I struggled for months not knowing how to help my body because every doctor just told me there's nothing I could do but let my anxiety flare up pass or take a ton of different medications that didn't make me feel good. She has been extremely patient, kind, reassuring, and helpful to me as I navigate my health in a holistic way. She gave me hope which is what any patient wants or needs during difficult times in their health journey. Thank you Elaine. The inflammation I experienced during my cycle started to become unbearable. My uterus became so sensitive to the touch that I would scream out in pain. I had to take a couple days off work each month - something I had never needed to do before. The bloating progressively worsened to the point where it was painful just to swallow a bite of food or even walk. I could hardly eat the first few days of my period! Unlike the doctors I had previously seen, Rebecca focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of my symptoms rather than masking them. In less than a year, my digestive issues quickly resolved, and my periods are now nearly pain-free - something I once thought was impossible! I'm excited to continue improving my health under her guidance, and I've already referred several friends and family members to her. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants to truly get to the root cause of their health concerns especially if they're dealing with inflammation, period issues, or fertility challenges! You were not the issue, it was trying to deal with her that was the main concern. She would not answer or return calls, would not give me my results after I paid hundreds of dollars for them, would not let me speak to a "doctor" and had a terribly rude demeanor. I thought maybe it was just to me, so as someone who has had my own successful business for 2 decades and likes to give everyone second chances because we all have bad days, I decided to test my theory. I had my best friend call to make an appointment and then my husband and she was rude to both of them each on different days, as well. Unfortunately for your career, she is a big problem.

Before finding Premier IFM, I had visited several conventional doctors but was unable to get clear answers. Dr. Mortensen took the time to investigate further by ordering comprehensive bloodwork, gut testing, and mold testing, which revealed longstanding gut dysbiosis and elevated mycotoxins. With his guidance, I began addressing these underlying issues and experienced meaningful improvements in my overall health. I want to be clear that I had preexisting gallbladder problems before becoming his patient. I eventually discovered that my gallbladder was severely infected and required emergency removal. This was not caused by any of the therapies or supplements Dr. Mortensen recommended. In fact, I believe his care helped strengthen and support my body leading up to the emergency. The ER doctors were amazed by how healthy my bloodwork looked before the procedure, despite the severity of the infection. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Mortensen's knowledge, thoroughness, and dedication. His recommendations played an important role in improving my health and helping my body handle a serious medical emergency. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a practitioner who genuinely listens and works to uncover the root causes of their health concerns.

While you have the option to avoid this fee by making the trip yourself by driving to Fullerton it's unrealistic to make a trip like that after giving birth , considering the challenges , I believe the fee is entirely worth it. Background on me: I developed eczema when I was 18 years old and have been to a number of dermatologists that prescribed me steroid creams which gave me temporary relief, but the withdrawal effects made my condition 5x worse. I found a TCM practitioner pre-covid that got rid of my eczema for around 3 years. As my condition started to come back, I started another search for a TCM practitioner who could help me achieve similar results. NAET: When I found NAET I saw that majority of reviews were all 5 stars, so my confidence going into this practice was high. From my anecdotal experience, an allergen or variable that the body is sensitive to, is placed in the patient's hand; a vibrating device is then run down the patient's spine to fortify immunity to the object in the patient's hand. The allergen is then to be avoided for a full 24 hours after treament. There are over 12 allergens that the base full package treatment provides, ranging from Vitamin B, Vitamin C, metals, calcium mix, etc. The base full treatment package costs $1173 from what I was pitched As previously mentioned, the patient must avoid the allergen treated for 24 hours. I spent an entire month month running through all treatments, when I was told most patient's do maybe one or two treatments a week due to the intensity of avoiding allergens for an entire 24 hours (example: for the calcium allergen, all water besides distilled water must be avoided; no showers, brushing teeth, drinking water with normal mineral water; example 2: metal allergen, I had to wear gloves all day as most things contain metal - phone, door knobs, etc.). This was just the tip of the iceberg with things I had to avoid on a daily basis to see if the treatment would work or not. Conclusion: The practitioner-client relationship was phenomenal. The service and care given was exceptional. However, at the end of the day I did everything I was asked to do at 100% efficacy, completed the entire treatment, and gave my life to this for an entire 30 days to ensure results at the end. I've provided images before and after so you can see if I achieved the results that were forecasted to me, or not. If the pictures don't do it justice, my condition was the same after the NAET treatment. Only until I started seeing a different TCM practitioner, I started to see a slight decrease in redness from the eczema. Please be careful in whom you decide to spend your hard-earned money with! Don't fall for the exceptional service and kindness, really look into if they can get you RESULTS, because that is what you're paying for, not a friend or therapist. This was my personal experience that is as detailed and honest as it can be because most of the reviews are 5 stars, and there needs to be grey area from patients who don't receive what they expect.

