I wish I was exaggerating, but I have the screenshots of my call logs to prove it. To make matters worse, there is no option to schedule appointments online. On the rare chance you finally get a live person on the phone, they constantly hang up on you. This isn't a one-time issue; it happens over and over again. It's a real shame because the doctors here are actually very good--it's just too bad you can't ever get an appointment to see them. Edinger desperately needs a new call center. I'm already switching my insurance because I can't deal with this anymore.

My wife isn't as picky so she just sees whoever. Nursing staff is great too. They're able to do xrays and other types of scans onsite which is convenient. Building is adjacent to the Memorial Care hospital where you can find most types of specialists. Waiting room is comfortable and patient rooms feel modern. What's preventing it from being 5 stars is like all medical places it's taking longer and longer to get appointments. Parking is also a total pain. I recommend afternoon appointments since parking is also bit easier. Morning is horrible. The hospital next door has free valet though if you can't find a spot.

In all honesty, I really didn't think picking my PCP was important, I just needed to have someone assigned. I literally chose him for the fact he was close to my house. Wow, I got lucky! We went through my entire medical history and my current health and not once did he rush through the appointment - we spent around 50 minutes together, if not more. It is an understatement to say that Dr. Barrett completely understands how to care for a patient in every aspect of their health. He is compassionate, thorough, and so so smart. I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Barrett so carelessly because he is so much more than a Primary Care Physician. Honestly this was my first time really interacting with Dr Nguyen and she was charming and listened to me. I was given what I needed and was in & out with RX, labs & a flu shot in less than 30 minutes! As for the front office staff who lost my stuff, they were promptly let go once the doctor found out. By the time I called her back, she had already scheduled an appointment for me with the surgeon the next day. The surgeon and the oncologist she referred me to were also exceptional. Within 10 days I had two surgeries and was on my way to post op radiation. I've never heard of a quicker response. Same when my eye was cut by a cactus. She called around and got me in to see an eye doctor that same day even though all referrals were booked. Can't say enough about Dr Don.

I returned on January 3, 2026, around 12:00 PM. This time, the front desk staff told me I had to call to make an appointment. I tried to explain that the doctor specifically instructed me to come in directly for the X-ray, but the staff member did not listen or respond to my explanation. The staff member was not wearing a name tag. When I asked for her name, she said Sandy (I am not sure if this was her real name). When I asked for her last name, she told me she does not have a last name and then walked away. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. We are patients and paying customers, and this was the worst customer service I have experienced. A medical office should provide clear communication, accountability, and basic courtesy. He listens carefully and seeks to find the underlying causes for my symptoms. His knowledge of physiology and bio chemistry were impressive. As a result, he ordered several tests and on my second visit was able to explain the results carefully with me and prescribe medications, supplements and life style changes that made sense. After at least two years of chronic back pain and seen at least couple of orthopedic doctors…read more(pretty well known) I went to doctor Rutledge. He had me walk few steps back and forth and said that he thought my right leg is a bit shorter. I went and got an X-ray done where they measure your legs and he was right my leg was shorter. For that I had to buy some inserts for my shoe and felt much more balanced. I had an ankle surgery due to three broken bones 15 years earlier where they planted two plates and at least 10 screws I was told and that caused my leg to be shorter. Ultimately it caused my spine to develop a slight scoliosis which effected my vertebrae to be misaligned and cause pain. I'm currently on prolotherapy and Osteopathic manipulative treatment, also doing some exercise at home and no longer taking pain killers. Dr Rutledge has made my life so much better. He is a very talented doctor and a great human being. Always kind and very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
