My parents have been patients of Dr Siamak Rouzroch for approximately 24yrs. My father has had many complaints regarding overmedicating and other things that have bothered him throughout the years. My mother always convinced my father to remain with Dr Rouzroch. Recently, my father expressed the desire to change his primary doctor to the same one that his sister has. After I met the new primary doctor, I agreed. She is wonderful! Today I informed Dr Rouzroch's office of the change and thanked them for their care. Dr Bardi, Dr Rouzroch's wife, wished us well. Dr Rouzroch called myself and my father and spoke poorly of our new primary doctor and doesn't even know who she is! He also spoke poorly of the new medical Optum, as well. But it is what he done next, that impelled me to give this review!!! He called the pharmacy and closed out ALL of my parents medications. And what's worse, he KNEW that my parents new primary care physician is not effective until February 1st! He KNEW THIS and did not care! I'm so disappointed in the vindictive traits that Dr Rouzroch has displayed. Even the pharmacy mentioned that this action was highly unusual. They stated that Dr Rouzroch also tried to have my parents prescriptions that are ready for pick up....canceled! This is beyond ridiculous, vindictive and very unprofessional. A doctor that I had respect for, has lost all respect. He may be a good doctor, despite his many mistakes throughout the years, but he is NO longer a respected doctor. BEWARE. I believe this office can provide great care for their patients, but I seem to have gotten super unlucky with their outsourced (?) billing. If you can handle billing snafus, or can convince them only the copay is necessary, this could be a great practice for you! Here's what happened for me. 1. Scheduled a routine physical and mention that I recently had some specific discomfort in the toes of one foot. 2. Asked to pay full amount up front--what is my copay for? Every other doctor would verify insurance and charge the copay. But, sure; support a smaller office with less time for normal billing practices. 3. Go in. Pay $140 instead of $5. Meet the doc; great energy! But... we only talk about toes. Shouldn't there be more examination in an (overdue!) yearly physical...? Doc orders some blood work to check on toes, but they're fine now ("probably a bite", says the doc). Schedule a follow up call to cover results of the bloodwork. 4. The day before that call, office calls me: "you need to pay $90 more for the call". I laugh; tell them absolutely not, send me the results directly instead. They decide I don't need to pay $90 after all. It's a two minute call: "all good! Bye." 5. One month later, insurance approves their claim, which means they should be refunding me $135. 6. Two weeks later, no refund, so I call them. "oh, well you hadn't met your deductible". That's not how it works for office visits... and isn't what my insurance says on the claim. I send them the claim from my insurance, showing I should only be paying the copay. 7. One week later, I've heard nothing back. C'est la vie! read more

Are you seeking a doctor that truly cares about you and your health? I can't say enough about my primary Dr. Siamak Rouzroch. Dr.Rouzroch, goes above and beyond the care for his patients. I Informed my doctor I couldn't get an appointment until June to see a specialist. Dr. Rouzroch, made some calls and then HE personally called me and said, you have an appointment in February and write down this information. And this was after his practice was closed. That is unheard of my doctor did the work and was able to get me in asap and that speaks volumes of his character and his profession he loves. Thank you, Dr. Rouzroch. I appreciate you. He asks all the pertinent questions to address my concerns. He follows up on all referrals out of his office to ensure his patients are seen ASAP and get the care they went for. For past 16 years Dr. rouzroch and his staff, has been assisting me and half of my family members For all of our medical needs. Just recently my insurance changed to " Alierah Health Care". I asked my new insurance if Dr. Rouzroch is my Primary care physician.? Unfortunately the Rep was not to informative. After I called his office, one of the front desk ladies, noticed my frustration. She assured me she will follow up with insurance company since she has never heard about them, but suggested to make an appointment so once everything is Cleared I don't need to wait for an appointment . Mind you this is a new company, which was referred to me by AARP and most of the medical facilities are not familiar to them. Dr. Rouzroch is a fantastic doctor. Several years ago when my insurance company gave me a list of primary doctors to choose from I didn't know where to start. This doctor is a crook and his office staff, especially the office manager Mimi. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS DOC EVER SINCE I WENT IN FOR A SIMPLE "HEALTHY CHECK" VIA ANTHEM WHICH IS NOW TURNED INTO A TOTAL ORDEAL. They put in wrong claim codes which seems odd after Anthem Called to instruct them how to claim for a "healthy check". I paid $75.00 for the blood work "HC" which is supposes to cover the entire "HC". They ask me to make a "Follow Up" appointment to review my results. I went to my appointment this morning to be ask for "doctor visit co-pay". My "HC" service was not yet rendered, the service is has not been completed and they have a crook attitude telling me I have to pay to finish my "HC" Save yourself a headache and possible being gouged by staying far away from this sorry excuse for a DR. No stool sample, no eye check, no skin exam, no height Measurement during my "HC" and now they want to charge me $40 more dollars to go over my blood result. The "HC" service is not yet rendered!! I was a patient of Dr. Rouzroch for more than a year. I have COPD, emphysema and all I ever got prescribed was a Ventolin inhaler, the whole time I kept telling him I couldn't breathe and he didn't care enough to even listen to my chest. Every time I went in he never spent more than 5 min. tops with me and there were always 3 to 5 people waiting for him. He just treated me like a number. So I said something to the receptionist that I wasn't coming back and his wife overheard and begged me to stay. So I did, until the next month when I told him that the blood pressure pills he had started me on 6 mo. prior for my high blood pressure, I thought were giving me headaches every day and he said: "then stop taking them". He didn't prescribe a different blood pressure pill he just told me to stop taking them. So along with not being able to breathe I had high blood pressure. I felt like I was dying, so I found another doctor and he immediately put me on an inhaled steroid, Qvar and another inhaler, Atrovent and an allergy pill and nasal spray and blood pressure medication. My new doctor saved my life! Rouzroch didn't care if I'd die. Money, greed that's my opinion as to why he doesn't pay attention to his patient's needs, we're just a number to him. read more
