Daniel Andrew Ty we are the best the attention to detail taking and servicing my car. I appreciate it. As the process went along, they would call out and say exactly what they were doing, and what the next steps were As a woman, I don't know much about oil changes, but I felt confident that I was getting what I pay for Thank you, gents read more

This Jiffy Lube is close to my house and is the fastest shop I've ever been to. There was no wait today and they had me out in 15 minutes. Very dependably good service. read more

No Waitvery informative service. Let you know what you need and what they can do to help in the future.

Oil change -love this place- always professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this location too.

This Jiffy Lube is great! I have a Subaru, but I hate driving all the way to the dealership in Cathedral city so I came here. Amazing service! Esteban was one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. He knew what my car needed, never pushed anything, was polite, considerate, and had my car done very quickly. I got there when they opened and that seemed to be like a good time. I highly highly recommend! read more

In and out in less than a half hour including wait time. Efficient, friendly and trustworthy service at a great price. Got my oil changed and the team checked everything from the tires to the filters and all the fluids and gave honest recommendations that were mindful of cost. read more

I've been coming here for about two years and the service is always phenomenal, I really like that they are opened on Sundays. I really enjoyed the interaction I had with the CSA Raymond as well both the lower bay and upper bay crew Kim and Semaj. Again it's definitely the best place in 29 Palms to come get your oil changed. read more

the service was great. it was a drive through. I didn't even have to get out of my car. they provide air conditioning while you sit through the oil change. George was a professional at his job, answered all my questioned. thank you highly recommended. read more

Had a great experience when I went over to get my oil changed. I was helped by Chris and Morgan and they finished within 5 minutes. They went above and beyond and ended up giving me a free oil change. Probably not something they normally do, but it shows how much they care about taking care of their customers. Will definitely be going back for any future car problems I experience. read more

Alejandro and the team did a great job. Quick and straight to the point. Highly recommend

Employees were attentive and you could tell they cared. Price was great. They performed the service requested with ease.

They were they greatest! Awesome service. Semaj and Raymond were great at their jobs and know what they're doing pretty well.

Quick and outstanding service, polite and professional. I take all my vehicles to Jiffy Lube.

The guys always take care of their customers with 100% TLC. Thank you for the speedy service and making me feel safe on the road

George was incredibly helpful! The La Quinta Location Had told us they were unable to work on our 2025 Honda Civic due to not having The "Specs" for the car and turned us away! George on the other hand! Had no problem helping us out and figuring out the issue! I definitely recommend the Palm Desert Location, just on Washington Street! George is the man! Plus the rest of the staff there are just amazing! Just reignited my trust in Jiffy Lube. George needs a raise!!! read more

The service was quick and complete. The shop was clean and well organized. It was very professional.

Super fast service and they were so kind to me!! They changed my oil in less than 20 minutes and answered any question I had :)

Got an oil change after being long overdue, service was quick and efficient; mike was great.

Had my first Jiffy Lube experience today at the shop on Washington St. in Palm Desert and couldn't have come away more satisfied. It was for an auto battery replacement. The cost was the lowest I found in my area and the installation took less than 30min. for a more complex trunk-mounted battery on a Volvo, which was half the time estimated by other shops. They definitely earned this review... read more

Incredible surprise here. For some odd reason when I had my Prius I could not get oil changes at Jiffy, but that was over 10 years ago and maybe they didn't carry the synthetic oil I needed...so I suffered horrible wait times at Toyota and often major bummer experiences. Cut to recently, after getting a 2025 CRV, I decided not to use the dealer for my oil, and stopped by this Jiffy location due to it being very close to home. Not a minute wait time. Pulled right in and was met with several highly friendly guys and within minutes had a full oil change. This was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and a fantastic price. Plus, I was given a discount without even asking...and coupons headed my way for my next visit. You can bet I'll be coming back! Do not hesitate to use Jiffy Lube for all your oil needs. read more

Went in for quick inspection required for drivers by both Uber and Lyft. Last year had it inserted for Uber here and used same report for Lyft. Told so called 'mechanic' that and he had nerve to tell me I needed to have a separate report for each service. I told him that wasn't true. The fat 'mechanic' then proceeded to write on the top of the report that it was for Uber only and not Lyft. I just used scissors to cut that off and sent into both Uber and Lyft. Incredibly unprofessional, shady, and straight up lying to charge a few extra dollars. read more

Today is Christmas Eve day and so I thought it might not be terribly busy at Jiffy Lube with so many people concentrating on holiday preparations. As it turned out, that was good! I was able to get my annual oil change and fluid checks/refills done within fifteen minutes. George was the person who helped me and he was very gracious and helpful and efficient, which I really appreciated! read more

While the oil change was a good experience and the associates were very friendly and helpful I'm 100% certain they checked off selections on their service checklist without even checking it. I'd definitely be cautious about going here due to the fact that I would want my vehicle actually inspected especially if they're required to by their obligations. They didn't check my lights or clean my front windshield as it states in their checklist but yet it says they did. So now I'm not confident that they did everything else they had checked off on their service checklist. Please value your customers. read more

Great customer service and care about my auto. Nice to see they show you options and discount savings for care maintenance.

This is the best jiffy lube in the desert. George was nice, checked me in offered a few services in addition to my oil change. My air filter was black, he brought me the old one to see and a new one to compare , also topped off fluids. In and out pretty quickly ! And I got to use a $15 coupon. I will be back for brakes and utilize the military discount that they offer.! Thanks George and James who took time to give me some estimates ... I will be back! read more

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I have been having my oil changed here for a year and a half. My son decided to change my oil for me as kind of a thank you gift as he is also a mechanic. When he pulled my oil filter off, he brought it in to show me that it was marked at 18,000 and some miles. They had been changing my oil but not my filter. They would try to sell me an air cabin filter to which I always decline because I don't usually have the extra money. They would always bring it in and show me how dirty it is and I would tell them to just please bang it off and put it back in because I didn't have the money to replace it at the time. They never did that either. My air conditioning was eventually only about 20% effective. My son came over and do the whole overall on my car and what a difference! If you are a lady, I highly recommend avoiding this place. It's definitely the old adage of you'll get taken advantage of by the mechanic. This place is all of that. read more

Denial and no accountability is more accurate. It wasn't until I hired an attorney that things finally got corrected.

Spoke to the gentleman on the phone. Said to get there by 7. :00 and it'll be no problem to do an oil change and I thought to myself will they close at 7:00 so that's pretty they understand that they'll be there till 7:15 in my head. I was thinking this so I get there. It's 6.52pm And the same guy I talked to on the phone says to me. Oh we can't take you. We need at least 15 minutes and we close at 7:00 and I'm like then why did you tell me to get here by 7:00 and I can get my oil change he goes. I didn't tell you that after he just told me that it was him I talked to on the phone. Oh my God I was livid if I he said 650 I would have been here by 6:50. I just figured I had till 7:00. Oh my gosh that is poor service. They lost my business read more

quick and prompt service. there is a great value in local business taking care of customers and making sure everything is running correctly

George was fantastic. No games. Honest. George should be a "mentor" for other locations. Very professional and listened. I watched him dealing with other customers and he is a fantastic employee/lead for Jiffy Lube. read more
