I was told that the reason for the charge was that two people worked on my car and that they each earned (?) $180 for that ! The lady I spoke with at European Auto was adamant about the charge being justifiable, but from my perspective, $360 per hour for labor cost is obvious price gouging. Furthermore, it is shown on my invoice that it took 2 hours to do the job, but again, it absolutely took less than one hour to do. It shouldn't matter how many people worked on the car. I mean, if a third person worked on the car, would there be yet another $180 charge? The only thing that should matter is how long it takes to get the job done.

i had an awful experience here!…read more i went in Friday around 3 pm with my tire light on and my car feeling slightly bouncy. I asked for an alignment/rotation and for them to inspect my vehicle because i knew there had to be something else wrong. They called me about an hour in saying my rear control arms needed to be replaced and that they would get them ordered and put in before close that night. ok cool that sucks but i did expect something like this. They called me back saying they ordered the wrong parts! and told me they would need to order the correct parts again and fix the car in the (saturday) morning. I live an hour away up the 74 I told them this at the start when i dropped the car off. They told me if they tried to put the car back together it would be dangerous to drive especially so far away and recommend I uber almost an hour home and back in the morning!!!?? so i had to find accommodations and call out of work to stay in the desert overnight for a mistake they made ordering the wrong parts... They told me it would be ready by 11am the next morning. Only for them to call me Saturday mid morning saying it wouldn't be ready till 4pm???? over 24 hours since i arrived for a stupid alignment!!!! i came in with a man with me around 2 pm saturday and told them how disappointed i was to be stuck here almost 24 hours. Angel was very kind to me and helped get me out before the projected time (4pm). Only when my boyfriend was with me did these men respect me. Ladies, this is not a safe place for us to be responsible alone. take this warning and bring a knowledgeable-looking man as a guard dog so these Ramona Tire employees don't take advantage of you. not to even mention they charged me 230 for labor that was so horrible i had to return tuesday afternoon another 1 hour drive both ways because they neglected to put the oil cap back on after preforming an oil change on my car. the oil from my car splattered all over the engine and the dip stick was halfway sticking out so to me it looked like they just closed up my car halfway through the job and didn't even try to finish up. If my oil had ran dry and caused any damage to my engine trust i would be finding a way to legally pursue these folks. do not come here ladies. or anyone at this point what the hell. i only have nice words for Angel, thank you for your help and correction services.
