Incredible surprise here. For some odd reason when I had my Prius I could not get oil changes at Jiffy, but that was over 10 years ago and maybe they didn't carry the synthetic oil I needed...so I suffered horrible wait times at Toyota and often major bummer experiences. Cut to recently, after getting a 2025 CRV, I decided not to use the dealer for my oil, and stopped by this Jiffy location due to it being very close to home. Not a minute wait time. Pulled right in and was met with several highly friendly guys and within minutes had a full oil change. This was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and a fantastic price. Plus, I was given a discount without even asking...and coupons headed my way for my next visit. You can bet I'll be coming back! Do not hesitate to use Jiffy Lube for all your oil needs. read more

George was incredibly helpful! The La Quinta Location Had told us they were unable to work on our 2025 Honda Civic due to not having The "Specs" for the car and turned us away! Went in for quick inspection required for drivers by both Uber and Lyft. Last year had it inserted for Uber here and used same report for Lyft. Told so called 'mechanic' that and he had nerve to tell me I needed to have a separate report for each service. I told him that wasn't true. The fat 'mechanic' then proceeded to write on the top of the report that it was for Uber only and not Lyft. I just used scissors to cut that off and sent into both Uber and Lyft. Incredibly unprofessional, shady, and straight up lying to charge a few extra dollars. read more

While the oil change was a good experience and the associates were very friendly and helpful I'm 100% certain they checked off selections on their service checklist without even checking it. I'd definitely be cautious about going here due to the fact that I would want my vehicle actually inspected especially if they're required to by their obligations. They didn't check my lights or clean my front windshield as it states in their checklist but yet it says they did. So now I'm not confident that they did everything else they had checked off on their service checklist. Please value your customers. read more

This is the best jiffy lube in the desert. George was nice, checked me in offered a few services in addition to my oil change. My air filter was black, he brought me the old one to see and a new one to compare , also topped off fluids. In and out pretty quickly ! And I got to use a $15 coupon. Spoke to the gentleman on the phone. Said to get there by 7. :00 and it'll be no problem to do an oil change and I thought to myself will they close at 7:00 so that's pretty they understand that they'll be there till 7:15 in my head. I was thinking this so I get there. It's 6.52pm And the same guy I talked to on the phone says to me. Oh we can't take you. We need at least 15 minutes and we close at 7:00 and I'm like then why did you tell me to get here by 7:00 and I can get my oil change he goes. I didn't tell you that after he just told me that it was him I talked to on the phone. Oh my God I was livid if I he said 650 I would have been here by 6:50. I just figured I had till 7:00. Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I have been having my oil changed here for a year and a half. My son decided to change my oil for me as kind of a thank you gift as he is also a mechanic. When he pulled my oil filter off, he brought it in to show me that it was marked at 18,000 and some miles. They had been changing my oil but not my filter. They would try to sell me an air cabin filter to which I always decline because I don't usually have the extra money. They would always bring it in and show me how dirty it is and I would tell them to just please bang it off and put it back in because I didn't have the money to replace it at the time. They never did that either. My air conditioning was eventually only about 20% effective. My son came over and do the whole overall on my car and what a difference! If you are a lady, I highly recommend avoiding this place. It's definitely the old adage of you'll get taken advantage of by the mechanic. This place is all of that. read more

Well, I have gone to many a Jiffy Lube, both in Coachella Valley and in other states (I'm old!). This location has been, hands down, the best and our very favorite! The guys are all terrific...great customer service, attentive and know what they are doing. So I don't just turn to them for the typical oil changes as they offer other services from their mechanics. Today they put rear struts on my Toyota (doesn't use shocks) and changed out the brake lights..but also let me know where the engine is leaking gas (which they can't repair but I have asked a couple of places to determine and they all would charge for that) and directed me to a guy that I will definitely reach out to in the future. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a tune up. The mechanics right away began trying to upsell me on tons of unnecessary services. They even told me my brakes were completely worn and even needed the entire brake system replaced in the rear. The cost was $800+. I suspected they were being dishonest and went to Big O Tires across the way for a second opinion. Sure enough there was no problem as I had 75% remaining on my front pads and 80% on the rear. Avoid this place like the plague. Update: Jiffy Lube regional manager reached out to me to offer an apology and has since spoken to the staff about their practices. Kudos to Jiffy Lube for following through with customer care and cleaning house when bad employees slip through the cracks. Normally I have great experiences with Jiffy Lube and will give them another chance for their efforts. read more

This location is great! The customer service here is awesome, everyone was very kind and helpful. Some locations will try to upsell but this was not the impression I got at this location. Above and beyond in terms of efficiency, transparency, and communication. They even taught me a little bit about the new tires I got a few years ago which was helpful for me to know! I received an oil change today. It was approximately 114 degrees and the ac in the waiting room was out. There was not one fan and it was cooler outside than in waiting room. The service was amazing but the customers and employees had nowhere to go to have a reprieve from the heat. It was horrible. Not one fan in the waiting room. I was miserable and am sure the employees were even more miserable. Not even during a break did the employees have somewhere to cool down. It was cooler outside. So horrible.
