    Naturally conceived baby
    Reza M.

Okay, here is me again with a proof of my claims in my previous review that you don't need an IVF! Meet Mr.Ryan, our 100% natural baby. My wife is 41 years old, she had stage 5 endometriosis which she had to remove one of her fallopian tubes , a very low ovarian reserve and I was diagnosed with 98% defective sperm. With all the odds against us, after every doctor told us it is impossible to conceive naturally and after 3 IVF cycles with different doctors and needles to say spending close to $100k, we were able to have a beautiful healthy baby by ourselves. I'm not here to prescribe any recipe to anyone, I'm just sharing our experience so people with the same situation don't lose hope! Here is what we did: - we committed to a CLEAN diet above anything else, that is organic natural whole foods. Eliminated any processed, canned, modified, preservatives, chemicals etc... - we eliminated any synthetic sugar and minimized any type of sugar significantly - we reduced our carbohydrates intake - we reduced any inflammatory ingredients specially gluten - we went on ketogenic diet (not religiously tho) - and the most important of all (and the toughest one) we reduced stress. See what works for you ( meditation, acupuncture, massage, travel...) Just enjoy every moment of your life! Save the IVF money for the future of your baby! Best of luck to everyone!

Dr. Anderson and Dr. Royster are without a doubt THE BEST fertility specialists around.. My experience with infertility is pretty extensive.. I've done a laparoscopy, 3 hsg's, 1 SIS, 1 hysteroscopy, 3 iui's (which btw is pretty standard in most fertility clinics), 5 full rounds of IVF with 3 different fertility specialist and Dr. Anderson was FINALLY the "miracle worker" that helped me get pregnant on my first round with him. CDC and SART rates say it all.. they have one of the highest success rates in the NATION. My main issue was diminished ovarian reserve due to a grapefruit sized cyst that took over my entire right ovary. I had the cyst removed via laparoscopy with my OB and unfortunately they weren't able to salvage much tissue on my right ovary which resulted in my Amh dropping from 1.9 to 0.7 at the age of 33. I did 3 iui's with my first RE that did not result in pregnancy, then moved on to another clinic and did 4 rounds of ivf which resulted in average graded embryos and zero pregnancies.. I was losing hope at this point and was thinking about giving up.. or moving onto donor egg. A girl that I follow on social media who has a very strong influence and presence in the infertility community by the name of Anna Wang (@annagetscozy) posted about SCCRM and how amazing her experience was here. She also went through multiple rounds of IVF at another clinic and ended up getting pregnant her first round with Dr. Anderson. Feeling defeated after my 4th failed ivf.. I wasn't ready to give up just yet and called SCCRM right away to schedule a consultation after I saw her post. Dr. Anderson is the best. He knows exactly what he's doing.. he's had over 30 years of experience. It honestly baffles me when other reviewers post about his "one size fits all" or "cookie cutter" protocol... like what??? I'm sorry, Are you the specialist or is he?? Did you, the patient, go to years of medical school and complete years of research or did he?? I trust Dr. Anderson and Dr. Royster whole heartedly. I had 2 different friends come to Dr. Anderson the same time as me and NONE of us had the same protocol.. so let's debunk that "one size fits all" theory . Aside from Dr. Anderson being the literal best, the lab he works with is known for producing high quality embryos. At my old clinic FOUR retrieval's resulted in only 2 average graded, day 6 pgs embryos. Ovation labs was able to culture 2 perfect day 5, 5AA pgs embryos in ONE retrieval. We did a transfer the following month and I got my very first positive pregnancy test after 4 years of battling infertility and going through treatments. Dr. Anderson also ran some additional tests on me because I've had failed cycles with my previous clinic and he discovered I have a blood clotting disorder which requires a medication called lovenox. This was most likely the reason why I had so many failed cycles at my old clinic. He had me on lovenox and suggested intrillipids a few days prior to transfer. My entire experience at SCCRM has been nothing short of amazing. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Even if I didn't get pregnant I would still give them a high rating due to the care I was under. Due to covid my husband couldn't be there for any of my appts but I never felt too alone because the nurses really took care of me.. Crista, Jo, Joan and Joyce were there for me and they celebrated with me when I got my beta results back. The girls in the front, Molly and Robyn are so sweet and always so helpful. I'm seriously going to miss SCCRM. I wish they could see me through my entire pregnancy. But I'll be back next year for baby #2 and another egg retrieval just to preserve more eggs. I personally found Dr. Anderson to be really charming and kind.. I read some reviews stating he's dry and basically didn't coddle their feelings enough... Dr. Anderson specializes in reproductive endocrinology NOT therapy. Believe me, I understand infertility is daunting and lonely but I have never expected any of my RE's to coddle my feelings. I expected them to help me get pregnant. He's very straightforward (which I appreciate) but that doesn't mean he's dry or rude. Every time I had a question he answered it thoroughly and never made me feel like I was being rushed. I hold Dr. Anderson and Dr. Royster in the highest regard. I fully appreciate the care I was under. SCCRM thank you for everything.. you helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life and helped me realize my dream.

