*FRAUD ALERT* I hired Robert Simmons, who goes by "Diesel," of Integrity Motors to remove the existing engine from my truck and install a new engine. I paid for the work, and I have an itemized invoice documenting the services I was charged for. However, the work I paid for was not completed. Robert Simmons ("Diesel") told me that he would issue me a refund, but the refund was never provided. I have documentation supporting the services I was charged for and the work that was not completed. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering repairs skip Integrity Mobile Auto Services A complete scam! read more

"There was a strike at Autozone." "Our mechanic died." "Our mechanics son cracked his head So he's in the hospital." These were the excuses given to me by theit dispatcher. Their mechanic "Diesel" Robert came by and diagnosed a coolant issue. He was decent. No problems. All fine. He located some leaks. Ordered parts. Thought it would be a done deal. Nope. He left half the car disassembled and promised to arrive first thing in the morning or as soon as Autozone got the part. He doesn't return the next day. I text. He says no parts yet but likely later today. I call The dispatch. Given excuse #1 Promises to arrive by 5:30 latest. Excuse # 2 given. Dispatch then promised a 7am arrival the third day by Diesel. Called dispatch and DieSel next morning. Blocked. Called from another phone. Refused to pick it up. So...now I had a vehicle torn apart and was expected to figure it out. I picked up the parts that Diesel ordered from Autozone (yes they ordered overly priced parts from autozone ‍ ) and STILL misdiagnosed the vehicle!!! Another hose was leaking too. All in all I had to take the vehicle to a shop called STRESS FREE AUTO CARE. They understood my dilemma. And got to work. read more

I wanted this to work, but I ignored red flags because I was desperate. I hired Integrity Mobile Auto Service (Diesel) to help with an overheating issue on my BMW Z3 after being told he was familiar with BMWs. One of the first concerns I had was finding a rag left in the front/engine area after an earlier repair visit. When I brought it up, it felt brushed off rather than acknowledged seriously, which in hindsight should have made me pause. Before working with Diesel, I had already had the car looked at by two other mechanics, neither of whom identified the radiator as visibly damaged or failing. Diesel recommended replacing the radiator, which I approved in good faith because I was trying to solve the overheating issue and trusted his judgment. However, after replacing it, the overheating problem continued, which left me questioning whether the repair was truly necessary. The cooling-system troubleshooting became increasingly frustrating. During attempts to bleed the BMW cooling system, I ultimately had to involve a family member experienced with BMWs because I lost confidence in whether the procedure was being handled correctly. After paying for repairs and parts, including a cooling fan installation, the repair still remained incomplete roughly two weeks later. Communication became inconsistent, timelines shifted, and we ultimately had to move the vehicle to another mechanic to continue diagnosis and repairs. To be fair, there were moments Diesel tried to be helpful and accommodating. But overall, the incomplete work, delays, and ongoing uncertainty after significant expense made this a disappointing experience. My recommendation: get everything in writing, document every agreed repair and part, ask for old parts back, and don't be afraid to get a second opinion. read more

Diesel, aka Robert Simmons came over to replace the battery. He took it to Autozone and brought back anew one. He told me I would get a refund in 5 days. Still wouldn't start and he said it was the fuel pump, he'd be back tomorrow with one. Never saw him again. He charged me for the battery and his time. When I called Autozone they said it was an exchange for a better battery and there was no refund. So "Diesel" charged me for a free battery. I finally had the car towed to the Ford dealer. It turned out to be a relay in backwards that Diesel pulled out and put back. Don't use this guy. read more

Desile aka Robert Simmons Is a con artist. MY car wouldnt start so I called Integrity mobile mechanic and Desile showed up and said my key needed to be reprogrammed to the ECM so he charged me 350 .00$ when it didnt work he said I needed a new ECU. So I ordered a new one and he was supposed to install it and program the key. When the part came in we made a appointment for him to come and complete the job that he had been paid for. He was a no call no show because he knew that that was not the problem. Anyway I sent the part back because it wasnt even the right one for my car. So I asked him to refund the money and of course he said no. I told him I was going to file a small claims case against him and to please give me his address and of course he wouldnt do that either. We hired "Diesel" (real name is Robert Simmons) and his associate, Vonte King, to do several jobs on our 2007 Chevrolet 2500HD. Business is listed as Integrity Mobile Auto Service, but appears to have had a previous name of Simmons Mobile Auto Repair. Based on his advice, we hired him to work on installing a Downpipe that he insisted as a preventative measure would protect our Duramax diesel from a bolt that he explained would come off from soot accumulation, and destroy the turbine and engine. We gave him $2800 for the job, then he called and said he needed "only $500 more" because the part he ordered didn't come with a Downpipe which was supposed to be shipped along with the other part he ordered. That was a lie. That was the bait needed to get my money. I found out after researching that nothing needed to be done; this was a frivolous and unnecessary repair. I called to cancel the job. He promised to refund our money which he hasn't done, and now he has blocked me on phone and texts. He's made excuse after excuse to delay my return. I feel that he took advantage of a senior on a fixed income to con me only to make money off of me as a cash cow, and after reading other reviews of other people he's done this to, I see a criminal intent and a pattern. I waited for a refund for three weeks, and after he insisted, promised, and done otherwise, Robert Simmons and Vonte King haven't responded to my texts or phone calls, so I'm assuming what I'm seeing a lot of other people are saying about him. He's a scam artist, and you need to take your business elsewhere. Robert's MO is as follows: he will most likely rip you off after having a few smaller repairs and transactions first to gain your trust. About four or five jobs in, which he will perform satisfactorily, he pulls off his scam by adding a repair that shouldn't be done or has no reason for being done. Most if not all mobile services are scammers and Robert did his due diligence in proving himself to support this idea as a scammer and a liar. read more

We were in Palm Springs for a Cheer competition on Sunday Feb 1st. I pull into the convention center parking lot at 7:00 am, I get out and smell a super strong coolant smell and hear sizzling. We're 100 miles from home and I work in Santa Fe Springs at 6:00 am the following morning. I check for a shop and everyone is closed with the exception of Integrity Mobile that says they're open 24 hours. They have 1 excellent review, so I take my chances. You should too, you won't regret it. He called be back about an hour later, excellent communication. Found right where we were parked in this super chaotic parking lot. Checked it out and tried the least expensive options FIRST. Tried the clamp, the hose, until he realized it was the water pump. He was up front about the cost and time. Diesel and his dynamic duo, ended up replacing the water pump, thermostat, and belt. The quoted cost never changed except plus tax. I am SO sooo grateful that they were able to help us. I went from stranded to home at 10pm after the comp. Thank you again! read more