Dr. Erica Yang is a MIRACLE WORKER! She restored and completely healed my numb thumb condition that…read moreI had been suffering with for the past year. Dr. Erica did what none of my Hoag doctors could do with steroid injections or physical therapy. Even the orthopedic surgeon I met with shook his head and said there was nothing he could do to help me. I even went to a different acupuncture doctor (highly rated on Yelp and relatively inexpensive) who tried to treat me for my numb thumb issue but even he couldn't figure out what to do. He treated me for a month and was puzzled the whole time and said he had never dealt with this type of issue before. This is when I realized that not all acupuncturists are the same. Out of sheer desperation and hopelessness, I reached out to Dr. Erica Yang who compassionately listened to my nine month journey that finally led me to her. She examined my thumb and said she knew how to treat me. She said that she had treated neuropathy numerous times before, and she was confident that she could grow and revive the dead nerves in my left thumb. But before we even started treatment, she asked me to commit to a three month treatment plan. She said that is how long it usually takes to grow and restore dead and damaged nerves and that I needed to be patient because change would not happen overnight. I committed to the plan and Dr. Erica worked her magic. Three months later, I have full feeling restored in my thumb just as she said would happen!!! During the time I was being treated, Dr. Erica also treated me for sleep disruption due to my restless feet which she diagnosed as nerve issues going haywire. She recommended a diet plan to help me with my weight loss journey due to menopause (I lost 8 pounds within five weeks of the diet), and she treated me for a variety of other issues as well. She is a wealth of knowledge and treats the whole person for long term health. She is passionate about helping people with her craft and she is brilliant at it. She is a gift to those enlightened enough to seek her for healing and help. If you are on the fence about seeking treatment at Empowered You Acupuncture because it's "too far" or "too expensive," you need to stop making excuses and go. The sooner you start treatment, the sooner you will get the healing you need.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience yesterday at 11:00 AM, I felt compelled to share…read more I booked an appointment for a NAD+ IV drip. The in-person facility, the process, and the on-site staff were truly fantastic--especially the professional who administered the IV and the front desk staff. They were wonderful. However, the telehealth nurse consultation was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I had already completed all my basic information on the iPad, which should have made the identity check quick and simple--just like my friend's session, which took only a minute with basic questions about name, DOB, and allergies. Instead, the virtual nurse I spoke with acted as if she were a doctor, asked the exact same question over 5 times, and repeatedly pressed for details I clearly expressed hesitation to share. To make matters worse, when she noticed my uncomfortable response, she actually giggled and seemed to enjoy it. Her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and frankly bizarre. It was so bad that I genuinely wondered if I was being intentionally mocked or racially discriminated against. I couldn't believe someone could act this way in a healthcare setting. Because of this specific telehealth nurse, I woke up this morning still feeling deeply upset. As long as there is a risk of being matched with her again, I will never return to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

