Every time I have gone into this store, one of them will be there and almost every time both will be there. Josh and Randy have enthusiastically helped me get what I need, and have the information as well in areas of my ignorance. They make you feel like you're part of the family. The few times I've gone in and they didn't have what I was looking for, they brought it up on the computer, as well as cross referenced it show me the different options, and literally had it there next day. Only one time did I have to wait more than a day for parts, it was two days!! It's rare to go into any store now days, let alone a car parts store, and be treated with so much respect, be worry free because of the knowledge the bestow upon you, get what you need, and leave with a smile because of the confidence these two instill into every person; also they tell some pretty funny jokes. All in all I highly recommend this Napa for your automotive needs, or if you just want to come in and be treated like family. Thanks Josh and Randy y'all guys rock! P.S. to whom this may concern, give them boys a raise!! lol

They only had one bottle on the shelf so I asked if I could take advantage of the buy one get one free pay for it now and when their next shipment came in, they could give me an IOU and I would come in and pick up the second bottle. They told me they could not do that. I thought that was absolutely hilarious. I asked him to ask his manager, but his manager walked up to the next register and just started taking people in line behind me. So I put the product back paid for the original product that I intended to get when I came in and any after sales were history. Now I know why my sister always goes to Napa. They would have at least given me a rain check Giving one star because the store was clean and one star because Jacob was nice and friendly. The other three stars are negative one for the manager negative one for not having inventory and -3 for not giving people who are not in management authority to do something so basic. Inconveniencing your customer is not the way to do it. I don't know if they're aware, but customers are what keep your doors open. Denying sales is asinine.
