This is a great egg crepe place in Pasadena, would highly recommend if you want something authentic and delicious. The peking duck egg crepe was what they're known for, and it doesn't disappoint. They make it once you order it so everything is fresh for you to eat. I never could have imagined eating duck like this, but the way it's done is perfect. All the flavors from the duck and sauce blended beautifully with the rest of the ingredients. The interior is super relaxing and makes it feel like you could chill there for hours. The food didn't take too long to get out so you're not left hungry for too long.

The only item I tried from this place is the Peking Duck Crepe. I asked for the sauce on the side as I don't like a huge amount of hoisin type sauce - it overtakes the duck in my opinion. The crepe has a large amount of duck in it. The only thing I miss is the more crispy skin. There is no way to maintain prime crispiness in a wrap so I get the trade offs. The crepe has sesame seeds in it which i enjoyed, as well as the greens in the wrap. They had the roasted chili oil sauce, which is my favorite. It goes well iwth the wrap. I got take out and service was fast and friendly.

Great stop for a quick lunch or dinner. It's a small cozy place probl better as take out. Also the air filter is not the best. Prepared to smell like crepe for a while if you eat in.

Crepe is authentic!! Highly recommended! Peking style. Roast duck crepe with egg and lettuce is the best!

Quiet, fresh Chinese donut and a soothing bowl of congee in this rainy weather, and all for ~$8?! A dream come true.

Peking duck Jianbing aka crepe hit the spot. Chill inside literally and figuratively which was perfect for a hot LA day. Fast casual counter service makes it super easy. Chinese food that's unique and delicious!

I happened to walk by this place and saw all the types of crepes I could get right outside the window. It was nice that they had the menu and pictures of what the crepes would look like. I ordered the ham and lettuce! It's was crispy in the middle which I really liked. I'm unsure about parking since I was at the Pasadena Convention Center, but it's a quick walk. I forgot to take a pic of my actual crepe as I ate it so fast, but it's a pretty good size. The spot had great AC and was clean. The guy at the front was friendly as well. I'll be back tomorrow actually! Yay!

Peking Duck Jian Bing

Walking around town with my girlfriend and stumbled on such a delicious spot. Ordered the Peking Duck Jian bing and original savory tofu soup and both were so good. Tasted just like Asia! The lady behind the desk was so nice asking us to split our Jian bing. Affordable, Amazing service and delicious food. The cafe just had no music so we ate in silence. LOL

Such a nice place for snack in pasadena and cozy places too! I would love to be back here again if ever i was on the area!

I loveee this place so much!! I have only ever purchased the Taro Cheese Salty Yolk Seaweed Meat Floss crepe, which I literally do not plan on changing that, aka I will only ever buy that one. It's sooo delicious and combines sweet and savory flavors perfectly. I truly don't understand why it's not popular, in fact it might be the least popular crepe at the restaurant. but I don't care because it's so tasty and I really hope they never discontinue it. if you've been on the fence about trying this flavor, THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO GET IT!!!

It was flavorful, the right balance of spices, and the portion was plentiful! We also tried the green onion pancake (not pictured) because it was so good with the accompanying sauce that we went through it so quick before I could take a picture! Crispy texture but soft and a little chewy on the inside. The gai lan (Chinese broccoli) was a good portion, nicely salted and provided a good balance to the meal. We loved the presentation and fireworks worth flavor from the pork belly bao. All of the pickled vegetables along with the sauce and the savory pork belly were a great blend. Only thing is, it falls apart easily and is very messy to eat The service is quick, food is out without too long of a wait. The staff are all very attentive and helpful, especially with recommendations. Inside the dining room, it's very nicely decorated and spacious. Definitely will return when in the area!

