I had a bad experience with them before, specifically with the manager James, due to a misdiagnosis and got reimbursed after much wrangling with their top management, and so I shouldn't have gone back there for any repair work again, however my car broke down on a Friday and there was another car that I wanted to buy in a hurry before someone else did, so I decided to have my car towed to the Mountain View Tire on Town Center Way near my house to get it fixed asap. Turns out they couldn't get the part that was needed until Monday, so I should've had my car towed (love AAA!) to my favorite garage on Monday in the first place. So the price they quoted me was super high to begin with and then they found something else that had to be fixed, and their price for that was also outrageous according to estimates online and my usual auto mechanic, so all in all, the manager James at Mountain View charged me $2400 for a job that normally would cost $1400! The moral of the story is just wait until Monday so you can have your regular trusted mechanic do the job instead of letting yourself get lured into thinking Mountain View can do the job on a weekend and give you a reasonable price for getting the work done!
