Amazing service, really kind -Very patient and half of what the dealership was about to charge. Stephanie at the indio location is a gem- she explains everything so clearly as did the gentleman who installed my brake pads- i will be back. read more

Fabulous crew and great service! All service warranted nation wide. Lots of tire choices too!

I get really anxious taking my car in, but I ended up having a wonderful experience here. We came the day before Thanksgiving and everyone was friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough. Bonus - it's right next to a few restaurants so you can get a snack while waiting for your car! Thanks for easing my fears. read more

Exceptional Service at Daniel Tires! I am thrilled to give Daniel Tires a five-star review! They consistently provide great three-point inspections and demonstrate outstanding customer care. What sets them apart is their reliability; I can always count on them to complete work in a timely fashion. The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. Most importantly, I appreciate their honesty in all dealings, which is hard to find these days. I would like to give a special acknowledgment to Hector and Andrea for always going above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and greeting me with a smile . Thank you, Daniel Tires, for your exceptional service! Heather B. read more

We are thrilled with our experience with Adrian from Daniel's Tire Service. We had our Motorcoach tires replaced yesterday. Adrian arrived on time. He was very professional. He explained the process and what to expect. The installation took 3 hours. Adrian called when he was as finished. (As promised) The tires look great. Thank you Adrian read more

I dropped in because while on the way back to Los Angeles, and experiencing a lot of vibration in the car. Hector took one look at my tire and told me that it was separated and needed replacement. Unfortunately, he didn't have the tire in stock because it's not standard, however, he did recommend me to a tire place down the street that did have the tire. Super helpful and great service! read more

Bought new tires & noticed deep scrapes that removed the paint to All four beadlock wheels. This after waiting over three hours. Notified Hector who offered to buff them which won't fix the permanent damage. Sad because we like to support local businesses. Don't go here unless you want damage to your vehicle. read more

After visiting 2 other well known shops in the valley I stopped here. I have a fleet vehicle and had to find a shop that is listed in network. I had a staple in my tire and it was almost flat. The other 2 shops didn't have time today ONLY after they found out it was a fleet vehicle. Andres at Daniels was great! He knew right away I needed to get it repaired and was extremely helpful and nice. Less than 30 minutes and I was in and out. That shop was FULL and busy but Andres graciously took care of my tire. He also advised me that his shop also does all other maintenance and services and is approved by my fleet management program. DANIELS is my new go to for service and less than a mile from home. I am actually glad I had that staple in my tire or I would not have found them. THANK YOU to Andres and his crew at Daniels Tire in Indio. They made what was a large problem for me a very small bump in my day. read more

Daniel's Tire service has literally been my only good experience when it comes to automotive service. Hector is quick, thorough, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service ! One time I even took my car to ford for warranty work and they had it all day and put over 30 miles on the car just to tell me it was in perfect condition. I took the car to Hector for a second opinion and he found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes without even driving the car ! If you're looking for great trustworthy automotive service I 100% recommend going to see Hector at Daniel's tire service ! read more

My car's tire pressure came on and I went to America's tires just to be told everything was fine. They reset my meter and after 4 minutes of driving it came back on. Since I'm driving to Phoenix and didn't want to get stuck in the desert I came to Daniel's tires and was assisted by Hector Nuno who immediately saw the issue. It was my valve stems that I asked Americas Tires to check. Literally diagnosed immediately and gave me peace of mine after being disregarded twice by a competitor. Friendly service and super fast! So glad I came here! HIGHLY recommend. read more

Brought my car in today for an alignment and Raul was working behind the desk and checked me in for my appointment. He said it would be about 1hour or less. So my husband and I walked to Pueblo Viejo for lunch and about an hour went by and walked back to find my car was ready. Fabulous service and customer service which is becoming a lost art. But....... not finished..... before heading over to the appointment my husband was leaving the same time I was and his car would not start.... dead battery. We saw that Daniels Tires reception room had batteries. We told Raul about our story and he told us to get it jump started and he would have a battery for us in less than an hour. Well, got home, jump started the car, off to Daniel's and battery was waiting for us, installed it in less than 20 minutes......good to go. We are both impressed and happy I found Daniel's Tires on Yelp. read more

