What I appreciate is she works with both a doctor and nurse consultants which adds an extra layer of expertise and confidence to the guidance she provides. Update: I see your response. You should let your rude, unprofessional and unorganized wife know…read morethis information instead of posting it here. You were not the issue, it was trying to deal with her that was the main concern. She would not answer or return calls, would not give me my results after I paid hundreds of dollars for them, would not let me speak to a "doctor" and had a terribly rude demeanor. I thought maybe it was just to me, so as someone who has had my own successful business for 2 decades and likes to give everyone second chances because we all have bad days, I decided to test my theory. I had my best friend call to make an appointment and then my husband and she was rude to both of them each on different days, as well. Unfortunately for your career, she is a big problem.

Dr. Mortensen is one of the best alternative healthcare practitioners I have had the pleasure of…read moreworking with. He has helped me tremendously through debilitating gut and health issues. Before finding Premier IFM, I had visited several conventional doctors but was unable to get clear answers. Dr. Mortensen took the time to investigate further by ordering comprehensive bloodwork, gut testing, and mold testing, which revealed longstanding gut dysbiosis and elevated mycotoxins. With his guidance, I began addressing these underlying issues and experienced meaningful improvements in my overall health. I want to be clear that I had preexisting gallbladder problems before becoming his patient. I eventually discovered that my gallbladder was severely infected and required emergency removal. This was not caused by any of the therapies or supplements Dr. Mortensen recommended. In fact, I believe his care helped strengthen and support my body leading up to the emergency. The ER doctors were amazed by how healthy my bloodwork looked before the procedure, despite the severity of the infection. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Mortensen's knowledge, thoroughness, and dedication. His recommendations played an important role in improving my health and helping my body handle a serious medical emergency. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a practitioner who genuinely listens and works to uncover the root causes of their health concerns.

I'm very grateful for the support I have received from Elaine. I came to her when my body felt like…read moreit was in a crisis. I struggled for months not knowing how to help my body because every doctor just told me there's nothing I could do but let my anxiety flare up pass or take a ton of different medications that didn't make me feel good. And all my labs kept coming back normal so I felt lost. With her expertise we were able to target areas such as anxiety/mood, digestive, and even sleep. She has been extremely patient, kind, reassuring, and helpful to me as I navigate my health in a holistic way. She gave me hope which is what any patient wants or needs during difficult times in their health journey. Thank you Elaine. I love the supplements she recommend (and didn't push) and I will say they are reasonably priced.

I decided to see Rebecca after I began suffering from debilitating period cramps and a range of…read moreworsening symptoms: extremely painful, hard bloating during my periods, unusual spotting, significant clotting, PMS, constipation, and fibroids, just to name a few. The inflammation I experienced during my cycle started to become unbearable. My uterus became so sensitive to the touch that I would scream out in pain. I had to take a couple days off work each month - something I had never needed to do before. The bloating progressively worsened to the point where it was painful just to swallow a bite of food or even walk. I could hardly eat the first few days of my period! Unlike the doctors I had previously seen, Rebecca focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of my symptoms rather than masking them. In less than a year, my digestive issues quickly resolved, and my periods are now nearly pain-free - something I once thought was impossible! I'm excited to continue improving my health under her guidance, and I've already referred several friends and family members to her. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants to truly get to the root cause of their health concerns especially if they're dealing with inflammation, period issues, or fertility challenges! Thank you for all your guidance!

Pros: The "nurse" that gave me the IV was really nice and…read morepatient. CONS: Unfortunately red flags started with checking in. The young lady was unaware of what I originally came in for. She asked me several times about it. If you're working checking in clients wouldn't you have that information on your computer screen, asking multiple times is dumb. I reserved my services for one specific IV service and was constantly pushed for more services. I just came for what I want, telling me I need this and that is really obnoxious and overwhelming. The "nurse" that placed the IV had NO GLOVES on‼ She also removed the IV with no gloves‼. Lastly since I didn't buy into their upselling so the "doctor" was complaining out loud in another area of the place about it and also their friendliness didn't extend to my leaving. Overall I wouldn't go again. They push to upsell so hard and they are not sanitary enough to wear gloves.
