A friend recommended this place after the Toyota dealer told me I need immediate (and expensive) brake work. On my first visit, Ramiro said my brakes were in good condition and that I could get another 10,000 or so more miles on them. He didn't charge me to look at them. I called the day before to make an appointment. The owner specifically told me that he does not do appointments, it's on a first come first serve basis. I get that part. I told him I would be down in the morning and he told me see you tomorrow. I get there the next day when they open and they tell me they are slammed for the next two days to bring it on Monday. He should've told me that when I was on the phone with him the day prior trying to make an appointment. Now I drove an hour and a half early this morning and have to drive an hour and a half without an alignment back home. Seriously pissed, crap communication. read more

I have a Class C motorhome that needed some front end work. It hasn't been done in at least 250 k miles. I knew it was going to cost a lot and take a while to get done. When they called me to give me the details on what had to be done, they explained it perfectly and came up with a price. A bit more than what I expected, but probably very fair. They kept me informed on when it would be ready and I really appreciated that. They kept the motorhome garaged for 1 night which I was grateful. They had it done the next day at a reasonable price. 2 of the parts didn't need replacing after further checking it and the cost was lower than the estimate. I will definately go back there if any more work is needed. I recommend this place. BTW...There are 2 Pacific Brake & Alignment locations about 2 miles away. My 2005 Winnebago had blown the donut seal from the manifold to the exhaust pipes. It was making horrible sounds and leaking exhaust in the engine chamber. I also had a generator gas line that was leaking. Danny fixed both. He also looked at my in line parking brake system that leaked, but turned out to be non serviceable. Anyway my Motorhome is running like new again. Power restored, runs like a top, and is super quiet now. He charged a reasonable fee and what I really liked was he always answered the phone, and let me know what was going on. If you have brake or exhaust, or alignment issues call Danny. These guys were solid. Took my incomplete exhaust job from Muffler world(crappy shop), to these guys. Fixed issues from prior installer and completed job. Charged me a fair price. The guys were very attentive to the issues they might face while installing a companies system they were not familiar with. We just want to thank everyone at Pacific Brake II whom worked on our travel trailer that needed the brakes and leaf springs changed. What a nice bunch of guys and a job well done. We picked our trailer up today 2/17 and as we drive out we immediately noticed a huge difference in the way the trailer sounded and rode. I didn't find any information about this place on Yelp but found a review on a different site. I decided to take my truck in to have my brakes checked out... It was a little tough to find as a brick wall is up on the street (Indio Blvd.) but after a u-turn I found it. The guys that were working there seemed very professional and eager to help. I received a call within 30 minutes to tell me that my front pads need replacing and the rear was fine. A few hours later I received another call and it was ready to go. All in all, they have good prices and communicate well with their customers. My truck can now stop without weird noises.