Super helpful and good service. We got a lot done on short notice (we're on the road and had to do a walk in). They got everything done that we needed! Armando was really nice and helpful with all that we needed. read more

Have been coming here for years as it is convenient and always felt they were honest. Service is always good and Hector, the manager, always remembers who I am by name, a lost quality these days. Last week was in and when paying gave him several $20.00's to pay bill, accidentally including a $50.00 bill (I was very tired at 80) and he stopped me and said you gave me a $50.00--too much. HONESTY like this deserves applause and a THANK YOU. Thank you Hector for your honesty and I would recommend your place to anyone and have. read more

I made an appointment at 11 15 AM. to have an oil change.told them I was going to lunch what was the time frame. Hector said hour and a half or so. I was back in 2 hours. My car had not been touched. I always got good service when my husband was alive. Now they have to deal with just a woman I guess they can't give good service anymore. Last time I'll be seeing them read more

I love bringing my car here for service! This is the first auto establishment where I feel like they don't try to take advantage of the fact I'm a female. They're honest, and don't try to oversell. Their prices are amazing! Their work is great! And their whole establishment is welcoming. It's a place where I don't mind waiting. The workers are extremely nice too, especially the manager Hector. He's always so respectful and sweet whenever I go. He listens, understands, and just really completes the whole experience there. I recommend for everyone to come here for your next car service. You won't be disappointed! read more

Brought car in for a simple service the asst mgr and mgr were both rude to me. They were asking questions about parts of the car I don't know that's why I brought it to you! So, I don't recommend this place for any service. You could also hear the managers conversation about and obvious mistake he made with a previous customer. Not appropriate! read more

Let me explain what customer service is...it is when you go above and beyond for your customers. This place here has this down to a tee!! They made sure I was set when I got a flat...I even came back and the mechanic let me use the proper tool to fix my tire. Hector my dude..you are a freaking rockstar!! Jason was hella cool too! I'll be by to see you guys again and I will refer everyone who needs tire service here! Thank you again you guys! read more

So thankful for this place! On my way from phoenix to san diego I got my first ever flat. I felt as if in the middle of nowhere but I was able to find Daniels tire shop. They made me feel as if everything would be okay. The guy who helped me was able to get me back on the road within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service!!! While I was there everyone who walked in left happy. The employees even knew their customers name. This shop seems to have a lot of regulars and I can see why. Overall great service! read more

This place is the best! No pressure service and knowledgable staff. I am not a whiz when it comes to cars, but luckily I had Hector's help picking out the best quality tires for my car and it didn't come with an outrages price tag. I have been going to them for YEARS! They are awesome! The nicest guys and really give you great deals. I highly recommend going here for your up keep on your car. Tires are very reasonably priced, too! They are GREAT! read more

I have been coming here for about a year now bringing in both my truck and car, always receive great service and pricing, often matching or beating the competitor as well as giving you the best sale or coupon pricing as well. I never feel like the service is half done or hidden from work like I have received several times from the dealer charging more and doing less, not here. The manager and assistant manager seem to extend their "can do" service every time. This last instance I needed transmission service repair which they don't do (surprise!), but sent me to a local transmission shop they recommended (see my other review for Desert Trans & Towing), so instead of just saying we don't do it they made sure they sent me to a recommended shop with the same service and repair quality. Thanks guys! read more

Oh my god, these people here are just gems. It's so hard to find trust worthy mechanics that are honest, but these guys are them. I know that there are cheaper places out there but these guys give you great service, show you your old parts, explain everything to you etc. they replaced my breaks and rotors for FREE after they had expired warranty and are just so kind and you know what this just happened so I'm like really surprised at how sweet they are. Especially hector the general manager he is just the best. Anyways you can trust them. Definitely read more

Been buying my tires from Hector the manager for about 2-4 years and I been extremely happy with the service from everyone their.

Hector (the store manager) is excellent, the staff is friendly and HONEST (thank goodness), and I have been going here for about 10 years... Gene retired and Hector is more than qualified to keep the business going. They remember who you are, give accurate recommendations, and they simply feel like your neighborhood tire place... recently (today), they mounted new wheels and tires on my car at 5pm and were happy to do it. They are great, responsive, and do quality repairs. I highly recommend Hector and his crew - way to go, Guys! :) read more
