leave me in limbo as she stated, "I have a lot wrong!" I did poor. "She has 80 90 year olds that could pass that same test!" I may never know. It took me almost a month to get that appointment. Hopefully, when I drop dead of a cardiac arrest, the coroner will tell the world what killed me! I feel I shouldn't have been wasting time on a treadmill. I should have been at the Orange facility with an IV drug that hastens your heartbeat, not wasting time with a test that I was expected to fail to begin with.
