Our truck left unlocked in the alley

If I could give zero stars I would. Friday I dropped my truck off to get a tire patched. The most simple situation ever!!! They informed me that the tire couldn't be patched cause the tread was low. I told him to just replace all four tires and do an alignment. Again, super simple right!? He said it would be ready Friday before they close at 6. Told me they would give me a call. Never got a call Friday so we figured it wasn't done. My husband said the truck was in the shop still so it probably wasn't done yet. Not a big deal. Saturday same thing. Never got a call. Sunday my husband drove by to check and our truck is left in the alley under a stupid tree UNLOCKED!!! If you know anything about hvac or construction companies you know how much the tools carried in these trucks can cost. Thousands of dollars worth of tools in this truck and they leave it unlocked for the people living in the trees right here to take. Of course I can't reach anyone. My keys are in their shop so I'm unable to lock it now. I'm so pissed. As you can see in the photo, there is parking in their lot. Why not put it there and lock it? How hard is that? I refuse to work with these people ever again and will tell everyone about this situation as well.

Did not check tire pressure

MDX trouble I guess I have to give a star for a review but they deserve negative stars. I towed my 2015 Acura MDX here on 3/18/25 because I felt I got shafted by Big O tires down the street. Got all brand new tires and major maintenance service and their recommended alignment elsewhere - less than 15k miles and the front tires blew on HWY 10 w my 3 & 6 year old kids at night. Big O stated everything was fine and they have no fault. I couldn't understand how they could not check my suspension during any of the services. Honestly, would have gladly paid them for fix if they would at least cover the brand new tires purchased w their warranty. So after towing to Ramona Tire - diagnosis was new upper tie rod, 4 new expensive tires and front brakes ... $2,000 later everything should be perfect around 3/18/25 (153,856 miles) This past weekend (8/1/25) at 157,776 miles taking the family to Vegas, both front tires had same issue back in March however we were stuck in back desert road w no cell service. Since I have my kids in car again I had to call emergency services to tow the car back to Ramona as well as the family for $800. We rented a car for $300 to not ruin the family vacation weekend.Yesterday(Monday) i go to Ramona and discuss w Angel Hernandez their diagnosis. He states the tie rods have no faults and lower control arms are the issue that caused the front tires to fail. First and foremost, knowing why I brought this here initially and if they checked all suspension and did alignment - I would assume the tech would have to check all suspension components conditions and torque specs... to me - the tech and Ramona are either incompetent or do not care. After arguing back and forth, Angel, stated they do not have to do anything but he will do me a "favor" if I purchase just the control arms - they cover all labor and replace both front tires -witnessed by the front counter employee. I picked up today $700 later and ALL LIES. On my invoice Angel charged me for both Lower Control ARMS and both front tires. I told him I do not feel confident with this store. His exact words were " I tripled checked everything Myself". "Please bring it in after 100 miles so I will personally make sure everything is fine". I go to grocery store and on my way home decide to check the the tire pressure. Front left 42 Front right 38 rear left 34 rear right 32. The paperwork has my tire pressure all at 33. Literally proves my thought of this place. LIES!!! I call the store annd Angel left until Thursday. Are they putting just random numbers and diagnosis on their paperwork? Did Angel actually "triple" check everything himself - either incompetent or LIES! You decide.

The experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I left my car for what was intended to be a one-day repair, but it ended up taking multiple days. When Mike contacted me for a quote, he was unaware of the exact figures and promised to call back in ten minutes, but I waited over an hour. When he finally provided a quote, he failed to disclose the full diagnostic report of my vehicle. I inquired about my struts and shocks, as my previous service at another repair shop indicated they were nearing the end of their lifespan. There was a prolonged pause, followed by "uhhhhhhhhhhhh, let me ask the tech," which suggested they hadn't checked until I prompted them. After waiting ten minutes, he returned to say the tech was in the restroom and would call back in ten minutes. Again, I waited over an hour. When he finally called back, he confirmed I needed front struts, as I had suspected. I asked about the rear shocks and air filter, and he replied, "Oh yeah, you need shocks too?" This further implied he hadn't checked and was merely agreeing. He then quoted me an additional $2,100 on top of the already exorbitant $800 repair for my serpentine belt. I was informed that the labor rate was $220 per hour. He assured me the repair would be completed that day, despite having previously stated he would call back in ten minutes and then waiting two hours combined. I expressed my concern about quality and efficiency, not a rushed job. Ultimately, it was described as a "4-hour job," but they closed at 6 PM, making it impossible to complete. We decided to proceed with just the $800 repair to get my car running so I could leave this dreadful shop. Mike assured me there would be no problem. However, I never received a follow-up call that day, assuming I would be contacted the next morning when they opened at 7:30 AM. I waited until 3:10 PM, well beyond the four hours, and he informed me that the parts had just arrived and they would begin working, promising completion by 4:10 PM, which was only one hour away. I questioned the four-hour estimate, and he explained that their air compressor had broken and needed repair, which had just been completed, and they were now working on my vehicle. It seemed irrelevant to my serpentine belt repair. I was already driving there, living two hours away, as I simply wanted to ensure my vehicle was still there. Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, I found my car in the parking lot with its hood wide open and no one working on it. I sat there and called what I believed was corporate to complain and seek a genuine discount for this ordeal. I spoke with a man named Jim, who attempted to contact Jose, the DM, but was unable to reach him. Jim called back, stating he had contacted Mike at the store. I observed multiple vehicles being serviced, but not mine, with its hood up for over 40 minutes, who knows how long it had been sitting like that before my arrival. Jim called again, saying he had spoken with Mike directly to offer me another discount, which was inadequate at this point. Sure enough, they then began working on my vehicle after he informed them I was sitting in the parking lot! They completed the repair in less than 20 minutes, for what was supposed to be a 4-hour job, and I paid $193 in labor fees? The lack of urgency, professionalism, and respect I received at this location was appalling. Mike should not be handling customer inquiries, and the discount I received does not compensate for the treatment and poor service I experienced. I will be contacting the DM on Monday, as Jim provided me with his phone number, and I will be leaving reviews everywhere to warn others about this dreadful location. This is the first time I have ever used Ramona and I had a rental that I needed to return!!!!!

No soap!

The dirtiest place I've been too. I get it it's a tire shop but the gas station down the street cannot be cleaner than your place. Only one person helping in the front had an appointment at 9 AM didn't leave till 1045 that day with an appointment it's ridiculous.
