If I could give this zero stars I would! My loved one was had a poly traumatic event and needed multiple referrals. The office staff consistently got the codes wrong for insurance and was incredibly unfriendly. We had to go in multiple times in person to just ask for referrals. We also felt that Dr. Beshay treated these injuries with no concern at all. He was incredibly nonchalant about the entire event even though we were dealing with a skull fracture plus other fractures. Would NEVER recommend this office to anyone!! Run for the hills! read more

I was seen by his nurse partitioner, who carefully examined me and prescribed five muscle relaxing pills. They worked! By the fifth day I was feeling very little pain. And now I have no pain in that muscle at all! read more

It's not the worst dr office however one of the office staff was not knowledgeable on different questions I had, the lady who took my blood bruised me for a week (never happened any other time anywhere else) , and the desk they take your blood at pinched my arm as the nurse assistant was unintentionally pushing the drawer which squeezed my arm. The office also looks a bit run down inside. Definitely going to switch my doctor. It also was not the friendliest place I've been. read more

I had to pay all cash because they didn't send a Referral to my neurologist the first time. I am at the neurologist a 2nd time and they sent the wrong doctor which I am at dr shokrae. I have been waiting for arecely for one hour to send the Referral now. It is still not right. The first time they told me they sent it was one month ago!!! I am still at the doctors office, and now olmonone is picking the phone. This office is horrible. Are rly seems to mess up the office flow. Every time I deal w this office, I ave to pay $300 for an office visit because they never sent the Referal which they said they would send stat. One month later, I am at the same doctors office and. I can't be seen because they still haven't sent the right Referal!!! I am still waiting for them! They blcoked my phone number now. I have to say that everytime This person who handles the referrals has got it wrong, which delayed all my doctors appointments, and now I have to get a new PCP. I do want to mention that Dr Beshay is a very nice Doctor, it just sad when the front office is not on par. read more

I saw him when I didn't have insurance and continued after I got a good PPO because he is very good. Today on my insurance website he is not listed and phone has disconnect recording. My mom saw Dr. Beshay around 11/2011. My mom was forming an addiction to her medication. One of the meds that doctor Beshay prescribed, contributed to her falling. The other doctors that she saw agreed that this particular medication can cause patients to fall. I tried to tell Dr. Beshay this, saying that the only reason my mom was seeing him was for the medication. He got upset at me, and twisted this around to me saying that he was prescribing my mom a medication that is causing her to fall; as if he was practising malpractice. I was just trying to give him feedback on my mom's situation. Anyway, after he said that, all bets were off. He refused to see us. It was like he had a thick skull, and he was not going to listen to anything else; there were no second chances. Another thing he did was refer my mom to one of the worst psychiatrists I have ever seen. BTW, the medication that was causing my mom to fall, and her other doctors agreed that the medication does cause falls, Dr. Beshay swore that it did not cause falls, and there is no support in literature that says it does call falling. I apologize, but I cannot remember the name of the particular medication, although it was used to help my mom sleep at night. read more

Very bad response time and 0 customer service. Called 2 days ago with pain chest and a dry cough , they didn't connect me to the Doctor and neither to the nurse for at least a phone consultation. They put a note for the Dr to call me the next day , he didn't call and nobody even cared to call . Called them again today, they still didn't connect me to the Dr. Nor to the nurse . Dr.Beshay SAVED MY LIFE: In mid October 2021 I went to the hospital extremely ill I was diagnosed with sepsis, sinus infection. Was hardly able to sit up, walk or eat and loss 27 pounds in 20 days. The blood tests, chest x-ray, EKG, Cat Scan and began to treat me for sepsis. The test result then came back also showing positive for COVID-19. They stopped all treatment. Then they decided to give me the Monoclonal antibodies, sent me home at 3AM. I was still sick like on to death. I got a hold of Dr, Beshay by phone and told him what I had been through and asked him to look up My Chart APP. I told him that I was already taking zinc, Hydroxychloroquine and vitamins. He said he can prescribe something that works better for his patients, Z-Pack. In less than an hour I had it. Took as prescribed. By the next day I was feeling so good. I was able to eat a full meal.
