Parking is also a breeze. Regarding the pharmacy itself, the staff have been nothing but awesome. From the technicians to the pharmacists, they make it really easy to continue to come back. Regarding the store merchandise, they have the typical CVS over the counter medications and consumer goods. I have found, however, the prices are much more than some of the big box and grocery stores but convenience has its price. I also find it funny how long the receipts are. Must be worth it for CVS to print such long receipts with coupons to keep people coming back. Someday, I might actually use one of those coupons.

I located my Emergen-C vitamins and a few snacks quickly! My only concern is that a few of the shelves were bare, it gave me COVID-19 vibes. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. I asked if I could wait and if they would call my name over the intercom when it was ready, and the employee said yes. I waited over 30 minutes and never heard my name called. I eventually went back up and asked another associate, who checked the computer and confirmed that the prescription was ready. However, I was then told I had to get back in the line of more than 10 people because going directly to the counter would be considered cutting. I ended up wasting over an hour here because I came in with the impression that both of my prescriptions were ready. The communication and organization were extremely poor.

This one is similar to the Anaheim location one. Much bigger and the store has a slight curve to lay out of some of the shelves and aisles. I am not schizo posting, those who know, know. Plenty of parking in this location since it's in such a huge plaza. Check out was a tad busy, even in the self check out, so I was directed to the returns for checking out. Stock and selection was decent, a little bit messy and disorganized in some places but makes sense with the sheer size of the store. Was able to get toiletries for a friend's visit, all for under $30 with multiple items, which isn't too bad. On my next visit, the head pharmacist decided to speak to me about it. Instead of apologizing for my experience he defended his employee and CVS. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!
