But the process was excruciating and shouldn't have to be that way. Today we took delivery of another order for a much smaller remodel project in which we probably ordered 5-6 different doors and frames. Very specifically our general contractor told the sales rep more than once during our initial walk through at the start of the project that he wanted the final product painted. Guess what? They were delivered unpainted. Not a misunderstanding but a deliberate action because when our contractor called him he said "we like to deliver them unfinished" WTF? First order came painted so that was a complete lie. At this point I am completely done with this company and I think the contractor should be too, he was very angry.

They are the same grade as you would get a HomeDepot. Nicest kid came out and "ploped" a whole tarped bale/pallet board right into the back of my dually. Pulled off the tarp and top 100 boards ( 478 on a bale) and was out of there lickidy split. Paid with tax $742-HomeDepot same checkout would of been $1720.
