Dr. Amin is amazing and I have zero complaints about her, but Dr. Han ended up covering a couple of my ultrasounds and I was so impressed with him. I was a little hesitant at first, but his bedside manner immediately put me at ease. He has such a calm energy and is just genuinely kind. He walked me through everything he was doing on the screen and constantly checked in to see how I was feeling. You can really tell he actually cares about his patients. He's newer to the Long Beach office, which is why there aren't as many reviews for him yet. But honestly, both Dr. Amin and Dr. Han are absolute gems. If you're on the fence about seeing a male doctor don't be, you're in great hands with him.

I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes in the wait room. If you have a question, you send a message in your portal and you get an answer back immediately, even if to say "a nurse will call you this afternoon" if it's not an immediate need. Everything is so efficient and so easy it's like autopilot working with them. The office itself is beautiful and clean and any amenities you need. Second off, everyone on the staff is so nice. They felt like my friends and sisters cheering me on. They are very thorough and consistent and always explain things and give you a chance to ask your questions. Lastly, dr Amin was amazing. I felt like I was with a pro who has seen it all and can navigate with you whatever comes up. She explains everything clearly: I never felt like I was in the dark about a procedure or what it would entail. There is also no pressure to pursue certain options: she lets you know everything that is available, and gives her honest advice. What's best is that she legitimately listens to her patients: if had a question or brought up a concern, she took it seriously. I always felt heard and cared for. Regarding the practice itself, everyone who works there is kind and professional, and the atmosphere in the office is deeply calming. Rather than rushing into repeated attempts, Dr. Kaing ensured we explored ALL appropriate interventions, including an HSG, saline sonogram, comprehensive blood work, and ultimately a hysteroscopy, to truly optimize our chances moving forward. She consistently took the time to explain each step, answer my many questions (I was very nervous!), and made sure we felt informed/supported/confident throughout the process. I completed a procedure today that was an important part of our fertility journey to improve future success, and I felt completely confident in Dr. Kaing's expertise every step of the way. Dr illeck is amazing. I just gave birth at Hoag and thanks to him I didn't need a csection. I was…read moreinduced at 39 weeks (big baby) and lawd he was bigger but mainly his head (Newport hoag is also 100/10). I pushed for SIX hours and because baby and I were never in distress Illeck never pushed for a C-section and in fact I made my progress every time he came in the room, he was like a coach! So motivating and patient and amazing! Finally with a vacuum on his call we got him out and turns out the cord was wrapped around him twice but Illeck knew exactly what he was doing, told me give one more push and I did, got him out and got the cords unwrapped so fast. Baby boy is thriving, so healthy, literally was amazing. My whole pregnancy beach OBGYN and Dr Illeck took care of me. Truly wonderful. It's the reason I'm not joining my husband's insurance for Kaiser just yet because we want one more baby and I want him to be my OB again.

At the hospital, several delivery nurses shared not just how much they enjoyed working with Dr. Illeck, but how the staff overwhelmingly chooses him as their OB/GYN. This review is overdue…read more I am a patient of Dr. Royster's and welcomed my son (first baby) in December. My husband and I are forever grateful to the entire SCCRM team. Experiencing infertility is one of the most isolating, saddening, and frankly scary experiences a couple can go through. From our first virtual meeting with Dr. Royster, we felt confident in his abilities and appreciated his kind bedside manner. We deeply appreciated how accessible both he and the staff were. Many Drs are impossible to get ahold of now, and front desk teams use automated messaging - that is never the case here. When I started my first round of injections, we had a mixup with needle sizes and we called at 9pm and were able to get ahold of Dr. Royster to guide us through the process. The staff listens, offers honest advice, and simplifies complex concepts. All of the nurses are wonderful, but my absolute favorite was Joyce! The kindest, most gentle, but realistic woman. She also has the best sense of humor! Choosing a fertility clinic is such a hard decision! I am so grateful I made the correct choice.

My previous doctor could not even get the pipette past my cervix and ultimately cost me one of my precious embryos during an embryo transfer. Dr. Anderson is highly experienced and professional and had no trouble inserting the embryos the two times I did IVF. They are well-known as the place to go after failing to conceive elsewhere and have the best lab just steps away!
