They have a great selection and they come to you to see if you need assistance. Some items they may have to order but it is worth it. They will even cut the composit decking boards for you. As I walked down the aisles I found 8 in a circle just complaining about work in a manner you really don't want customers to hear. I spent 15 minutes grabbing what I needed and went to ask an employee a question and he's wearing not one but two earbuds and replies "WHAT?!" Do I really need to explain what's wrong with this? I've also never seen so many employees in a workplace on their phones, I feel like I could have even stole anything and not gotten caught. And one last thing, this is by far the dirtiest hardware stores I've ever seen, not even close!

When we started to get close to go time, we heard from him promptly with details on the plan, and he regularly checked in with us to keep us informed as the process unfolded. He also provided great advice on how to choose the right colors for what we wanted to have done, and it was clear he wanted us to take care with that process so we'd really love how it looked when it was done. Not only does our house look amazing and exactly how we wanted it, but Haven also repaired a hole in the siding left after we had a yellow jacket nest removed, and he barely charged us anything for that additional, unplanned work. Really impressed with his professionalism, as well as the care he took to keep our cats safe while he was in and out working on our front door, too. Claimed he was a navy seal in his past and a credible individual . he convinced me he was able to get best deals in materials for my remodel and i should trust him. I trusted him and I am now 20K in a hole and less than 3k in materials. He claimed some of the materials were delivered to his home address by accident and others he brought with him were only partial. He has not refunded my deposit of the work he has not performed. He can not provide the receipts or invoices of the materials he claims he bought (14K+ in materials and over 6+ in labor }. He is now gone and only 20% of work is done. The carpentry work he performed will have to be redone since does not meet code. he has poor carpentry skills and painting skills and has a thirst for money. he will blame everything else including you but not himself. I tried look him up on L&I and can not find his business or his names listed anywhere to verify his business. He will not issue his contractor number and the vehicle he drove had dealer plates appears to be a new vehicle recently purchased . I failed on my part since i should have had a written agreement/contract before work was started. He is a smooth talker, talks big and will get you convinced that he is legit and has operated and run millions dollar projects. he will show photos to convince you. He is a pathological liar and will take advantage of you. I have proof of all the money i sent him on Cash app and venom plus cash withdrawals i made. I have the photos of the work he performed. now all that work will have to be re done. This Man needs to be stopped. When I confronted him He will get very aggressive and defensive throwing insults and shifting blame on you. I wish i had read that previous review earlier. I am very disappointed and defeated.
