After visiting 2 other well known shops in the valley I stopped here. I have a fleet vehicle and had to find a shop that is listed in network. I had a staple in my tire and it was almost flat. The other 2 shops didn't have time today ONLY after they found out it was a fleet vehicle. Andres at Daniels was great! He knew right away I needed to get it repaired and was extremely helpful and nice. Less than 30 minutes and I was in and out. That shop was FULL and busy but Andres graciously took care of my tire. He also advised me that his shop also does all other maintenance and services and is approved by my fleet management program. DANIELS is my new go to for service and less than a mile from home. My car's tire pressure came on and I went to America's tires just to be told everything was fine. They reset my meter and after 4 minutes of driving it came back on. Brought my car in today for an alignment and Raul was working behind the desk and checked me in for my appointment. He said it would be about 1hour or less. So my husband and I walked to Pueblo Viejo for lunch and about an hour went by and walked back to find my car was ready. Fabulous service and customer service which is becoming a lost art. But....... not finished..... before heading over to the appointment my husband was leaving the same time I was and his car would not start.... dead battery. We saw that Daniels Tires reception room had batteries. We told Raul about our story and he told us to get it jump started and he would have a battery for us in less than an hour. Well, got home, jump started the car, off to Daniel's and battery was waiting for us, installed it in less than 20 minutes......good to go. I have been coming here for about a year now bringing in both my truck and car, always receive great service and pricing, often matching or beating the competitor as well as giving you the best sale or coupon pricing as well. I never feel like the service is half done or hidden from work like I have received several times from the dealer charging more and doing less, not here. The manager and assistant manager seem to extend their "can do" service every time. This last instance I needed transmission service repair which they don't do (surprise!), but sent me to a local transmission shop they recommended (see my other review for Desert Trans & Towing), so instead of just saying we don't do it they made sure they sent me to a recommended shop with the same service and repair quality. Oh my god, these people here are just gems. It's so hard to find trust worthy mechanics that are honest, but these guys are them. I know that there are cheaper places out there but these guys give you great service, show you your old parts, explain everything to you etc. they replaced my breaks and rotors for FREE after they had expired warranty and are just so kind and you know what this just happened so I'm like really surprised at how sweet they are.
