Well, it's like climbing a staircase. This place isn't stuck on the bottom steps it's about three-quarters of the way up. But it just doesn't reach that top landing. The garden doesn't have a view, but it's a nice garden that lets you breathe in the ocean air. The owner is super friendly and helpful, and they stock mostly Oregon and Washington wine, so you get a good Pacific Northwest taste. I had two different glasses, and they were both good and easy to drink. I also got some snacks. The snacks menu is pretty basic and not that extensive, but it's presented in a charming and quaint way. Very homey but sophisticated at the same time.
