An interaction with the provider made me feel uncomfortable and singled out in a way that was not clinically necessary. On top of that, the office failed to follow through on an insurance appeal they said they would submit, repeatedly requested documents already provided, and did not respond to my insurance company resulting in a denial. I can't say enough about Alpha Hormones and PA Kellie Klein. I've really struggled navigating perimenopause for the last few years and have gotten rid of 2 GYN's because they didn't "believe" in HRT and didn't seem to care about the suffering I've been living through all so clearly attributed to hormones. I found Alpha Hormones because my current GYN doesn't prescribe or work with testosterone and I had a feeling mine was low. After receiving TRT treatment for some time with another clinic, I turned to Alpha Hormones in hopes of continuing treatment and exploring avenues for addressing chronic pain related to several spine and orthopedic issues. I was immediately ecstatic to find out that my Alpha Hormones is in-network with my PPO, meaning I'm saving about $2,000 a year with them versus my old clinic. I only pay $20 a visit, and insurance picks up the rest.I have been seeing Julianne at Alpha Hormones for about 9 months now.. She has been able to provide better information and monitoring regarding my TRT therapy, and she was able to offer several possibilities to help with my chronic pain symptoms. Under the guidance of Julianne, I have been able to lose approximately 35 pounds and hope to lose more. As a result, I'm naturally in less pain, and I appreciate that Julianne has been honest and upfront about the limitations of other therapies (HGH therapy, etc) with regard to them helping with chronic pain. I have never once felt pressured to purchase anything through them or pressured into therapies that are not necessary. On Monday, Feb 17, 2025, I had my first appointment with my newly chosen primary care physician (PCP), Dr. Rotana Steven Tek. He and his business partner, Natalie Franco, own the health company Alpha Hormones. As is common, I was required to fill out a form, which included questions about my and my family's health histories. I was there to see Dr. Tek because of dizziness I had been experiencing for more than a year that had basically stopped my life, and which two other PCPs, an ENT, and a neurologist were unable to explain or properly diagnose. Dr. Tek walked into the exam room where my wife (who has to drive me everywhere because of my dizziness) were waiting. He greeted us, identified himself, and then said to me, "So, you have cancer?" I do not have cancer. As it stated on the form I filled out, my father had cancer, which took his life 50 years ago. Dr. Tek then said, "Oh, so you're having problems with your gall bladder?" Wrong again. I had gall bladder removal surgery, but that was more than 30 years ago. At that point, my wife and I were exchanging concerned glances, wondering what the hell was going on. I finally got Dr. Tek focused on my actual health issue. He immediately started pitching his company's hormonal services before he even offered a guess at a diagnosis. He then said that I should have an MRI on my inner ears, even though the ENT I'd seen had ruled out an inner ear issue. I agreed to the MRI, and Dr. Tek wrote up the order to be taken to an imaging facility. When I arrived at the imaging facility, I was informed and shown that the MRI order was not for my inner ears, but for a completely different part of my body, therefore, the order would have to be re-written. Dr. Tek was unavailable, as he was now on a one-month vacation overseas. I reached out to Alicia H. at Tek's office by phone and then by email, but received no replies. The imaging facility managed to get the order re-written correctly. I had the MRI done and it was negative. There were no issues with my inner ears. The entire Dr. Tek experience was a total waste of my time and money. Don't let it happen to you. Other things about this company that you should know are: I was going to go in after my initial appointment with Dr. Tek for a blood draw. Somebody from Dr. Tek's office emailed me to ask if I would consider doing that appointment via telehealth. Really, doing a blood draw online? Then, I was getting loads of notifications to sign into the patient portal. My login info was being rejected by the portal, so I asked Dr. Tek's office to stop relentless email notifications. The office manager told me it would be stopped, and that my portal password had been changed...but she didn't inform me what my new password was. I had to ask her for it. She gave it to me, but it didn't work because it didn't conform with the password format requirements. The office manager never followed through on that for me. The entire experience with Dr. Rotana Steven Tek and Alpha Hormones was a nightmare. read more

Starting from ALL the office employees that are so very friendly and helpful and respond back to you right away to medical staff which let me just tell you I haven't seen a medical staff this wonderful in a long time and I am 62.
