I have been actively using peptides since April '26 and my experience with Lorraine and her staff has been outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to ask detailed questions to understand my needs and goals. The peptides we have chosen for my needs are MOT-C , Copper and CJC. She does not take a one size fits all approach, she focuses on providing personalized care and recommendations. What I appreciate is she works with both a doctor and nurse consultants which adds an extra layer of expertise and confidence to the guidance she provides. I love my wellness journey I am on with Healthy Solutions! read more

Lorraine and her staff are amazing. They recommended the perfect products to help me with my TMJ, migraines/head aches and general anxiety. Need to get a refill on my products soon, although it is a bit pricey. But for the results it's more than worth it! read more

Lorraine and her team are amazing! I called with a lot of skepticism about CBD and within minutes Lorraine called me back, answered all my questions and text me dosing information. She also called ahead and had everything set aside for me so all I had to do was walk in and pay on my way home from work. I was suffering from some alignment issues/pain in my hip and pelvis and spent months taking extra strength tylenol and Aleve with little to no results. My doctor wanted to give me steroids and a co-worker mentioned CBD. I knew nothing but found A Healthy Solution on Yelp. I now use a tincture and cream to treat my pain and it is amazing. I am happy to say that I am living pain- free! What a different in my quality of life. Now, between my oil and 5 weeks of physical therapy I am finally able to get in and out of my car and tie my shoes without pain. As a matter of fact, I am going on long walks and working up to being able to do aerobics/yoga without any pain. I honestly don't know what I would have done without this place. I absolutely recommend them to everyone and anyone who will listen! read more

We stopped in while we were waiting for our table next door. The lady who helped was super knowledgeable. My mom needed something to help with her sleep. You hear a lot about CBD. Of course I never trust anything that I learn through the media. I was introduced to this place and the staff is amazing. Remember the good old days where you would walk into a store and the people working there actually seemed interested in helping you and they had the experience, passion and skill to help you? You found it, this is a real business with amazing people who truly want to help you. If you want to learn more about their products which include non-CBD products as well, they seem to have just about anything you would want for a healthier lifestyle. Each time I go in I learn something new and not in a I feel like the victim of corporate "it never hurts to sell, sell, sell" mentality, they truly care and want to help you find the right product to make your valuable life even more amazing. I can not describe how happy I am when I find a business with amazing people who make me feel human both when I walk in the door and walk out of the door! Thank you for everyone involved in creating this amazing experience. read more

WOW ‼ What Amazing Results. I have been suffering for years ... literally years with injuries from 2 severe car accidents . 1st accident was a head on collision in 2005 . I was entering an intersection in my SUV and all of a sudden a car is barreling toward me . I couldn't go to my left or right because there was a sports car on my left and a family in a SUV on my right . It was awful , I could only put on my brakes to slow the momentum . To say the least , I was taken away unconscious by ambulance . The end result was a traumatic brain injury , multiple spine injuries , including 5 herniated discs, face contusions , chest contusions and my left elbow broke . Awful . I've lived in moderate to severe pain since . In 2016, I was broadside by a guy who was high on medical marijuana . I just dropped my daughter off at middle school at 8:30 am . As I drove home , traffic slowed and a Semi stopped and allow this F-150 truck to "Gun-it " across 2 lanes without knowing that traffic was not cleared in the third lane . I was coming up in the third lane and that F-150 Truck barreled into me ...broadsided me , right into my driver door without consideration that someone could be safely driving in that lane . It was quite a hit . I was trapped in my vehicle . Crowds formed, people called 911. It seemed like time stopped and the pain was excruciating . I had abdominal injuries , now another 5 disc herniations, hip and leg injuries, neck injury and traumatic brain injury again and I couldn't sit up . The paramedics finally showed up and cut me out of my Toyota Forerunner and I was rushed to the hospital . To say the least ... that's enough to make you pretty pissed off at life and tremendously pained . I suffer still , my family suffered watching me go through hyperbaric chambers , rehabilitation , sleeping most of the time when I wasn't doing some kind of rehab. Excruciating pain that is relentless wears on your body , brain and energy levels . I had every kind of treatment ....for years. I took CBD orally just to sleep ... it never helped me with my pain . It was actually one of my patients that told me about the CBD cream she would get from Lorraine at A Healthy Solution . I received my concentrated CBD Cream and immediately put it on my highly pained areas ( right side of my neck and both shoulders where the were extremely pain ...and on my left low back . ) I couldn't believe it. I rubbed in Lorraine's 2500 mg CBD cream and felt immediate results . It was incredible . I am now laying down and feeling so good , with no pain. I'm a chiropractor . I've used many products . This product is Legit ‼ Thank you Lorraine for brilliantly concocting an incredible product that is highly potent ‼‼. You are a life-saver . read more

