Business is listed as Integrity Mobile Auto Service, but appears to have had a previous name of Simmons Mobile Auto Repair. Based on his advice, we hired him to work on installing a Downpipe that he insisted as a preventative measure would protect our Duramax diesel from a bolt that he explained would come off from soot accumulation, and destroy the turbine and engine. We gave him $2800 for the job, then he called and said he needed "only $500 more" because the part he ordered didn't come with a Downpipe which was supposed to be shipped along with the other part he ordered. That was a lie. That was the bait needed to get my money. I found out after researching that nothing needed to be done; this was a frivolous and unnecessary repair. I called to cancel the job. He promised to refund our money which he hasn't done, and now he has blocked me on phone and texts. He's made excuse after excuse to delay my return. I feel that he took advantage of a senior on a fixed income to con me only to make money off of me as a cash cow, and after reading other reviews of other people he's done this to, I see a criminal intent and a pattern. I waited for a refund for three weeks, and after he insisted, promised, and done otherwise, Robert Simmons and Vonte King haven't responded to my texts or phone calls, so I'm assuming what I'm seeing a lot of other people are saying about him. He's a scam artist, and you need to take your business elsewhere. Robert's MO is as follows: he will most likely rip you off after having a few smaller repairs and transactions first to gain your trust. About four or five jobs in, which he will perform satisfactorily, he pulls off his scam by adding a repair that shouldn't be done or has no reason for being done. Most if not all mobile services are scammers and Robert did his due diligence in proving himself to support this idea as a scammer and a liar.
