Though the spots had mostly dried by the third day, I returned to have their work double-checked. ​The front desk first lied, claiming the leak existed prior. After "checking" for 25 minutes, they changed their story, claiming a $2,851 power steering leak was the culprit. They even insisted this was noted on my original invoice--it wasn't. Interestingly, the car isn't leaking a drop now that I'm home. Trust is gone.

He then put it on the computer and confirmed his belief, no engine codes were displayed. He indicated there was nothing wrong and to continue driving the car. I appreciate his honesty and the fact he did not try to sell us a repair. I will definitely use them should I have a transmission problem. BTW, he did not charge for his time (30 minutes). So theres the scam. The dealer said it looked like he possible changed out shifting board inside trans from bolts. So I got charged for a used trans 4500 and I looked up the part the dealer said he changed and it was only 600. Scam. I wouldn't go to them unless for certain you knew it was a bad transmission. Tow it out of town and get second opinion. Sucks for the owner to be that dishonest. Hell have to answer to God.

EXCELLENT SERVICE-- I recently purchased a previously owned 2019 Porsche 718 Boxter convertible…read more Abe and Johanna, at Autobahn Garage were recommended to me by one of our close neighbors that owned a 911 Porsche, as well as by another neighbor. They both verified the integrity of the staff. So I brought my 718 in for an inspection, spark plug and air cabin filter service. While servicing my car, they noticed that one of my rear stabilizer bars was loose and the other was completely disconnected. So they fixed the problem for free. The total invoice for the entire service was reasonable and slightly less than they originally quoted. On my second visit for service, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle again along with replacing my drive belt, changing the oil, oil gasket and filter, along with the engine filter. I was provided the old drive belt, and shown the cracking, due to age, and they explained that the next belt change shouldn't be necessary for another 60,000 miles. He knew all about it. I did not receive the refund check from him for the fraudulent activities that I spoke to him about last month. I will be filing a claim in small claims court for the full amount. the judge will be getting a copy of the full BAR report.
