After visiting 3 other tire stores I drove into American Tire Depot to fix my flat tire with only 19PSI left in tire. They were very patient with my anxiety and repaired it in 20 minutes at no charge. Service was excellent and I couldn't be any luckier to find them. They will definitely get my business when I decide to purchase new tires. read more

Mario and his team are amazing! Always taking care of any vehicle issues at a reasonable price.

I have referred quite a few friends over to American Tire Depot where the Service and the efficiency is top-notch

Sooooo helpful! Kevin came to my car as I pulled up and helped answer any questions I asked. Diego helped me at the front desk-- very kind very helpful very informative. And George worked on my car and he went above and beyond absolutely amazing crew absolutely could not be happier 10 out of 10 would recommend again 10 out of 10 will be coming back. Everything done within the hour! read more

Needed a tire replaced. The tire was in the warehouse and they efficiently had it delivered and put on my vehicle. The employees were pleasant and very helpful. read more

Mario was great. Got us in 30 mins before closing. Knowing it would take an hour to get tires changed. He took us in anyway without a fuss. Got us new tires and on the road quicker than anticipated , even provided a discount even though we kept him and the crew there for longer. Would definitely recommend tire depot for your next tire needs. Appreciate you going out of your way for me and the family. A+ read more

They came through in the clutch. They had the tires that needed and offered services that I was aware of. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was great. I didn't feel unsold or gouge for extras that weren't needed. They offered to take care of the things that were there but weren't pushy. I would go back. Thanks to Mario, Jen and the crew. read more

Always a pleasure coming to this business. Excellent customer service and fair prices!!

Mario provided an outstanding flat‑tire service. He assisted promptly and handled everything with professionalism and care. His friendly attitude and clear communication made a stressful situation easy to manage. I truly appreciate his help and attention throughout this service. read more

Mario took care of our brake service. I quoted a couple of places and he was the best price and completed the job On time. read more

The only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of 5 like I've given my home location is because there wasn't anybody at the front desk for over 45 minutes. You can hear them on the other side of the curtain shooting the shit but not helping anybody. I get it they are busy and might need a minute but 45 and to lose a customer?? An older gentleman came in looking for help, called to the back multiple times but ended up leaving due to nobody coming up to help him. read more

Excellent customer service. Mario was such a great help and was very helpful in explaining the issues my car had. I will definitely be going back. read more

These people don't do their jobs. They can't answer a simple question they keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me, just plain rude

We have purchased tires for both cars from them. Always excellent service. They have the best price in town. When we needed to have the Lower A-Arms replaced we got a great price. The car drives great now. read more

You could find good service for a good price a lot of places. The experience I had was a bit better. Great could be a word to describe the service, value, and attitude of everyone I encountered but it undersells plenty. How would you work on your car had you the knowledge and tools the staff here has at your disposal? Now do that with a smile and genuinely warm disposition. Treat a stranger as if you'd known them for years. read more

I can rely on American Tire Depot to promptly service my car, when it's time for an oil change, my tires are rotated! They had great prices on tires as well read more

Took my car in for a brake check and found out they were fine. However, they did diagnose two other problems that I was unaware of; back shocks leaking and front sway bar links. They ordered the parts and I took it back in and now my car rides nice and smooth. Thank you American tire depot , and Mario and team for your in-depth knowledge of the many services you provide each day. Not just a tire shop. They are a one stop shop! read more

Expert knowledge and workmanship superior followup gave me a great price for everything and got the job done when he said he would

Came in for oil change, fast and efficient... premium oil and filter and took about 2 hours.

I had an oil change done on my vehicle and the staff is very friendly and competent . They kept me informed as to what was needed and how long approximately the job would take . I would highly recommend them read more

I was 80 mi from home, being at a convention in Palm Desert, at The Marriot, for the weekend. I got a nail in my front tire Friday night commuting back to his home.. My friend filled it with air Saturday morning and Sunday when I was getting ready to go back home. I looked up American Tire Depot, this one was only a couple miles from his home. Already being in the computer of this business because I deal with the ADT in Highland/San Bernardino, everything was handled real smooth. I was put at ease by the service personnel. I highly recommend American Tire Depot, like my Highland/San Bernardino ATD guy said "you can go to anyone, anywhere, if you have a tire problem, it'll get taken care of. read more

Mario is the manager there in the Indio location. He and his team are trustworthy and dedicated to their on the cars and towards the customers. Their quality of work is spot on. I had a nail in my tire, so AAA put my spare on & told me it needed a patch. I showed up at the Indio store, 30 mins before they closed. They couldn't fix my tire on the spot, but Jennie offered to take my tire & have it fixed the next day, while I was at work. When I finally showed up to have it mounted, Mario had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. I wasn't even charged for the tire patch, which is not common these days. That's customer service at its best!!!! Thank you, Jennie, Mario & Am. Tire Depot!!! You now have a new customer !!! read more

Price for oil change is ridiculous $150 I could of gone to the dealer and probably cheaper

At 4:45pm on Saturday, Christmas weekend 2025, I realized My right rear tire was flat and partially damaged from evidentially driving on it for a little time. AAA gave me a maybe 45 minute response time if they could locate me in La Quinta , they said. I remembered American Tire Depot from a previous tire issue on my daughter's car. So I called and talked to the manager, Mario Romero who answered the phone. I explained my issue but he said they were going to close at 5:00 pm , their weekend close up time. I said I was getting an air input from a nice guy who saw my predicament but it would be at least 20-30 minutes before I could get to the store location. Mario said it was a problem because he would have to see if he could get one of the shop men to stay and replace or repair the tire. But yes , he would stay and the shop would be able to get my Lexus back in drivable condition if I was on the way in 10 minutes. When I arrived at 5:25 i got a big smile and a warm welcome along with a prompt response to getting the repair going. In 25 minutes i was ready to return home a very relieved man as was my entire family. I cannot thank Mario and American Tire Depot, Indio, enough this "second" time on a holiday weekend. A truly professional, and top customer-care company. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Alfie Shanfeld Woodland Hills & La Quinta read more

Great people ! Awesome customer service Mario (manager) in the front is the guy they took care of my flat repair for free!! They tend to stay busy but they get stuff done right. I will always come back for my maintenance services thank you guys. read more

Wouldn't bring my vehicle here. I booked an appointment for an inspection of my suspension for 5:30pm. Showed up at 4:45 and was told it would take more than 2 hours to inspect and they closed at 6pm. Doesn't make sense why they would allow for an appointment at 5:30pm knowing they closed at 6pm. Also with my other vehicle I got new tires and they didn't properly air up two of them and refused to add air since they were working on another vehicle already. Worst customer service ever for a tire store. read more

Very efficient and professional. Used them before and always handled very well . Will recommend and will always come back .

Came here for a free tire rotation and yes it was really free. I even tried to pay and they declined. Took care of the rotation but unfortunately discovered that I had broken a cv axle. Since it was a Tesla they couldn't service it. I appreciate the staff letting me know. I really appreciate the help. read more

Mario is fantastic!!! We were turned away at the La Quinta location because they "ran out of plugs?!?!".....in desperate need, so decided to try the Indio location. This is where we encountered Mario! The service was quick, pleasant and he took care of us. Completely recommend!!! It's all about the people you hire. read more

Great staff helpful and quick service. I had a warranty claim for breaks and rotors (not normally covered but just picked up the car) and the desk clerk was awesome about helping me contact the claim agent and resolved my issue the same day. All the staff were professional and eager to get the job done. My breaks are working great and I will be back. Thanks again! read more
