It was maybe 150-200$ for just the check up what needs to be done so might as well get it done. I decided to just get the gear assembly done they had my car for 3-4 days. I mean the job was done, but this is the minor issue that I notice the first day I got it back .I can't see my gear shift when I reverse, park or put into drive at night. Usually the letters will glow red but it doesn't. I don't know if it's something they didn't notice since I noticed at night, I haven't called or anything about it bc I work full time and having it at the shop for another few days means a bunch of money spent on Uber.

I was told no appointments are needed, and they perform smogs until at least 4:00 pm. I arrived at 2:20 pm, and when I checked in, I realized I had left the renewal paperwork at home. I told Rudy I would write down the VIN number and license number legibly so he could fill out his paperwork. He then proceeded to inform me that it was not his job to read my writing. After I laughed, he said We stopped doing smogs at 2:00 pm today anyway. When you come back, make sure you don't screw up again and not bring the paperwork. He must have been the bully at his high school (assuming he went), because I have seen him give off that vibe multiple times to men. Needless to say, but I would rather light myself on fire than ever deal with him again. Plus, their coupon is a scam as well. If they write your name down before you show them the coupon, it is not valid. WTF!?!? I will give one of my associates the task of verifying whether this is even legal

Rudy answered my call and informed me that I didn't need an appointment since they start smog checks at 1 pm. However, when I arrived at 1 pm and inquired about the wait, he rudely told me that they actually start smog checks at 3 pm due to other priorities. I was disappointed because I had called ahead and made a special trip to the shop. I politely asked if there was another smog check station nearby, and he just said no. I don't recommend this place - it's a hassle you'd rather avoid."

I agree on the with poor reviews. It happened to me too…read more It seems that is the modus operandi of this business. They give you a quote and once you are there they change it. I believe upon seeing the person, he increases the price. I had to pay him half with a card and half in cash. He wouldn't give me a receipt for the cash. Only for the card. I believe that he defrauds the government tax. Why would he do that? He did tell me he would have my vehicle lift kit installed the next day. It took him five days to return my vehicle. I noticed that he would do side jobs from customers old parts in between the new customers for his hispanic buddies or close people. That is why i asked him to return my old parts to eventually trash them. I previously had a lift kit but i went to a bigger size tires. In my opinion, he was expensive and tardy on what he promised. Can't complain about the lift kit he recommended. However, i did find out it was over priced. Maybe because of my address... Go there if you have extra cash or if it convenient to you. It's disappointing for me when people eyeball you and exploit.

Our local Tesla dealer does not have a body shop, but my point person there recommended two shops in the area that their customers have dealt with in the past and had positive experience with: World Class Collision/Jack's Body Works was one of the two. Our Tesla contact explained that of the two recommended shops, Jack's was the higher end one dealing with luxury, classic and very expensive vehicles and that as a result, they might be very busy and the repair job might take longer. Reading reviews on Yelp, we decided to go with Jack's even if it meant a longer repair time. They had a business card for Jack's at Tesla and I called the person whose name appeared on the card: Alin. Alin took the call right away, explained how the process would work and told me to bring the car in. Alin took care of us immediately and patiently answered all of my many questions. Alin was a pleasure to deal with - he made the entire process easy and as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. The repair took a little over a week with Alin keeping me apprised of the progress throughout with texts, photos and phone calls. Even though my Tesla was definitely on the lower end of the many, many expensive cars I saw at Jack's, I was never made to feel any less important. The car was returned to me looking brand new - polished and washed - you'd never know there had been an accident. It is always nice when I am able to highly recommend a business based on my very positive experience with them - and this is definitely one of those times. Alin and the Jack's staff who worked on my car did everything they said they would do in a professional, timely fashion and they did a great job. Five stars across the board.
