She takes all of the time you need to discuss whatever medical issues or questions you have with her and she is exceedingly knowledgeable with health issues and medicine. I've been to doctors that are more like machine operators, they don't make eye contact, push you to get to the point, then leave without saying much. Not Dr. Knox! She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and safe in her office and listens intently to what you have to say. I'm a cash patient and she always helped me find suitable medications and remedies that wouldn't empty my wallet. She's truly out to help people and not profit from them. I would highly recommend having her as your doctor! After I moved, when I was still in California, I drove almost 2 hours to see her so that I didn't have to lose her as my doctor. Unfortunately now I'm out of state so I had to change physicians. If you want some of the best medical care and treatment that you've ever experienced, call her office today! :) A quick comment on the office staff...they are all very friendly and caring, as well. I never had any problems with scheduling an appointment or with attitude problems in the office.

I spent the better part of a decade going from doctor to doctor, specialist to specialist, without any relief or hope of being well again. From my very first visit with Dr. McCann, I felt seen, understood and filled with hope for the first time in 10 years that I could have a healthy and full life again. She uncovered root cause issues to my symptoms that others missed and took me from being bed-bound and completely reliant on others to living on my own and independent within less than a year. She treats mind, body and soul and truly cares about her patients as individuals. The office and the staff are also very welcoming and efficient. I feel very well cared for from the moment I step in to the moment I leave. I recommend Dr. McCann and The Spring Center to everyone I come across dealing with any complex symptoms and will continue to do so.

We were deeply concerned about his health and his future. From our very first appointment, Dr. Katneni's knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail gave us confidence that he was in the best possible hands. As a board certified nephrologist and internist, Dr. Katneni took the time to thoroughly evaluate his condition, explain everything clearly, and develop a treatment plan that addressed the underlying issues, not just the symptoms. She listened carefully, answered every question with patience, and genuinely cared about his well being. The results have been nothing short of remarkable. In just two weeks, my father went from being very ill and lethargic to energetic, engaged, and back to his old self. Seeing such a dramatic improvement has been an incredible blessing for our entire family, and we are profoundly grateful for the exceptional care she provided. I also want to recognize Patty in the office, who is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, professional, organized, and always willing to help. She made every interaction with the office pleasant and stress free, and her warmth and efficiency truly complement the outstanding care Dr. Katneni provides. If you are looking for a physician who combines exceptional medical expertise with genuine compassion, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Katneni. She has made a tremendous difference in my father's life, and our family will always be grateful for her dedication and outstanding care.

Best of all, he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to help them and give them the highest quality medical care. A neat perk is that they have a pharmacy kiosk right in their office so that you can get your prescriptions right then and there which is amazing and so convenient not having to drive to a pharmacy - especially if you're feeling ill! I have been searching for a top notch primary care doctor since I moved to Orange County over a decade ago and I couldn't find anyone truly outstanding (so I kept switching after bad or lackluster experiences) and so I turned once again to Yelp, and although he didn't have many reviews, all of Dr Wong's reviews were 5-stars so I decided to make an appointment and I'm soooooo glad I did because Dr Wong is even better than the primary care doctor I had up in LA who was also outstanding but what sets Dr Wong as even better is that you can just feel how much he cares and wants to help you. His empathy and compassion are really next level. When you add that to him being extremely smart and super well versed in all of the gold standard plus latest medical practices he is truly the best of the best!
