This place is so efficient and friendly and high-quality work. I am so glad I don't live far from it. Excellent service and really helpful in explaining what's going on with your vehicle. I just came in and my wheel splash guard had lost some kind of screw and was hanging on. Jesus fixed it right away and didn't charge me anything and took a picture and showed me exactly what was going on. The rest of the guys working there were absolutely fantastic. Good energy here. Thank you! read more

I'm so tired of this jiffy lube. They don't do everything they say they will- they don't check tire pressure- they marked my pressure as the same in every tire- that was 4 days ago. After that appointment I had to take my car to americas tires because the tire pressure light came on and not only do I need a new tire all of the pressures are different. The guy in the front kept trying to upsell me some additives telling me it was cheaper- he asked me at least 4 times even though I told him I was not interested. I'm not going back- Vanessa v on Friday 9/25/26 read more

I think these guys are great. They always treat me with respect and the price isn't bad. They also always check my tire pressure and don't perform extra tasks without asking. read more

On 03/11/2026 I took my friend's car here because she gets a serviced here before. The wait wasn't too long and Brian T, Gerardo L.and Dylan E. Got working on the vehicle. Great customer service at the beginning to the end of my service. Thank you guys for all the team work that you guys provided for me today, I appreciate you. Don't hesitate bringing your car in for service here. read more

We went in yesterday for an oil change, fluids check, brakes check and tires check. We pointed out that our check engine light has been coming on from time to time. Alan the mechanic was extremely thorough and soon found that our brake linings were heavily scored because of a broken brake caliper. They replaced all the associated parts and charged low prices for their very professional service. We were very impressed with the three men we dealt with, Alan, George and Edward. We definitely know where we will go the next time our car needs service! Thank you, Jiffy Lube! Thank you Alan, George and Edward! read more

Went here a cpl months ago because ... well ... the obvious ... I needed an oil change quick. Unfortunately I got what I paid for - an overpriced-sub-basic oil change. These guys forgot to replace my coolant cap. My husband checked things out that night, noticed it was missing and I called to speak to someone. I was told they would call me back after checking the cameras. Needless to say they ended up being unresponsive after that and I never got my cap back. I had to pay $20 to get a new one ... so add that to my total Jiffy bill. I will not return. Sharing my incident so it wont happen to the next;) read more

they do their best to manage the time you spend there especially when a lot of people show up. They are well trained efficient, knowledgeable, not pussy and there are always coupons available that help make the price afford. read more

I just needed oil in my car. I'm on vacation and I don't know what I need or how to do it. They were very helpful and quick.

Very professional and did what I need and will go back for service on my car in next come month

Came in at the last minute to do a front end differential oil change for my GMC Yukon 2007 SLT they took me in at the last minute. gave me the recommendation and had the correct oil. the technicians here are efficient, professional transparent it's been a few years since I've actually brought my vehicle here Mainly because of a bad experience, but it's great to see this place up and running in a professional transparent way.. and great value on the price. read more

After the service they let me sit there for an extra half an hour because they couldn't get the service light to turn off, (It wasn't on when I got there) then they told me to drive to La Quinta Jiffy Lube because they couldn't figure it out. Once I got in my car there was oil on my steering wheel, Later saw oil on my door, hood, and side mirror. They didn't have the air filters needed on hand for the engine or the passenger compartment. Overall pretty poor service, they need to communicate better internally, no one seemed to know what was going on. (Or cared to ask) read more

Great service, great staff. Fast, very polite and respectful. In and out in record time. This place is Fantastic!

I took my mother in laws 2015 Prius, with 50,000 on it, for an oil and filter change back in June of 2023. My son ended up with the Prius in Jan of 2024. At the beginning of Sept 2024, after about 1500 miles, he decided to do his own oil change on the Prius. This model has a metal canister with a paper element/filter that goes inside. After removing the metal can, he saw there was NO paper filter inside. THAT is not an accident or a mistake. That's simply criminal FRAUD. FORTUNATELY we found this fraud out before too many miles we're put on the motor. read more

Came in last Monday to do an oil change. Service and staff were amazing, just one small issue with a staff member smoking on the job. Maybe he was on lunch but why on earth would you work on a vehicle under any influence? I was waiting inside with my partner when we saw a tall young gentleman with glasses outside just smoking like nothing is wrong with this. Do it on your own time at home or car but not while working. Wouldn't you like to know you're taking your vehicle to a professional place with people working on it with a 100% mindset ? Overall everyone was super nice and trustworthy. read more

