Thought our trip was done for and we were about to get stuck paying crazy out-of-town repair prices. Found Jessie the mobile mechanic on Yelp, gave him a call, explained the situation, and he immediately said he could come to us and fix it on the spot. He quoted me a fair price over the phone and actually kept his word -- which sadly is rare these days. Him and his wife showed up quickly, replaced the radiator fast, and had my family back on the road with almost no interruption to our trip. Sad to see reviewers abuse this platform like it's social media to freely use derogatory remarks influenced by their own unresolved personal issues, possibly related to identity and rejection. These internal conflicts seem to be externalized through hostility and inappropriate behavior like posting on a Yelp page to get attention.
