I wasn't sure what was wrong just that there was a problem. I was pretty impressed to say the least !! The Everett store went above the call of duty to come out last minute and make sure that we were safe. They stepped outside the box and made it simple and not a big deal. Very much appreciated and I am very impressed that they would take the time to do this right then and there. They followed thru and Scott was great. Called me to stay in touch and tell me what the problem was but most appreciated was that they made it so easy for me and just took care of it. Scott was great !! Today, Tim helped me with a cart, bottle and accessories. I'm going to welding school at EvCC and Central Welding has an awesome student discount that makes it easy to get started. Top quality products at a fair price. An example: my Japanese made Welpers with student discount were 30% less than the same pair on Amazon.
