    We purchased tile and scheduled backsplash installation through Lowes. Initial installation delayed…read moredue to poor communication between Lowe's and installation contractor, over proper size of tile trim (apparently wrong size trim was ordered so the store was holding order until they heard from the installation company, but the installation company claimed to know nothing about it). Once we acted as a go between for communication the correct trim was ordered. Installation day arrives. The installer shows up without material. We specifically asked that the installer pick up material and was told this was customary. The installer said that they do often pick up materials but only if Lowe's notes it on the work order. Once the materials got picked up and the backsplash was installed the tiles were not wiped clean from grout. After WE got the tiles wiped off it was clear 6 tiles were cracked. Today the installer was scheduled to replace the broken tiles between 8-11. No one shows up so we call Lowe's installation coordinator who contacts the installer. Apparently it was not put onto the installer's schedule as they were waiting for pictures. The problem is that no one ever asked us for pictures, again lack of communication. There just seems to be no communication between Lowes and their contracted installers which leaves customers with long delays and spending hours trying to find out what is going on to act as a go between Lowes and their contracted installers. Overall quality of the work is poor as the customer should not be the ones cleaning the grout off the tile and the tiles should not be left cracked. The installer did come later to fix those 6 tiles but within hours of those 6 tiles being replace we noticed a crack in another tile. At this point I we will probably just give up and live with a brand new backsplash that is already cracked. That is sad

    My wife and I have been going to best buy since 2009. We have bought cell phones, Tvs, speakers…read morelaptops security cameras, and so much more here they have it. Every time we go to any of the locations mainly the Marysville one but we have always been treated with the most up most respect and they have even help us with price comparisons on an occasion or two. They are always super friendly and it's always easy if we need tech support for an item. You can call, go online or even in store for most anything, I do perfer in store the most. If there was any questions that one didn't know for sure they would go and make sure they had the right answer. No smoke blowing here just to get a sell. I would like to say thanks to the Everett and Marysville location keep up the great work.

The employee talked me into buying a unique charging device for an additional $40. It worked great until the end of April when it literally "fell apart "! it's defective and can't be fixed. I returned it to the store with the original box asking for an exchange since it's obviously a manufactures defect. The employee told me "it's against their policy" to honor anything after 30 days! I HAD THE RECEIPT, the box and the item. He could see it waa defective and told me to contact the company! Just one more reason I will never set foot in that store again and caution everyone else to do the same! They deserve to go out of business! It's a terrible company and their customer service doesn't exist! Good luck if you decide to shop here, but I encourage you to look at other stores before parting with your money!

    This review is strictly for rental department…read more I've been here 3 different times and all 3 times each visit has been extremely weird. The first time I was there a guy did an okay job getting me what I needed and he stayed past his shift to finish helping me, but he and another worker kept complaining about how lazy a guy named Jose is. I'm sorry you have a lazy employee on your team but I don't need to hear this. The second time I was there I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come assist me. I even called the store and got hold of a manager (Kim?) and it still took this long. The guy that helped me did the same thing as the last 2, complained about Jose more than I cared and did an okay job. The 3rd time I got there and as soon as I walked in and old guy at least over 60 helped me right away and did a great job. As he was finishing up some punk kid walked by and told the old man he's taking another break. The old man said "okay Jose." I laughed. This place did okay, probably would hurt to get rid of this Jose guy.

It was outside garden on a stand up forklift. We had no issue waiting 5 min or so but we are instacarting and our time is valuable and we lose money the longer we wait. I after 15 min of waiting I said can we please just get item since it was right by us and was told we couldn't do it because of safety. I mentioned that the customers come first and that we shouldn't have to wait anytime at all. We grabbed the stuff in under 30 sec. I was then argued with by the employees that were in that area at the time. They said that customers have to wait even if it's for a long period of time which is not ok and shows the lack of training by home Depot and their supervisor shows they don't care about customers and only are there for a paycheck. I was never talked to by their direct manager though I asked 2 times it embarrassing that the customer is not able to come in and get what they want in a quick and efficient matter. I would never come here unless it's for instacart .. retrain employees and actually make them pay attention and make sure they actually watch it. Also how many spotters does it take to help with the forklift. I saw about 6 employees standing around just watching. Also shouldn't need to block off two adjacent isles. I can see why this home Depot is only 2 stars. What a complete joke of employees and asking for a supervisor 2 times and no one talked at all to us about what happened. SMH also next time just help and grab item for customer.
