Absolute ripoff! Came here because i was having engine problems due to lack of oil. +$300 later for an oil change and to be told my engine was fine. I made it a couple blocks down the road when my engine blew out. They didnt even bother to see how it was running or to asses it while hot. Called them and told them what happened and got the response "yea i dont know what to tell you, your just going to have to get it towed to where you are going". It's unfortunate to think that they probably knew it needed more work but sent me out like this. Even contacted my dealership for possible recalls but they said i was fine and that I genuinely was ripped off. read more

I am very late in posting my review, regarding the services and overall experience I received from Desert Auto Rescue. My car was leaking some type of oil and the fear of what it could be and of course what it was going to cost was stressing me out. I searched and found Desert Auto Rescue through Yelp. Mike responded to the message and scheduled an appointment. First of all.. I was amazed by the fact that he was going to come to my house and check the car. He and his technician checked the car and found that there were more leaks and a belt on its last leg. He came back out in 2 days with parts in hand and fixed my car. I could not be more happy with the experience, prices and overall run of my car to date. I am a forever customer of theirs. The make and model of my car is a 2015 Range Rover and we all know how much the dealership charges for any kind of maintenance there. Thank you so much Mike and Miguel!!! read more
