I was very surprised to see a member of their team come outside to see how she could help me. I did not have a scheduled appointment, and I hadn't called to say I was on my way, so when I was greeted at my car door I thought it was awesome. Angela was very kind, her demeanor was pleasant, she is very knowledgeable, and professional. I admired her willingness, and enthusiasm in providing great customer service, while addressing the reason for my visit.
