Do not answer their phone, so I can't make an appointment for over 2 weeks now. No call back after I left a voice message...

I was assigned Dr. Kanchana Viswanathan for suspected Hyperparathyroidism. When I brought in my test results, she barely read them. She sat facing the wall and rather far away from me for the majority of my visit, other than leaving the room to get water so that she could have me drink it and feet my throat. That is the only exam that she did in the office (she ordered more blood work.) I had to tell her what tests were actually on the report that I gave her because, as I stated earlier) she didn't really read the bloodwork results. As my boyfriend and I were in the examination room, he started jerking around. I was alarmed when, twice, he had a trail of ants crawling on his arm. We mentioned it to her and she didn't even react or acknowledge it. She literally stared at us for a second and them went back to typing on her old laptop. This is something that I would apologize for and immediately look around for the problem, offer to move him as they looked, etc. SOMETHING! That is an immediate problem that you find a solution for ASAP! The exam rooms have old, old carpets that look disgusting. The office probably hasn't been painted in over 10 years (I'm guessing longer!), they have (the above mentioned) ants crawling about and apparently don't care, and the entire office smells old, dusty She was dismissive and incredibly untrustworthy. If your insurance refers you to her, immediately ask for another doctor!

I personally have been going there for 3 or years and haven't had issues with waiting more than 10-15 minutes when I've gone. My doctor is Viswanathan. I like her a lot because although she's firm, it's because she really cares and wants the best for her patients and isn't afraid to shake up treatment methods to do so. I feel the sentiment is the same for the other doctors there as well. Negatives: Phones. While it's a VERY busy office, it is almost impossible to reach someone or get a call back the same day of leaving a message, which can be super frustrating for anyone living with a chronic condition and pressing matter. I go to other offices that use a callback method, but the difference is that they get back to you within the hour of your call... not a day, days, or never. I wish they d change their practices, because while the office is great overall, important things have fallen through the cracks at times and u wasn't able to reach someone there. So they're great, but going to this office requires lots of planning and oversight on the patient's part.

In short: this program did not work for me, despite a full year of commitment and trust in the process. I'm a very active man in my 30s, and I was looking for a safe and effective boost--something in the realm of TRT-like results without going the traditional route. Unfortunately, Vitality RX did not deliver. 1. Misleading Progress & Poor Communication After six months, I was told my testosterone levels had improved based on their internal testing. However, I felt no noticeable difference--no changes in energy, recovery, strength, or mood. When I voiced my concerns, I was met with generic reassurances to "stay the course." The follow-up calls were short, rushed, and didn't leave any room for meaningful discussion. After a year, I saw an independent physician and discovered that my actual hormone levels didn't reflect the improvements I had been told about. 2. Repeated Errors & Lack of Accountability Throughout the year, I dealt with multiple shipping and prescription errors. For the price I was paying, I expected professionalism and consistency. Instead, I often received the wrong items, and the company would simply blame the pharmacy. That's unacceptable--Vitality RX is who I was paying, and I expected them to take responsibility. 3. Lack of Real-World Results Before signing up, I noticed something odd: there were no authentic user reviews or transformation videos on YouTube, TikTok, or anywhere else. That should have been a red flag. Now I understand why. In my opinion, this program is marketed as a convenient alternative to TRT, but based on my experience, it simply does not deliver results. If I could go back, I wouldn't have signed up. I hope this helps someone else make a more informed choice.

Reviews are one thing, but cold hard data doesn't lie. My 2-month follow up bloodwork showed my Total T level increased from 358 to 966 (+270%) and my Free T level increased from 8.0 to 22.1 (+276%) What's even more amazing is that, if you're in the LA area, they actually dispatch a nurse to you to draw your blood. I live in SF, but I was able to have my blood drawn at a hotel and at my friend's house. Talk about convenient!

Not only did he successfully rehabilitate her injury, but he went far beyond traditional physical therapy. Dr. Ngo focused on why the injury was happening and gave her the tools, education, and confidence to prevent future injuries. What stood out most was his ability to explain complex concepts in a way my daughter could truly understand, digest, and apply to her everyday training and life as an athlete. Clinically, he is incredibly knowledgeable and precise--but what truly sets him apart is his ability to tap into the mind-body connection. He helped my daughter trust her body again, move without fear, and mentally prepare to perform at the collegiate level. That kind of care is rare. I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Ngo. We will absolutely continue to work with him--not only for our other children, but for ourselves as well. I would confidently recommend him to anyone: geriatric patients, adults, children, athletes, and non-athletes alike. If you're looking for a physical therapist who treats the whole person, Dr. Ngo is the one.

I was 9 weeks pregnant (miscalculated) and after her quick ultrasound, told me that I had an ectopic pregnancy that would require surgery, I was in her office for no more than 15 minutes and quickly rushed out to get a more in depth ultrasound elsewhere. This was my first pregnancy and was not anticipating this type of care. After that horrible interaction, I decided to give it another go with Dr. Hayes / Nurse Tiana they were amazing! Nurse Stacy that draws blood is also truly amazing. If only the front desk actually knew how to do their jobs, I would've stayed with Optum. I missed my appt , and was told they would call me back the following week to reschedule , they never called and I when I called on Wednesday it was like pulling teeth trying to get put on the schedule bc they never provided me availability and I was asking all the questions. There's 3 people out of the 40+ staff members that are actually qualified to work with the general public , I don't know how this location is still up and running.
