MAJOR RAVE!!! J's Liners and Accessories - Yucca Valley (760) 365-0011 Jay is a lady's delight when it comes to fixing and/or replacing all of those nagging little broken or worn items on your vehicle. My truck is 20 years old. The left shell window has no glass. The rear lift up window doesn't hold its lift and I have to keep it open with a stick. Very classy, right? The 20-year old rubber bedliner was gunky and cracked. The latches on the rear window were no longer attached so no way to secure the window. It flaps on the freeway. One of the racks on the shell had a bolt & nut missing from one end. Bottom line? My truck was a mess. A full-on embarrassing mess. I'm not talking about the clear coat that is flaking off - that is a factory paint issue. I took my truck to Jay to get a spray-on bed liner. Here is a list of all the things Jay did to tweak my truck and I only asked for the bed liner and would he please, pretty please, wash the cab's rear window because with the shell on, I can't get to it to wash it myself. 1. Removed/reattached camper shell - no charge. Normally there is a fairly good charge for this. 2. Removed and trashed the crappy and cracked and yucky rubber bed liner. 3. Cleaned off all of the gunk and yuck that had accumulated UNDER the bed liner over a 20-year period. He probably had to wear a HazMat suit for this, as the truck is my "dump" truck. 4. Applied the spray on bed liner. The photos speak for themselves. Totally AWESOME!!! 5. Washed the cab's rear window and the shell's front window so that I can see clearly in my rear view mirror. 6. Washed the rear lift up window inside and out. 7. Hooked up the brake light above the shell rear window. I didn't even realize I had one. 8. Trimmed the shell where it was cutting into the tail gate. 9. Oiled the tail gate. 10. Found a bolt & nut that fit the shell rack, installed it and tightened it up so now the rack isn't flopping around. 11. WD 40'd my driver's door latch because I was having trouble closing the door. Wow. Pretty cool, huh? I thought so. Two days later I went back to see Jay and asked him if he would replace the left shell window that had broken. Also, would he please replace the latches on the rear lift window? AND... how about replacing the worn out shocks that keep the lift window open? So what did Jay do? 1. Replaced the left shell window with a window that has sliding window with a screen. How perfect if I need to sleep in my camper shell when I go camping. 2. Replaced the latches on the rear lift up window. It's going to be pretty quiet and boring driving down the freeway without the rear lift up window flapping up and down as I go. 3. Replaced the shocks on the rear lift up shell window. How am I going to explain to that wooden dowel that it was out of work? A sad day for a loyal friend. 4. Jay doesn't know that I noticed, but he filled the very, very low window washing fluid 'thingie." Wow. Now I can actually spray water/fluid on my windshield and the wipers can clear away the desert spots and bugs and whatever else hangs out on my new windshield from Bob's Auto Glass. So that is all the stuff that Jay did for me on two different days and now my truck is all back together. It's actually kind of like getting your very first car (used) and it has all of these little things that needs to be repaired, replaced, or tweaked. I didn't grow up as a teenager working on cars in the driveway with my friends. I was a cheerleader and spent my time doing cheerleader things. Yes, Guys, I know you ALL know how to do these car/truck things. I do not. But now I have Jay at J's Liners in Yucca Valley. You better believe that I am going to be telling all of my friends about what a fabulous job Jay did on my spray-on bed liner, and then all of the extra little things that I have needed to have fixed or replaced for years and years and years. Thanks, Jay, I appreciate everything you did more than I can ever express in words. Sorry this review is so late - these words just were not coming to my head. I can't just write review with 5-6 words. Descriptive reviews/raves are important to me and must be written the way I feel them.

Messaged him directly from Yelp because of his reviews and J messaged backed promptly. We set a day and I met him at his business. He was very professional and as I waited he set me up in his office to use his internet, watch TV and even offered me a drink. Not to mention the bed liner came out looking like a million bucks. Thankyou, I will definitely be sending business your way!

Heard this was the only person in town to not only trust based on price but because of the phenomenal work he does. Finished close to an hour and a half earlier than he originally estimated to finish. Best customer service in town

A very professional job. No overspray and a very tough liner. He does an excellent job spraying it in.

Ask the Community - J's Liners and Accessories

Hey Jay, looks like you've got some great reviews. Do you happen to install the truck bed liners as well? I'm not sure if my husband wants the spray or the liner...It'll be a birthday gift? :-)

I can get you a plastic bed liner but generally they’re more expensive than a spray in due to the shipping from out of state. All plastics are now cancer related so can’t be stored in California so it’s probably about 250.00 bucks for the plastic… Read more

My husband shattered his Leer camper shell back glass Anyone know where to look for just the back glass?

The closest Lear dealership is in Rialto I do believe. You have to be a leer representative to sell their parts so it’s kind of a niche market sorry that your window broke. Fuller top I think is the name of the closest leer dealer.

When I arrived I noted all the typical new "COVID" signs; I walked in and noted the front service desk was all taped up "like a crime seen" the employee saw that I was carrying a battery and told me to go ahead and lay on the counter. I told him that I looked up the battery on the Internet and it stated that this location had some. He looked it and said, we sure do and they are on sale for $44. I said sweet!! Because the last one I bought that was the same make and model cost me $150. 6 years ago "this one is brand new not reconditioned and comes with a warranty" Long story short, I was in and out in no time flat with exactly what I wanted with a great price and great service. 5 stars

The staff is always helpful, especially when I need a part for my car. Recently, I purchased a few parts and didn't get to install them right away. When I did-decided they were not what I wanted. I have never returned anything from Auto Zone but decided to try. The counter person was so nice, no questions asked, full refund. I am now a loyal customer and guarantee you I will be buying many items from them in the future. The store is very clean, well stocked and has just about any specialty tool you need. Great prices on name brand oil and other car fluids. Great Store, Great People, Fully Covid Compliant! I HIGHLY Recommend Auto Zone!