When I saw this pop up on a recommended search I was so excited to come here for my birthday…read moredinner. I also conveniently had the SGV passport which gave me a free noodle! A $15ish dollar value - score! I was so hyped about this place trying to talk it up to my friends and my fiancé because the items on the menu sounded like they would be tasty! But what we got was just subpar. I felt so dissappointed and really wished I choose to go some place else for my birthday dinner. Inside it looks cute, it feels like it's trying to replicate an old school Chinese restaurant back then (seen a lot of those growing up!) but instead of loud uncle and aunties screaming out their conversations, you get a moderate lull of conversations from a younger crowd. I read the reviews and I knew in my head what I wanted: Veggie Noodles (thanks SGV passport!), sesame cold noodle, hot sake, and their Woon Milk Tea. Totaling about $47 before tax and removing the free veggie noodle. New total is roughly $32 before tax and tip A bit high but I was excited to try it! I grabbed my milk tea from the fridge and made our way to our table. Our food came shortly after and it gives you the feeling of eating back home with these types of dishes. I think it was suppose to give that "home cook" meal type of vibe. The portions were small for the price we paid though. Veggie Noodle: Eh - this was okay. A little smokey but lacking something. Normally as a vegetarian a veggie noodle isn't hard to mess up in flavor but this missed the mark. I needed to put a good dollop of their chili oil to give it more dimension. Sesame Cold Noodle: A little vinegary but still mid. The little tofu bites in there were actually the only thing I liked. Those little cubes packed so much flavor, I just wished there was more of it. Again, just like the veggie noodle, it's missing something. Hot Sake: to say I was surprised that our hot sake came out in a tea pot would be an under statement! You get a whole pot for $10! This is so worth it as it was nice and hot with a strong flavor. I'm pretty light weight so to me it was a nice mellow strong flavor. It also came with the tea cups too, we got out about roughly 12 cups from that pot! Woon Milk Tea (bottled): This was so sad. In a community like the 626 you can get such good boba and milk tea any corner you turn. This was just so lack luster. Not worth my money. I appreciated how much vegetarian/vegan options it had but those options were so lack luster, missing so much in flavor, and the price? Not even worth it for how much you get. If you want traditional Chinese food I recommend doing the research and go else where. Off the top of my head I already know a few near this area! About 10 min drive! This place is designed more for those people who want to try Asian flavors but are to scared to go off and try them the more authentic versions of them. Save your dollars and go to those smaller shops and participate in the loud conversations with the uncles and aunties. Trust me - not only will you like the food better but you'll get more excitement in the room!

Food comes piping hot and the noodles stay fresh and not bunched together. I have ordered their tomato and egg knife noodle soup twice because I love sweet and savory flavors. (A) Their lamb skewers were flavorful but a little on the tougher side. I had lamb skewers that melt in your mouth before and this didn't quite measure up. Of course, I went in because I already know the quality of their food. I always find their noodles fresh and chewy, and the dishes are rich in texture and flavor. But this time, since I was by myself, I didn't order a noodle dish because I was just by myself. So, I ordered the beef roll, which is also to die for! Just really enjoy their food overall. If you've never tried Noodle Street before, definitely check out their menu and give their noodles a try. This particular location was clean, the staff was nice, and the wait wasn't long when I arrived. I would definitely come back again! I'd like to add one more detail. While I was waiting for my food, one of the staff members, possibly the manager, Justin, came over and asked if I'd like to have a small bowl of broth on the side. I said yes and was impressed by that offer. Why? This young man understood that I had ordered only the beef roll, which is a dry dish. Having a little warm broth on the side made it much easier and more enjoyable to eat. I had water, though, but I personally never drink water before or after my meal, so the broth was definitely a perfect complement to the beef roll. This is the first time in my Noodle Street eating history that I've been offered something simple to enhance my dining experience. A small gesture that I think is worth mentioning, as it showed that he was attentive and had very good common sense when it comes to customer service. Thumbs up to him, and an extra star from me for this location.

I totally forgot about parking and the one way streets so I had to do a lap just to find a parking structure that was right across the street from the restaurant. There was a lot of space and a lot of seating. Once we decided on on what we wanted we decided to do family style and ordered, shrimp and pork shumai, pork dumplings, spicy pork wontons and kung pao shrimp. I decided to go with the passion fruit tea with half sweetener but I probably should have went with 75%. It was still pretty good but could have been better. I loved the pork dumplings and the kung pao shrimp the best. The service was quick, fast and effective. Anytime we needed something, they were right there to provide, sauces, water and silverware when needed. They also start you out with peanuts and hot tea for the table and I thought that was cool. Bowls of steamed rice cost $2.50, and we each got one. Portions are generously large and worth the cost; we took leftovers home. The tea offered to us tasted good. The slippery shrimp had a nice crisp with a pleasant blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors. There's a slight spice from the red chili that felt mild on my tongue. This was our first time trying out the dish, and we liked it the most. The orange chicken tasted solid, and it had a slightly crispy texture. For some reason, the rice had an aftertaste I wasn't familiar with, but it was still fresh. There was a fortune cookie at the end of our meal. I'd come back for the slippery shrimp and order something other than the orange chicken. The restaurant opened at 11:30 am, and we were one of the first customers to dine in. I would not order the Dan Dan Noodles or Diced Chicken with Spicy Chilies again. I felt like there wasn't enough chicken and the dan dan noodles had a weird musty flavor that I didn't resonate with.