As a mother, there is nothing harder than watching your child go through a difficult season in…read moretheir life and wishing you could somehow take away what they are carrying. You want to protect them, help them, and remind them of everything you see in them, even when they may not be able to see those things in themselves. That is what brought me to Elizabeth. My son was going through a challenging time personally, and I knew that he needed someone outside of our family who could connect with him, understand him, and help him work through some things in a way that I simply couldn't do for him as his mom. From the very beginning, there was something about Elizabeth that made me feel comfortable trusting her with my son. She was warm, compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. She didn't make him feel judged or pressured. She created a space where he could feel comfortable being himself, opening up at his own pace, and working through things privately. That meant everything to me. Since he began working with Elizabeth, I have seen changes in him that have given me so much hope. I have watched him begin to see himself differently, become more confident, and slowly start recognizing his own worth and potential again. I know that healing and personal growth don't happen overnight, and everyone's journey is different, but seeing those positive shifts in my son has been incredibly meaningful to me as his mother. Sometimes, as parents, we have to accept that we can't fix everything for our children. We can love them, pray for them, support them, and guide them--but sometimes God places other people in their path who can reach them in ways that we can't. I truly feel that finding Elizabeth came at the right time for us. I am incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, compassion, and genuine care she has shown my son. I trusted Elizabeth with the most precious thing in my life, my child, and seeing his experience with her has given me so much confidence in her that I have decided that I am next. I will be starting my own hypnotherapy sessions with Elizabeth to work on myself, my own healing, personal growth, and the things that I know I have carried throughout my own life. As mothers, we spend so much of our lives taking care of everyone else that sometimes we forget that we deserve to work on ourselves and heal too. I'm actually looking forward to beginning that journey with her. If you're a parent watching your child struggle, or if you're personally going through something and considering hypnotherapy or homeopathy, I would simply say to keep an open mind. You don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help. Every person's journey and experience will be different, but I can say from my heart that I am so grateful we found Elizabeth. She has been a blessing during a time when my son needed additional support, and as his mother, seeing even a little more hope, confidence, and belief in himself is something I will forever be thankful for. And now I'm looking forward to seeing where my own journey with Elizabeth takes me.

I was truly at my wits' end. Childhood-rooted issues had carried over into my adulthood, and a…read morerecent heartbreak left me drowning in self-loathing, depression, and a vicious repetitive cycle. Traditional Western medications and therapy offered some temporary relief, but the moment I walked out of the office, I was right back to square one--nothing seemed to stick. Desperate for something different, I stumbled across the idea of hypnotherapy. Honestly, I had nothing to lose, so I decided to give it a real chance. After an initial phone conversation, I met Elizabeth in person. I'll admit I was still pretty skeptical during that first week--especially as someone who works in a hospital providing direct patient care, where evidence-based approaches are the norm. But I committed to the process. I followed the program diligently, incorporating the holistic medications/supplements and listening to the hypnotherapy recordings twice a day as instructed. Slowly, almost imperceptibly at first, things began to shift. My mentality and self-perception started changing in ways I hadn't thought possible. By the end of the program, I was genuinely not the same person who first walked into Elizabeth's office. I'm so much more outgoing now. I willingly put myself in vulnerable situations with strangers--something social anxiety used to completely paralyze me from doing. I even reenrolled in school, not just for the education, but to be around others and embrace that environment, which previously would have triggered overwhelming anxiety. This experience was worth every single penny. If you're feeling stuck in a painful cycle--whether it's anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or something deeper--I can't recommend Elizabeth and her hypnotherapy approach enough. It truly helped me get unstuck and move forward. What stands out even more is Elizabeth's genuine care. Even after all my sessions were completed, she still reaches out periodically to check in and see how I'm doing. That level of follow-through shows someone who takes real pride in their work and truly cares about their clients' long-term outcomes. Thank you, Elizabeth--you don't know how profoundly you've changed my life. If you're on the fence, just take the leap. It could be the turning point you've been searching for.
