I normally make appointments for any medical issues or follow up, but this time I ventured without an appointment. My wait was only 15 minutes. The facility was clean, the receptionist was giving clear instructions to me and also to all other patients. The nurse who took my blood work was with a lovely manner and she did a great job. I was in and out with the procedure within 3 minutes, very efficient. I noticed that the patients who had appointments were attended right on time so kudos to this office running everything efficiently.