I went into this jiffy lube for an oil change on a Saturday and since then I've been hearing noises from my car, but I didn't think much of it. Until this morning it was louder and I pulled over to look under and apparently the bottom of my car has been dragging. They didn't put it on correctly. I was on the freeway this whole weekend , that could have fell completely off and caused an accident! So I go back this morning and I let the guy know and all he said was oh ok well look at it, then he starts helping the lady that came AFTER me . That upset me so I left. Hopefully the jiffy lube in the next town will be better help? read more

Got oil changed here. A little expensive but decently priced for the area. Very quick. I'd recommend buying and replacing your own air filters bc they up charge here (and anywhere) for these. read more

Came today to get my oil changed. My truck/trailer combination has been to this locations multiple times with no issue. Today I was told they had a NO trailer policy. Then Daniel(assistant manager) said, "well, if you want you can pull in but would have to back out". I told him it would be more risk backing a short wheel base trailer than pulling straight forward like I have several time before. He said it was back it out or nothing. I chose nothing instead of risking my safety backing up over an open pit. Won't be back with any of my vehicles. Personal or business vehicles. Thanks jiffylube read more

I went in today just to get my oil and tires checked before taking a trip up to Northern California. Angela and crew were amazing checked everything out and even topped off my coolant...no charge! I love their professionalism and care they treat my car with! They're awesome. It also beats going to the dealerships where you have to wait hours just for an oil change. The absolute nicest team at this Jiffy Lube. This was my 17-year-old's first oil change experience. They were fast and efficient But the thing that struck me was when they found out they were servicing the car of a young person, they took extra care and gave her a deal. ( you always hear a young girl is going to get taken advantage of). Not here, they Made sure they quickly topped things off let us know what issues they saw without pushing sales. Then the manager came by to let me know he was a manager and if we needed anything else we could pop in anytime. Awesome read more

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. The staff is poorly trained and they surely will damage your vehicle. They have hundreds of complaints through the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I don't know how they're still in business. They've been charging me nearly $100 for an oil change and I went to my actual dealership the other day and they charged me $35. Save your money, save your vehicle, and do not come here! It will end with a lawsuit. read more

They mistakenly changed my transmission oil instead of my engine oil...and didn't tell me. Then didn't add enough transmission oil and my transmission seized. Then tried to deny their mistake until the video evidence from under the car was subpoenaed. read more

Due to Jiffy Lube's employee's negligence, damages of around $1,000 occurred to my vehicle after a routine service at this Palm Desert location. After Abran Donnell, the regional manager, promised to compensate me for the damages since the Hyundai Dealership deemed Jiffy Lube as ultimately responsible, he conveniently went ghost and has become completely unresponsive forcing me to file a formal complaint with the BBB. DO NOT GO HERE! Save your vehicle and take it somewhere else. They do not know what they are doing, their staff is undertrained, and their management is blatantly unscrupulous. I've done business in Los Angeles for the past 15 years, and these employees of Jiffy Lube Palm Desert including the regional manager Abran are the shadiest characters I've ever dealt with. read more

Had called the day prior to inquire about a oil change for my daughter's KIA and spoke to Joe who answered all my concerns and when I inquired about any promotions he told me about a coupon on there web site for the synthetic blend. The next day I took in my wife's New Mercedes for its first oil service that the dealer quoted me 500.00 plus... Joe and Daniel quickly attended to the car and with my 20.00 coupon my full synthetic six quarts and same fluid top off service and misc inspection was under 100.00 bucks! I'm actually bringing my Porsche for it's oil change later this week as well. Ollin read more

he double charged me and then argued that it can't happen. I showed him on my phone bank statement $605 and they said I could file a dispute. I told him that my first transaction was successful and they said no it would've showed on their cash register so I gave them another card and they charged me again a few dollars less $595. I'd be very careful bringing my car here as it is not a very pleasant experience after they already have your money. read more

Visited 5/6/24 to get an oil change only to discover that this location was out of non synthetic oil. Seems odd that an oil change service would run out of oil on a Monday afternoon. Also they did not have the air filter for the Mazda CX 30 and that is the second time that has happened at this location. No one seemed to be in charge at this location. read more

I always go to this same Jiffy Lube on Fred Waring in Palm Desert. Henry is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and already has any available coupons pulled up to apply to my bill.
