Plus the young lady in the billing department was able to bill my appointment as a physical so that it didn't cost me anything! I expected a referral to a specialist, but instead he began to treat it himself: ordering an MRI and putting me in a immobility brace. The treatments he prescribed caused me to develop new chronic illnesses. While failing to treat and resolve a patient's illness may be common in the medical community, and can be excusable, his attitude changed over time as I failed to improve. He showed signs of disbelief and began to dismiss my symptoms. I think he got in over his head by trying to treat my symptoms himself and couldn't accept his failure. Ultimately, he stopped helping me with this problem and I stopped being his patient.

Farewell Message To The Best Doctor…read more Dear Dr. Rezaei Mahsa, It is with deep gratitude and sadness that I write this farewell message. You have been an incredible doctor--not just to me, but to my entire family. Your patience in answering all our questions, your prompt communication through MyChart at MemorialCare, and your thoughtful updates on lab results always gave us peace of mind. Most importantly, I am a cancer survivor today because of your attentive care. Your expertise and dedication in referring me to the best doctors, surgeons, and specialists made all the difference. You didn't just treat me; you guided me through one of the most challenging times of my life. Though we are saddened to hear you are no longer affiliated with MemorialCare, we are certain our paths will cross again in the future. Until then, please know how much we appreciate everything you've done for us. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. We wish you and your family all the best in your next chapter. With warmest regards, Leon Le & Family
