I've been coming here for my primary doctor for a couple years now. Everyone up at the front desk is extremely friendly and I've never had one single issue. They always answer the phone and are helpful. I love all the staff here and they have a very large private parking lot After being in the hospital more than a few times in September I decided to call for a follow up and to touch bases. My regular primary doctor wasn't available so they asked if I could see Dr Jesse Licuanan instead. I got in the next day Let me tell you, this was an absolute godsend. As soon as he saw me he asked if I have trouble walking. Which I said yes. He asked if since I have deep bowel adhesions to my pelvic wall if I have a ripping and tearing sensation. And I immediately said yes!!! He also asked if I have this feeling when I lie on my back and I again, immediately said yes. Since when I try to sleep and lie on my back with my bowels being fused to my pelvic wall I feel them tugging / a pulling and ripping sensation which has been keeping me up at night. Dealing with such a debilitating illness, I've seen my share of doctors. And not all are compassionate and some can be so dismissive. He really took his time Seeing this doctor who doesn't even specialize in endometriosis and yet he knew so much about it and was so compassionate it blew me away. It made me feel so comfortable and it was a breath of fresh air. He also said he wanted to be filled in after all my appointments with my other specialists and after each appointment he wants to see the notes so everyone can be on the same page. Which, is sooooo incredibly important. When you deal with so many different specialists and nobody is communicating it can become extremely frustrating. It was absolutely amazing that he understood the level of pain that I'm in and how life changing this has been If you're dealing with a chronic illness and are looking for an extremely caring primary doctor, look no further than Dr Licuanan. They've been canceling our appointments for 2 months already and the front desk girls are extremely rude and couldn't care less about the patients. One of them hang up on me because I wanted to double check the appointment time and I had to hang in the line for another 20 minutes just to confirm it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AND HER TEAM! Be ready to get billed for every single ridiculous item by this office and don't ever expect to see Dr.Green. I've had the worst experience with a billing discrepancy caused by this office and despite my patience and constant follow up on the issue, the front desk ladies are still sooooo rude and disrespectful, especially SANDRA. She has been the most disrespectful woman I have ever spoke to in my life. They will just talk you down and could care less to help you out and try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. I was charged a whole office visit fee for 5 minute FACETIME call with the doctor. I was also charged a late fee despite me calling in days ahead to cancel an appointment. The bills have been sent me to me 5 times over the year, even though I have called this office plenty of times to check if they removed the late fee with my insurance. They're take advantage of women's necessary health checkups and charge you for every little thing. read more

I had the worst experience with this doctor and the billing department. Came in for an annual physical and was charged for EVERY SINGLE ITEM. During my annual physical appointment, I mentioned some other health concerns, because of this the billing department decided to charge me for a medical visit instead of just an annual physical. I talked to the billing department and they told me that in order to be charged for the physical (and not the medical visit) I was to NOT report any health concerns and just keep my mouth shut! The person in the billing department was RUDE! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! read more

It's almost as if the staff here couldn't care less about what's going on I came before vomiting and they refused to see me even though I've been vomiting for several days that made me go to a an emergency clinic and I've given them my phone number several times yet conveniently it always changes and I never get told about my appointment. I've called and asked them to give me a reminder the day of my appointment because I have a very bad memory and they said that it wasn't in their job duty to do so. Yes it is. 2nd visit to this office as I have ppo insurance so I don't have one set doctor. So I made an appointment for a PAP smear the woman who scheduled my appointment over the phone looked up my info and said great we have you ready for your annual now I am currently trying to get treated for fibroid surgery so I also went in for a referral to see a specialist and paperwork signed to protect my job while doing this. First of all I can never see the actual Dr only the nurse practitioner I arrived whomever the prenurse person is titled Idc not relevant came in looked at my chart and was like you were just here in February...what difference did that make I still was requesting review for a reason and my primary physician asked me to have another one. So I was basically denied the pap and really thought she was just going to bill me 75 - 100 for the visit when she did absolutely nothing! I cried in the office because they were really treating me like oh well we don't help with paper work for covering for missed work... To when finally the nurse practitioner came in and was also very unempathetic and still gave me a hard time. Finally, reluctantly signed my paperwork. I gotta tell you I pay insurance every paycheck when I need assistance getting medical treatment and assistance making sure I'm covered from losing my job in the process I shouldn't be treated that way. shame on you all at very least being women and not being more understanding. If you want an office, nurse, doctor who actually cares...go elsewhere. For an 11:15am appointment... 11am: Arrive 15 min early to lobby/receptionist as requested to fill out paperwork. No air conditioning...hot and sweaty. 11:45am: "Ok, you can come back to the private room now." (Private room also has no air conditioning and is very hot.) 12:30am: Still no one checking in on me. Tired of waiting by myself in a tiny non-air conditioned room. Why did I make an appointment for 11am again if i'm gonna wait 2 hours to even see someone? 12:45am: Walk back out to receptionist area...greeted with "How was everything?!?!". Lol, really? I told them I haven't seen anyone...its been over an hour and a half...I have a job to go to. I'd like a refund. They didn't try to find someone to help me...they didn't even act like they cared. Their only response was..."Ok, we'll submit the refund within 3 days. Have a good day.". Yup, that was my experience. I should have left the second I realized there was no air-conditioning. $100 to sit and sweat for 90 minutes. I wish I could make them refund me for my time. read more