    Dr. Anderson's creation ;)

I will forever be in debt to Dr. Anderson and his team for bringing me my sweet baby boy. My experience at SCCRM was top-notch, they truly provide white-glove service during a very emotional time and journey. They are there for you through-and-through! I came to Dr. Anderson after having a horrible, I mean horrible, experience at another reputable fertility clinic. When I met with Dr. Anderson, I appreciated his direct and honest approach; it was refreshing, there was no BS and he never tried to up sell me. The best part of Dr. Anderson, after his magical personality, is how he manages his patient's treatments. Treatments are tailored to the patient, so your protocol is customized for your body to yield the best results possible. All-in-all, I fell in love with every aspect of SCCRM - Dr. Anderson (of course), the nurses and my overall experience. IVF is such an emotional journal and I feel so grateful that I had Dr. Anderson and the SCCRM team took care for me during my second round of IVF...I could feel that they genuinely cared. Honestly, if you want a great doctor Dr. then Dr. Anderson is your man. His direct approach might not be for everyone, but it was truly endearing to me...and at the end of the day, I wanted a really, really good doctor and that is what I got. Thank you, Dr. Anderson - you are the best. Hands-down!

I am still waiting for "a follow up call" weeks later once again so I feel it's finally time to share my horrible experience. Please note-- I rarely write reviews (this is probably my first one), but I feel it's important to share my experience given the sensitivity of fertility care. While Dr. Gazelle has an impressive background with degrees from Harvard and Stanford and is very knowledgeable with statistics, my overall experience was extremely disappointing and, honestly, disheartening. From the start, the practice felt disorganized and impersonal. Her staff was kind when you reached them, but there were no check-ins, no follow-ups, and not even confirmation that my appointments were on the calendar--I had to constantly call to make sure I was scheduled. I was doing more work than them. Every appointment required pre-payment in cash, even before a short five-minute Zoom call, and Dr. Gazelle was consistently 15-30 minutes late, both virtually and in person. The promised "concierge liaison" never followed up regarding my lab work. Again, I had to reach out 3x to get loaded into my portal and each time they were loaded wrong. If I wanted to review the results I had already paid for, I was required to book another appointment and pay an additional $125 just to have them explained. Oh and note, the doctor won't get on the call until the cc transaction has processed. Please also note I do not care about paying cash for great service or medical care. We are financially sound. But the way they demanded the funds were just weird. I am business owner and this isn't the correct etiquette. After only a few tests (which in my opinion were not thorough), she quickly labeled me as "unexplained infertility" and immediately steered the conversation toward IUI--while simultaneously telling me it probably wouldn't work--and then pushed IVF as the only real option. "You must be exhausted after a year of trying on and off-- IVF is probably the best easiest route for you now." (Manipulation tactic-- "exhausted".). I came to her for answers not a magic $30-60k procedure that also could fail. No answers were given as everything she found was extremely healthy and normal. Beyond the financial frustration, what hurt the MOST was the lack of compassion. Fertility treatment is already one of the most emotionally vulnerable journeys a person can walk through, and I felt unseen, unheard, and treated more like a number than a patient. What should be a supportive and hopeful process felt transactional and even fear-driven. My feedback: This clinic desperately needs better systems, better communication, and above all, better patient care. A strong degree means little without empathy, organization, and follow-through. I cannot in good conscience recommend this doctor, despite her impressive credentials.

