Our family of four cannot thank Certified Smog and Auto Repair enough for the outstanding service…read morethey provided during what could have been a miserable travel day. We were driving home to Phoenix from Los Angeles on a very hot day when, about two hours into our trip, our vehicle's air conditioning suddenly stopped working. With my wife and our two young children (ages 8 and 6) in the car, we knew we needed help fast. AAA directed us to Certified Smog and Auto Repair based on our location, and we're incredibly glad they did. As a AAA-certified repair facility, they took us in immediately and began diagnosing the problem right away. Even better, they completed the repair the very same day, allowing us to continue our trip without an overnight delay or major disruption to our plans. A special thank you to Santiago and Pancho for their professionalism, urgency, and commitment to getting our family back on the road as quickly as possible. Their quick work made all the difference. We also greatly appreciated that they honored our AAA membership and applied a discount to the repair. Considering this was an unexpected emergency repair while traveling, the final cost was very fair and affordable. Thanks to their excellent service, my wife and kids were able to ride the rest of the way home in complete comfort instead of enduring the desert heat. We know every repair situation is different, but based on our experience, this shop absolutely earned a 5-star review from our family. Thank you again, Santiago, Pancho, and everyone at Certified Smog and Auto Repair!

It was a super stressful drive and I thought I was going to have to write the car off as a total loss after Googling the cost of replacement (the individual parts can't be fixed). Well, it's hard enough to find a shop that knows hybrids AND will replace a transmission (the dude at the dealership couldn't even give me a quote), but they were also willing to do a used one, and at a reasonable price! Since then I've driven my car hundreds of miles around the desert (including up that grade to Yucca nearly every dang day) and now back to Portland and it drives beautifully. Thank you so much for your great work!

I came at 8:30 and service was closed. I called to service but nobody respond me. There was also another guy who was waiting and also had an appointment. After half an hour waiting, that guy said that service respond to him and said that service will be opened at 12 pm and he should drop keys in mail box hole. WHAT? For me service continuously not responding. That whole situation was weird and I decided go home. Service did not respond whole day and days after. TLDR. Horrible service, I spent my work time, which for me hard to find and nobody even respond to me. No respect to customers, just don't spend a time.
