I am not even sure what color scheme I want but I didn't feel rushed to just grab swatches to get samples. The first time I was there a guy did an okay job getting me what I needed and he stayed past his shift to finish helping me, but he and another worker kept complaining about how lazy a guy named Jose is. I'm sorry you have a lazy employee on your team but I don't need to hear this. The second time I was there I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come assist me. I even called the store and got hold of a manager (Kim?) and it still took this long. The guy that helped me did the same thing as the last 2, complained about Jose more than I cared and did an okay job. The 3rd time I got there and as soon as I walked in and old guy at least over 60 helped me right away and did a great job. They said that customers have to wait even if it's for a long period of time which is not ok and shows the lack of training by home Depot and their supervisor shows they don't care about customers and only are there for a paycheck. I was never talked to by their direct manager though I asked 2 times it embarrassing that the customer is not able to come in and get what they want in a quick and efficient matter. I would never come here unless it's for instacart .. retrain employees and actually make them pay attention and make sure they actually watch it. Also how many spotters does it take to help with the forklift. I saw about 6 employees standing around just watching. Also shouldn't need to block off two adjacent isles. I can see why this home Depot is only 2 stars. What a complete joke of employees and asking for a supervisor 2 times and no one talked at all to us about what happened. He claimed some of the materials were delivered to his home address by accident and others he brought with him were only partial. He has not refunded my deposit of the work he has not performed. He can not provide the receipts or invoices of the materials he claims he bought (14K+ in materials and over 6+ in labor }. He is now gone and only 20% of work is done. The carpentry work he performed will have to be redone since does not meet code. he has poor carpentry skills and painting skills and has a thirst for money. he will blame everything else including you but not himself. I tried look him up on L&I and can not find his business or his names listed anywhere to verify his business. He will not issue his contractor number and the vehicle he drove had dealer plates appears to be a new vehicle recently purchased . I failed on my part since i should have had a written agreement/contract before work was started. He is a smooth talker, talks big and will get you convinced that he is legit and has operated and run millions dollar projects. he will show photos to convince you. He is a pathological liar and will take advantage of you. I have proof of all the money i sent him on Cash app and venom plus cash withdrawals i made. I have the photos of the work he performed. now all that work will have to be re done. This Man needs to be stopped.