Dr. Green is courteous, friendly, and has a great bedside manner. She is one of the best doctors I've ever gone to. I have to ding her office two stars, though, as her front office is disorganized, disinterested (when not rude) and distressingly unknowledgeable. They do not call back when they say they will, have tried to charge us for items covered by insurance, and generally make it very difficult to schedule / reschedule appointments, or get a hold of results. Ehhh, one of the receptionists made me wait almost 40 minutes while she tried to contact my insurance provider. Seriously, why wasn't this taken care of like she said it would be when I gave her the info weeks ago over the phone? I gotta get back to work people, I ain't got time for silly games! Strike one. Then, I'm placed in one of the waiting rooms, and I can clearly hear Dr. Green with another patient in the next room. I can hear them wrapping up. Yay! (Any minute now it'll be my turn, as I was seemingly one of the few patients that morning, so any minute now she'll be knocking on the door, right?)....Nope! I'm left waiting, waiting and, surprise, more waiting......Hmmm???? She walks in maybe 10 minutes later and tells me that she forgot about me. Ok??? There aren't many other people here, and why didn't one of the nurses inform you? Strike two. And, although I thought she was a sweet lady, I didn't find her to be all that knowledgeable. so going to the hoo-hah doc sucks. There's no two ways about it. But it's one of those things you gotta do. One of my friends at work recommended Dr. Green and I'm so glad she did. Dr. Green made me feel totally comfortable and I feel like she went above and beyond what most doctors do. You may find yourself waiting a little longer in her office but it is only because you can also expect her undivided attention when you meet with her. I'm surprised at the lower reviews here. I've been seeing Dr Green and have always found the staff to be very personable and helpful. Dr Green is not as available as she only works 3days a week so in case of illness or injury or vacation, I've seen the nurse practitioner or Dr. Koseff. The worst I can recall is difficulty getting COSTCO pharmacy to communicate with the office about scripts. An I LOVE Dr Green! read more

Dr. Green is fantastic. I went in for my yearly check up and I was so happy with how friendly she and her assistant were. They made a very sensitive subject seem so casual. I did have to wait a while in the lobby, but I have yet to ever find any doctor/dentist/ophthalmologist/vet/whatever where there isn't a wait. That's just a fact of life people. 2 years ago I made the mistake of making an appointment with Dr Stephanie Green. I didn't think she was helpful, she was late, appeared distracted. I found another PCP I liked much better, but Dr Green keeps sending me bills. My last appt with her was in October 2014, and here we are in August 2016 and she is still sending me bills! It's been so long and communication with her office is so difficult I pay the bills just to get her off my back, but the bills keep coming. Last week my husband paid $158.41 and today Myra told me I still owe $265!! Her billing office doesn't return calls, their call center is staffed by very polite people in an office in Mumbai who promise to help but don't. Myra tells me "we don't do billing." Help! read more

I went to get a prescription refill. The wait was horrible even with an appointment. I finally get the nurse practitioner to visit. I had a skin condition. They insist on the weight height, pb and stethoscope stuff, which is irrelevant unless its a checkup. The finally fill the prescription. I go to the pharmacy, and get it filled. I look at the bottle of doxycycline that I get, and its enough for 10 days. It requires 30 days at a minimum. So I go back to the office, and complain. After waiting 20 minutes, I am told by the receptionist, that they will give me a prescription for 40 more pills. There is no apology or remorse for the screw up. Having used this pharmacy for a while, I know that this will totally confuse the pharmacist. I ask them to give me the correct prescription. I hear over the phone: "Tell him we won't see him again." I am aghast. I voice my opinion concerning this. Stephanie shows up and tells me that I can not get the correct prescription. And shall not be given medical care there again. No apology for their error. I mean how hard is it to acknowledge that you have difficulties telling the difference between 20 and 60? In summary, Stephanie's office has little skill and has gross violations of the Hippocratic Oath. They don't care, and show no remorse. read more