This place is so great! It's super cute and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. My first attempt at a purchase didn't go well as they had accidentally left a 'be back in 15' note on the door on a day that they weren't able to come in but the owner personally apologized and offered a compensation in return. She even offered to deliver the products to us since we live locally. That's the customer service that keeps businesses alive and well! The products are wonderful and they help manage my husband's symptoms when he gets migraines (nausea, vomiting) and have majorly decreased the frequency as well! Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the help and quality of life you have given my mom. Healthy solutions literally has improved her life so much. Mom suffers from Painful Arthritis and is a kidney transplant recipient because of her Lupus. Since we started the CBD ointment and massages there has been such a decline in the number of bad days. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. read more

I am so happy Healthy Solutions opened up in Yorba Linda! I originally went into their store to help my anxiety with my school and work load. I first tried their kombucha which I highly recommend you only need to drink a 3rd of it.. it basically relaxes me, helps me focus on my hw instead of all the other things I could be doing and takes that edge off when I feel my hw load is overwhelming. Next, I went back in and bought their Giraffe Nuts which is another one of my favorites, first they taste extremely yummy, second they are an appetite suppressive so you don't feel like eating 24/7, lastly they take that edge right off when I'm sitting in traffic driving home to Corona everyday. I have used their Maximus serenity stick to help me fall asleep fast at night which is basically a blend of essential oils and CBD, it's simply AMAZING! I love their Maximus gummy's before I go to the movies to help me relax or when I just want to relax at home without thinking of everything I "need" to be doing. Their honey sticks are great to put in tea at night to wind down. Oo I also have cystic acne and their blemish cream calmed my acne and I get complements almost everyday on how much my face is looking so clear. Actually, I pretty much love all their products, for your time sake I won't keep mentioning everything I have tried and loved, but I do recommend you giving their products a try, they are life changing. Plus everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. read more

Having suffered from old nagging baseball injuries, i was looking for something natural and holistic to ease my pain and help me feel younger again. I bought some salve and the miller healer patches. I am a huge fan of the salve, ( 500 mg ) does it for me. I get immediate response and relief in targeted areas near my elbow and shoulder from years of abuse. I turned my mom to the patches too and she loves them. This has been a god send and i am forever grateful. The Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Very nice location, clean and professional. read more

This place is beautiful and so relaxing to be in! We bought the 4th of July Anxiety relief package for our dogs and it worked amazingly! Great place with very informative associates. Come tell them what issues you're having and they will match you up with great products.

Recently, I stopped by to see what they had to offer in this super cute shop. I met the owner Lorraine; who was not only extremely nice, but also extremely informative. She explained more in depth about the healing properties of cbd oil (I only knew very very little). While there, she showed me the products that could alleviate my carpal tunnel pain. I really like how she didn't try to push anything, she truly wants to help. I ended up getting a muscle salve and a sleep aid. The salve is amazing and I love that I don't carry around that Bengay scent. The sleep aid wasn't quite enough to help, but Lorraine told me to come back with it and she could add cbd isolate to strengthen it. She wasn't there when I returned, but 2 employees Alex and Nekko were working and so helpful. They added the isolate and I got some cbd pet treats for my dog. I am already planning on going back to try their skin care and bath products! read more
