Katie was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and supportive every step of the way. Each session helped me feel more balanced, relaxed, and hopeful. What truly stood out was how personalized the care was. They took the time to understand my needs, explain the process, and create a treatment plan that made me feel heard and supported. I always left feeling calmer and more centered. I got pregnant 4 months after starting weekly acupuncture treatments. I genuinely believe the acupuncture treatments played an important role in helping my body feel ready. I did also take the herbs they recommended for the first few months prior to getting pregnant. I continued the treatments weekly up until I delivered, and baby is healthy and happy. Highly recommend!

She is knowledgeable, and I do believe her techniques can be effective. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been impacted by inconsistent customer service. I often didn't feel welcomed during my visits. There were several interactions where I felt like I was inconveniencing her. For example, I once called to reconfirm an appointment and was met with noticeable frustration, which made me uncomfortable asking simple questions. On another occasion, I forgot to bring the appropriate clothing for treatment, and the response I received when needing to borrow a gown felt unnecessarily annoyed. Most recently, after a FET procedure, I arrived early to my appointment (which Katie was aware could fluctuate). When I arrived, her husband asked me to return to my car to wait. After explaining that I had just undergone a procedure, I was allowed to sit briefly inside but the situation felt unnecessary and lacking empathy given the circumstances. I understand that this is a busy practice, but bedside manner and patient experience are just as important, especially in a setting that is meant to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Unfortunately, I often left feeling more frustrated than relaxed due to these interactions.

The environment is welcoming and calming, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Jae truly stands out as an exceptional practitioner. What impressed me most was his kindness and genuine care--he takes the time to really listen, not just to your symptoms, but to your overall health goals and what you're trying to achieve long-term. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment. Instead, you feel heard, understood, and supported in your journey. His ability to assess what's going on and provide immediate, effective treatment is remarkable. After just a couple visits, I felt noticeable relief and a renewed sense of confidence that I'm moving in the right direction with my health. He explains things clearly, answers questions thoughtfully, and creates a level of comfort that's especially valuable if you're new to acupuncture. If you're looking for someone who combines skill, compassion, and attentiveness, I highly recommend Fullerton Acupuncture & Herbs--especially Dr. Jae. Long overdue review~…read more I came here late last year due to an unexpected Bell's palsy. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and compassionate when telling him what was going on. He promptly treated me and I never felt more at ease. I was very skeptical at first. As a Korean, I've been to multiple different acupuncturists throughout my life and I have not once felt relief of my discomfort/pain. So I would stop going. I gave this place a try. Dr. Lee knows exactly what he is doing. He turned me from a skeptical and cynical person with acupuncture to a believer. Not only did he treat my Bell's Palsy successfully, but I am currently getting treated for my left shoulder pain. The pain has been going on for half a year and thought I would have to go to see my primary doctor. Before I did that, I wanted to see Dr. Lee first and I'm so glad I did! My rotator cuff pain was cut in half on my first treatment. Just had my second one today and wow... the pain is nearly gone! I'm so grateful to Dr. Lee for this. I will be going back to him whenever I need. I highly recommend it! His front desk receptionists are also very kind and accommodating. I was surprised they recognized me when I came back months later haha Thank you Dr. Lee

I have been diagnosed with metatarsalgia - a painful foot condition, I always feel like I am stepping on something- it's terrible. The podiatrist I consulted suggested surgery, not what I want. My acupuncturist swears he can fix it, but I would have to stay off the foot for a while, harder than you might think. I figured a chiropractor would be my last resort while I was in town. I was able to get an appointment and explained the situation to Dr. Song. He attached me to some machines, manipulated my foot, and rubbed some oil on it. He also took time to instruct me on a couple of stretches I could do to keep it feeling better. I walked out of the first visit feeling better than I had since I injured my foot. I came back a couple of days later for the same thing and here I am a week later on the other side of the world feeling better. Full disclosure: I've had massages, acupuncture, trigger therapy massage, trigger point acupuncture! Dude... acupressure massage... where have you been my whole life?! My first visit, Dr. Yoon greeted me, I filled out paperwork, he took vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate). I changed into a hospital gown and shorts that were provided to me. Sometimes they give you a disposable panty, sometimes they don't. So, don't go commando He then proceeded w the acupressure massage. This is not for the faint off heart. Maybe I'm more jacked up than other people but, I found it to be painful yet WORTH IT!! He would find a sore area, work on it and other parts then go back to the first area to ask me if it was still sore. Surprisingly, I felt relief after the massaging. Even my scoliosis is less, idk how to describe it, noticeable? With a curvature of the spine, muscles get pushed and have to go somewhere. So a person ends up off kilter. Well, the difference in my back muscles was less significant after the massage. That's amazing!! In this instance, less significant is a good thing. Like, you wouldn't want to have one leg longer than the other, right? I'm sorry if I'm in a session and you're waiting in the lobby for your first appointment. It might sound like he's killing me . But... if you wait to ask me afterwards how I feel, I'll give you a resounding, "I FEEL AWESOME!" Definitely worth checking out. I've only had 2 of the 3 sessions that I bought. But, I can see making this part of my regular self care and maintenance routine.

One of the most patient doctors ever. - lay down face up. Depending on your issues, that is where the specific points in your body will be pressed, massaged, and/or rubbed. He always asked permission before performing the pressure. Be prepared, it could hurt or be uncomfortable. It is best to practice breathing exercises to help you out. - lay face down. My main issue is my shoulder and upper back knots. And I have a whole lot of them, so this is where a good part of my massage went. Eeeks. I think all in all my massage was 30 minutes. I bought a Groupon for 1 session and regret not taking the 3 session. Dr. advised me on areas I can do myself to help improve breathing (asthmatic). Overall, the experience was really good! If you've never done acupressure, I highly encourage you to give it a try, especially when it is done by one with a doctoral degree, as they would have the education and knowledge of sources and remedies for your pain.
