I agree on the with poor reviews. It happened to me too…read more It seems that is the modus operandi of this business. They give you a quote and once you are there they change it. I believe upon seeing the person, he increases the price. I had to pay him half with a card and half in cash. He wouldn't give me a receipt for the cash. Only for the card. I believe that he defrauds the government tax. Why would he do that? He did tell me he would have my vehicle lift kit installed the next day. It took him five days to return my vehicle. I noticed that he would do side jobs from customers old parts in between the new customers for his hispanic buddies or close people. That is why i asked him to return my old parts to eventually trash them. I previously had a lift kit but i went to a bigger size tires. In my opinion, he was expensive and tardy on what he promised. Can't complain about the lift kit he recommended. However, i did find out it was over priced. Maybe because of my address... Go there if you have extra cash or if it convenient to you. It's disappointing for me when people eyeball you and exploit.

Pedro Ramirez, sales professional, came out to help me and my husband. He was very nice, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't try to give me the sales pitch. He understood that we were on a tight schedule and I either wanted to make the deal or not. I wanted one vehicle, but it was not going to happen, and we had to go to another appointment. But Pedro did not stop there and while we at our appointment he was working on getting the Traverse I wanted at a price I wanted. Needless to say, they found it at another dealership and was able to get the Traverse the very next day. Pedro went through all the vehicles features with me, had it detailed answered all my questions and then some. I dealt with Leo in Financing and again he was very knowledgeable, helpful and so nice. My entire experience with them from start to finish was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them when you want to buy your next vehicle and I absolutely love my Traverse!!!!!! Thank you Pedro and Leo!!!!

To all who are considering doing business with Ferrari of Rancho Mirage a LAPIS Dealership…read more Here is my experience...and it's not a good one. I had sought out a particular Ferrari and finally found one of interest; the problem was, it was over 500 miles away in Southern California (I live in Northern California). However, even if the vehicle was in the area, I would still need to perform some type of due diligence in order to assure I was purchasing a sound/functional vehicle. That said, I found Ferrari of Rancho Mirage only 20 minutes away from where the vehicle resided and made an appointment for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (cost $740). Days later, I was contacted by the Service Manager/Jenna Cascio and told the vehicle was in good condition, although it still needed some suspension work and to replace a few leaking seals. With this endorsement in hand, I purchased the Ferrari and had it shipped to Northern California. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the following: * No AC * No headlights * Windshield wipers inoperable * Antenna won't retract * Parking brake won't hold * Tachometer won't go above 2,000 * Windows require manual intervention to operate * Each door lock is keyed differently and neither works with the keys * Erratic Idle/RPM * Rear shocks leaking * Fuel leaks * Oil leaking from bell housing/main seal For those of you not familiar with cars, most of these items (some safety-related) would have been easy to identify by either pushing some buttons in the driver's compartment or readily visible with the vehicle up on a car lift). THE TOTAL COST OF RECTIFYING THESE ISSUES HAS RESULTED IN A REPAIR BILL EXCEEDING $30,000! Of course, I was less than pleased and contacted the Ferrari of Rancho Mirage. While they were willing to refund my $740, they were totally unwilling to accept any responsibility for their obvious mechanical oversights...essentially just patting me on the head and hoping I would just go away! Well, $30,000 is a huge chunk of change and I wasn't willing to go away quietly. I contacted the Customer Care Manager and Customer Service Department for Ferrari and both told me the COO of Ferrari of Rancho Mirage/LAPIS - Mark Venti would be my main contact for resolving this issue. However, after numerous attempts to contact Mr Venti to resolve this issue, my communiques (email, as well as certified mail) has fallen on deaf ears - NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. While it took every fiber of my being while writing this, I have refrained from utilizing 4-letter expletives to portray my displeasure, although a $30,000+ bill to cover their mistakes is pretty close to a living hell. In short, BEWARE of Ferrari of Rancho Mirage and the LAPIS Dealership Group, as they do not have your back! I would highly recommend you seek out alternatives to a LAPIS Dealership including Ferrari of Rancho Mirage!
