Zhen Lian, who is the showroom manager, provided hardcopy brochures and advice in person and by email. We needed to replace a 31-year-old, 48-inch, built-in Sub-Zero model 532 refrigerator/freezer so our options were limited to what could fit into the opening between kitchen cabinets. Bradlee is the regional distributor for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove and others. We ended up buying from an authorized Seattle area Sub-Zero retailer and installer. Bradlee doesn't offer retail sales but provides appliances to local retailers.

The Miele experience center was a great experience!! We needed a new dishwasher and after doing…read moreour research, purchasing a Miele was the obvious choice. We decided to go to the experience center to view the options and we are glad we did. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and their job is to educate you rather than pushing you to purchase a bunch of products. They believe that if you purchase one product, you will like it so much, you will come back to purchase more. We purchased the 7186 and after owning it for a month, we will definitely be buying more Miele products. We are blown away at how well it is engineered and the quality. The only downside is after having such a great experience with Miele you have to go and purchase it from Albert Lee. Perhaps I have had bad luck but I have made purchases from Albert Lee twice and both times, the delivery experience has been terrible (it took them 5 hours and a trip back and forth to the warehouse to install the dishwasher).

Damaged our home and very challenging to get repairs…read more The reason I went with Arnold's Appliance was to have a local trusted company ensure a seamless experience, vs the higher availability/lower cost but risk associated with a Lowes or Home Depot messing up our house. However it made no difference: - Installers cut corners trying to remove old fridge through a tight corner without disassembly - Dinged up the house, ripped a hole into a railing, 8 or so medium to large gouges in drywall, and almost shattered a wall sconce - It took over a month to get repairs done, being told 3 separate times I'd be contacted and yet still having to follow up myself numerous times to make anything happen - Contracted repair company did a decent patch job, but the repair is obvious with paint not fully covering patches or blending into the rest of the wall When you buy an appliance, the implicit contract is that your home won't be damaged, and if it is, they will make it right ($), restore it to its prior condition, and own driving that process. It's still not repaired to it's prior condition, I've had to drive the entire process myself, and I've received no compensation for the headaches.

Our salesperson was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, experienced and patient. Thank you, Kim!…read moreUnfortunately, other things haven't held up over time as well - I'm talking service. We've been customers for maybe 25 years. We've bought and serviced a gas fireplace and several grills over the years. We ordered a new grill - great experience. Then things went downhill. Rich's no longer does its own delivery. They depend on a vendor to do the delivery, followed by a Rich's person to come up and hook it up. We scheduled the delivery for Friday. The Wednesday BEFORE the delivery the Rich's person came to do the install. He said no problem, the delivery people would do the install. Seriously? A gas grill? Friday rolls around and the grill was delivered. The delivery people didn't know how to turn the grill on to verify it was working. It wouldn't turn on. They then closed the grill lid and turned on the gas and continued to try and turn the grill on. This is dangerous. I stopped that action immediately. It took Rich's a couple of weeks to get another service person over to check the grill and verify it was installed correctly to our gas line, and make sure it was working correctly. BTW - it took 2 emails and a call to the salesperson to get the service department to respond to do the scheduling. They don't answer the phone or return calls anymore. All done with email. Sales - 5 stars. Service scheduler - 1 star. PS Great grill.

Michelle was invaluable and could give honest comparisons between different models and brands. The combination of cast stainless grills, sear temperature infrared side burner, rotisserie and smoker versatility, and convenient drip trays convinced me. They shipped me a pre-installed unit with a natural gas fitting within one week, and the local carrier could haul away the old grill for a small additional fee. I had two minor issues upon delivery, the cabinet was missing two side screws and the natural gas coupler did not fit our NG outdoor fitting. Michelle took care of everything and quickly arranged for one of their installers to return a few days later to install the correct cabinet screws and also able to install a reducer on our NG outlet to fit the NG coupler. The grill exceeds expectations, and I appreciate Michelle's personal attention and professional service. I highly recommend Rich's for the Home for any outdoor grill needs.

i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.

They did a great job getting the old washing machine out and the new one in. Even with all the stairs they had to go up. They certainly did not have to come all the way back, but they made sure to inspect what we were seeing, even put in a new dryer vent hose that was much shorter than the one we originally had and they ran a full cycle of the washer and dryer to ensure the issue was resolved.
