I highly recommend Cam Stone Automotive for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer…read moreservice! I originally took my Jeep in for some A/C issues, and they completed the repairs sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I continued experiencing problems with the A/C, so I brought it back. They determined that the replacement part was faulty, ordered another one, and installed it at no additional charge. After picking up my Jeep the second time, I noticed a "Service Shifter" warning appearing on my dashboard. I returned the following morning, and they quickly discovered that a wire had not been reconnected. They corrected the issue immediately, and I was back on the road in about 15 minutes, again at no charge. What impressed me most was how they handled everything. I understand that unexpected issues can happen with vehicle repairs, and sometimes parts are defective through no fault of the repair shop. What matters to me is how a business responds when something doesn't go as planned. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Cam Stone Automotive were professional, fair, honest, and willing to make things right. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by returning with concerns, and they stood behind their work. To me, that speaks volumes about the integrity of a business. It's easy to provide good customer service when everything goes perfectly, but how a business handles unexpected problems is what truly earns my trust. Thank you, Cam Stone Automotive, for your honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an automotive repair shop they can trust!

We had a tire blowout on the freeway on our way to Arizona for spring training. With kids and our dog in the car, it was scary. Ramona Tires was the closest shop and the team welcomed us right away. i had an awful experience here!…read more i went in Friday around 3 pm with my tire light on and my car feeling slightly bouncy. I asked for an alignment/rotation and for them to inspect my vehicle because i knew there had to be something else wrong. They called me about an hour in saying my rear control arms needed to be replaced and that they would get them ordered and put in before close that night. ok cool that sucks but i did expect something like this. They called me back saying they ordered the wrong parts! and told me they would need to order the correct parts again and fix the car in the (saturday) morning. I live an hour away up the 74 I told them this at the start when i dropped the car off. They told me if they tried to put the car back together it would be dangerous to drive especially so far away and recommend I uber almost an hour home and back in the morning!!!?? so i had to find accommodations and call out of work to stay in the desert overnight for a mistake they made ordering the wrong parts... They told me it would be ready by 11am the next morning. Only for them to call me Saturday mid morning saying it wouldn't be ready till 4pm???? over 24 hours since i arrived for a stupid alignment!!!! i came in with a man with me around 2 pm saturday and told them how disappointed i was to be stuck here almost 24 hours. Angel was very kind to me and helped get me out before the projected time (4pm). Only when my boyfriend was with me did these men respect me. Ladies, this is not a safe place for us to be responsible alone. take this warning and bring a knowledgeable-looking man as a guard dog so these Ramona Tire employees don't take advantage of you. not to even mention they charged me 230 for labor that was so horrible i had to return tuesday afternoon another 1 hour drive both ways because they neglected to put the oil cap back on after preforming an oil change on my car. the oil from my car splattered all over the engine and the dip stick was halfway sticking out so to me it looked like they just closed up my car halfway through the job and didn't even try to finish up. If my oil had ran dry and caused any damage to my engine trust i would be finding a way to legally pursue these folks. do not come here ladies. or anyone at this point what the hell. i only have nice words for Angel, thank you for your help and correction services.

Even though they were already closed, he took the time to help me and ordered the correct tires for my vehicle. The next day, my tires had already arrived. I went in, and the team took care of everything exactly as promised. They completed the entire job in about two hours and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Big O Tires was also about $400 cheaper than the other shop, had the correct tires in stock, and provided excellent customer service from the very first phone call. Vincent went above and beyond by helping me after hours and getting everything arranged. I highly recommend Big O Tires. They were professional, efficient, honest, and made the entire process easy. Vincent probably deserves a raise.