After reading reviews of different physicians in the area I figured I would give Dr. Green a shot (no pun intended). I also made my decision in part because several yelpers mentioned that she is generally very punctual. This wasn't the case with me. I was told to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to complete paperwork. When I arrived I was greeted by a receptionist who was glued to the computer. I stood there for five minutes before she even looked up. She seem roused when I asked her how she was doing. At this point there were no patients in the waiting room. I completed the paperwork in about ten minutes. Then a staff member called me over to the window to let me know I had no deductible and if there were any issues they would bill me. Cool. Then fifteen minutes later a person yells my name and asks me to come to the window. They demanded a $79 payment. "But didn't someone just tell me you would bill me? I asked. "Oh yeah, nevermind, go ahead and have a seat". So I did, for the next hour. Finally I pleasant woman escorted me into a waiting room and told me Dr. Green would be available shortly. Another thirty minutes. ( I scheduled 90 minutes for myself thinking it would be plenty of time....wrong.) After being in the office for over 90 minutes without seeing the doctor I realized I had to get to another appointment. When I stepped out and asked to reschedule I was led to the receptionist who interrupted our conversation to take a phone call. That was the end for me. I left. I was seeking a doctor with a reasonably pleasant office staff who is punctual. Unfortunately I can't speak about my experiences with Dr. Green directly, only the misery of waiting in her office and dealing with the unorganized and generally unpleasant staff. I had to have blood work done a few weeks ago. The lab said it would only take a few days. I called last week to let the office know I haven't heard back about my results and they told me they would call the lab and get back to me. Another week later I had to call them again, they still don't have the results and never followed up with me. It has been two weeks and I still don't have results back. They are completely unorganized. I will be looking for a new doctor. read more

I went here because they were within my network for a simple physical. It included blood work. The physical was at no cost due to it being for my insurance but because they do not know what they are doing at this office I got billed for the blood work that was requested but not needed. I've been working with Mayra in the office for almost s year trying to get it resolved. On two separate occasions they told the issue was resolved only to receive a bill a couple months later. They requested billing info from my insurance and wanted to know what was owed to reimburse me. They gave me the run around, promised follow ups and never did. Finally after 5 trips they told me it was between me and the doctor from their office! Not sure how that works but I wouldn't recommend them. They didn't provide anything another office can't and you will avoid a headache. Steer clear of his circus. read more

Today I went to see Dr. Stephanie Green for the first time. I have a huge fear of OBGYN and annual visits. Dr. Green and her staff was truly beyond amazing. I am so glad I was referred to her she is truly the best Dr. I have been to. I have seen Dr. Green about twice. The first was for my regular pap and overall checkup. She was quick and very friendly. Typically I am used to spending less time with the Dr. and more time with just about everyone else. After the pap she even stayed in the office to discuss next steps and the conversation turned into a friendly chit chat. I recommend her to all my friends. The office is small and parking is easy. Beware of making an early AM appointment as you cannot be seen until the Dr. actually arrives so if your pressed for time ask the receptionist when they expect the Dr. to be in. My husband likes to take the first AM apt. available b/c the office is close to home not work. He ends up waiting so I caution against that early time slot. read more

I've been going to Dr. Green for about 7 years. She's a great doc, her husband is an orthopedic doc, and both have terrific patient manners. She's truthful, caring, and goes the extra mile. In the past I haven't had the best experiences with the doctors I've visited. They've all seemed to be incompetent or just plain creepy. I'm a fairly healthy person but it seems because of this any time I've had any concerns or questions they really haven't been addressed. I've always left appointments disappointed. They've been expensive and felt like a complete waste of time. With Dr. Green, however, I felt so at ease. She is a truly lovely person. She is able to answer questions eloquently and speak in a way that is understandable to those of us that don't know all the medical lingo. The office is small, but the staff is very kind. You may have to wait for what seems like an eternity, but this seems to be the case with any doctor's office. When you are seen you feel like you are the center of attention, which I find important as I'm the one wanting to maintain my health and discover if there's anything that needs improvement/care. I was going to see Dr. Green as a new patient. I came into the office and found the staff very friendly. I was asked to fill out the usual new patient paperwork and insurance info. I made my appointment for the following week and left very pleased.... Almost a week later and two days before my appointment they call me from a blocked number and tell me that they dont accept my insurance! That was information they should have known before I had even made the appointment. now I have to scramble to find a different doctor. The wait time has gotten so bad lately. I wish they would just let me stay (fully clothed) in the waiting room rather than putting me in a freezing cold room! I have to go to get my blood pressure checked (5 minute appt.) and once had to wait an entire hour. The walls are super thin so you can hear every other appointment taking place, it makes the waiting even more excruciating when you realize you are 4th in line! It has also become really difficult to get an appointment, I would seriously recommend booking your appointment a year out if you only go annually! I am pregnant, so I am now seeing an OB/GYN and I think I am going to stick with her or find a new doctor after my baby is born because I just don't have the time to waste. She is such a nice doctor, but this isn't worth it. read more

While I always have loved Dr. Stephanie Green, I recently went back to school and dropped insurance which means I lost her care. The doctor told me to call her for referrals if I found a new insurance carrier (HMO, Medi-Cal, etc. which is not taken at her office). Now finding out that I am in my first trimester of pregnancy, I called her office for a referral with my new health care program. After being put on hold several times, and provided no answers to my questions, the office staff lady said she could provide me with any referrals or further information. I am very disappointed as I am familiar with the fact that she should have known other references but just didn't want to take the time to help a former patient! Very upset here........ read more