But this review is about my entire experience with egg freezing here -- and the frustrations have buried the highlights. I genuinely wanted to love this place. I just can't. Start with billing, which has been a nightmare. I need my invoices for medical reimbursement -- that's money I'm owed back -- and despite staff promising to "expedite things," it took 2.5 to 3 months to get them, lack of email responses, calls with no number to call back, extensions that only goes to empty voicemails, after they'd sat marked "pending" for nearly two months. And when I finally reviewed the charges, the refund amounts had been added up wrong. So now I'm double-checking their math too. To fix it, I had to chase a separate department on East Coast time, which became an endless game of phone tag. Their billing is somehow both impossible to reach and disorganized once you do. I came on a referral specifically for Dr. Dilday, and everything was fine -- until the morning of my procedure, when I was casually told she wouldn't be performing it. Instead it'd be whoever was on rotation. How is the day-of an acceptable time to learn that the entire reason I chose this clinic isn't the person operating on me? A heads-up days in advance is not a big ask. Dr. Dilday did visit me, which was genuinely sweet -- but one kind gesture can't paper over how poorly this was communicated. Then the anesthesia, which still upsets me. I told the anesthesia team and every doctor that I come out of anesthesia rough -- clearly and repeatedly. Nobody believed me. The anesthesiologist brushed me off, saying that in all his years he'd never had a problem, and any issues before were because I hadn't had him. Well -- I had an adverse reaction. I woke up in traumatic, screaming pain, a 20 out of 10, exactly what I'd warned about. I wish he'd taken me seriously as he weaned me off the medication after the OR. My recovery was far worse than the two similar procedures I've had before -- genuinely concerning -- and I'm left wondering if it was the technique, the anesthesia, or both. When a patient tells you exactly what will happen to their body and you ignore them, this is what you get. Now the pharmacy. CCRM uses an outside pharmacy, and that was its own disaster. The driver "missed the delivery window," and then management couldn't even locate their own driver for hours. When they finally found him, he had to meet me at a dinner venue -- where I walked out in front of all my friends to grab a giant cooling box for medication I did not want to explain to anyone. I was over an hour and a half late to my event, then had to inconvenience someone to store the meds in their fridge, which meant sharing a deeply personal situation I'd have preferred to keep private. I basically lost a whole day on the phone juggling team members over a pickup that should have been a simple delivery. And all that chaos traced back to one decision: the clinic sent only a single day's loaned dose. So of course I then had to call the on-call doctor after hours to report I didn't have what I needed for day two. I still don't understand why they couldn't just loan two days' worth so nobody has to scramble. It got worse. Right before my trigger injection -- the most time-sensitive, do-not-mess-this-up part of the whole process -- the on-call doctor clearly hadn't read the notes from the physician before him. He instructed me to start a medication I was never given and that was never ordered. I was at work, and he sent me into a full panic attack, because I couldn't drop everything to figure out what I supposedly had, literally the second-to-last day before my trigger. The lack of professionalism, the broken handoffs, the total breakdown in communication between departments, physicians, and billing -- it has genuinely let me down. And it's worse because this could be such a great place. The talent is here, the reputation is real, and I drove two hours each way because of it. I could have stayed local, but I took the referral and did my research -- only to find out how much exhausting, unnecessary work this would be. Roughly four months later, I'm still chasing invoices that don't add up or aren't complete enough to even submit. Fertility patients are already carrying enough emotionally, physically, and financially. It should not be this exhausting. The anxiety, the frustration, the helplessness, and the feeling of not being heard at times really don't make this experience with CCRM. I wish it wasn't so, and I am so sorry for leaving this review, but i really don't wish this upon anyone who is coming hoping for a good result.

I had a disappointing first experience at West Coast Infertility Clinic…read more At my initial visit, I paid $350 and was told by the receptionist that this amount would be reimbursed back to my card after my insurance claim was finalized. About a month later, I checked my insurance account and saw that the clinic had billed $2,286, and the claim had already been finalized for about two weeks. I called the clinic to follow up on my $350 reimbursement. The staff member who answered initially told me the insurance claim was still pending, which conflicted with the information from my insurance. After I explained what I saw on my account, she said she would check with the billing department and call me back the next day--but I did not feel confident in the communication or transparency of the process. While the facility itself looks clean and professional, my first impression was not positive. I came in simply hoping to learn more about IUI/IVF options before moving forward, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable during the consultation because it seemed like the doctor was more focused on promoting IVF rather than fully discussing my situation and options. Additionally, I did not receive any results from the blood tests or ultrasound performed during my visit. Overall, not the level of service or clarity I was expecting for such an important and sensitive journey.

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Moayeri, Jamie NP, and the rest of the amazing team at OC…read morefertility. After years of heartbreak, disappointment, and multiple failed transfers at a previous clinic, I decided to put my trust in OC Fertility and am so glad I did. I was not an easy case by any means, but Dr. Moayeri took on the challenge and was ultimately successful. She individualized my FET protocol with great precision and did daily blood work monitoring and frequent ultrasound checks. All previous doctors used a cookie cutter approach which unfortunately did not work on me! I am now approaching my second trimester of pregnancy with my miracle baby and am so thrilled! I highly recommend OC Fertility to anyone looking for highly personalized and expert fertility care.

I'm 32 and have been dealing with fertility challenges, and I chose OC Fertility hoping for support…read moreduring what is already a very emotional and stressful process. I want to start by saying that the staff was kind, and I genuinely liked Dr. Moayeri. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and compassionate on a personal level. Unfortunately, the overall experience was deeply disappointing due to serious administrative and insurance oversights. I was taken through the entire IVF process, appointments, medications, monitoring, right up until I was about to have my egg retrieval. Two days before Christmas, I received a call informing me that I was being dropped as a patient because they had failed to properly verify my insurance. At that point, I was told they do not accept my specific WIN Fertility benefits, something that should have been confirmed at the very beginning. This error completely derailed my timeline and forced me to abruptly move clinics at the very end of treatment, which was emotionally overwhelming and incredibly disruptive. Fertility treatment is not something you can simply "pause" without consequences, and the lack of accountability and clear explanation made me feel unsupported during a very vulnerable moment. I did speak with the director, who was kind, but kindness doesn't make up for the lack of oversight. Since leaving, multiple professionals have told me that my experience was not normal, which only reinforced how mishandled this situation was. My advice to anyone considering OC Fertility: get a second opinion before committing, and double or triple check your insurance directly with your provider. Do not rely solely on the clinic's confirmation. I truly wish my experience had been different, because the emotional toll of having to switch practices after going through so much was incredibly hard.
