On cleaning day, I left the keys and Oahu Professionals went to work and oh boy, did they go to work. They did a phenomenal job, they got into all the nooks, crannies, and everything else in between. They pay very close attention to the details and you can tell they take lots of pride in their work. After buying our first home, I do not think we will be moving anytime soon, but I may consider them for a touch up.

He chronically lied to me, he broke every term of the lease in the first week, he filed TRO's against me based on total lies such as shutting off the water, which I never did. He didn't even show up for that hearing. These guys were troublemakers and they did not care about my place at all, they either stole my stuff or disposed of it which consisted of all kinds of supplies, tools, furniture, my personal things which they would not let me take out before they came in. I had just remodeled the property and was going to move in it myself, and the only reason I rented to them was because he promised he would make my property clean and beautiful like he found it because he has the equipment to clean the carpets, windows, yards etc. They totally ruined the carpets, the house reeked like dirty dogs and they did not clean the place when I finally got them out by an eviction. I couldn't believe they treated me like this and failed to pay rent after the first month. Horrible experience with Talmadge and Andrew and I would not recommend them to anyone because they chronically lied to me.

They sent many harassing text messages, voicemails, and even claimed (lied) that they had not been paid, when they had been paid but they had provided the wrong payment account. They also texted "F*** you" when they received their payment after their error was fixed (just a day after service). Had to block their numbers, it was that bad. We documented everything just in case. Their actual cleaning was decent, but I would never hire them again because they blamed and harassed us for their own mistake. Not sure this matters but they have 2 yelp profiles for the same business (same phone number, website).

I immediately began contacting companies suggested through my Yelp search for 'couch cleaning'. I was in contact with a few companies but Ohana extraction was quick to respond but most of all courteous and friendly. They had availability as soon as I needed it and I made the appointment. Marcus arrived promptly and had all of his equipment on a very nice neat looking cart that fit into my elevator. I made myself busy organizing my closet and gave him the space needed. The machine makes a little bit of noise but not enough to aggravate me or my neighbors. In under 3 hours my couch looked like it was brand new again! He used a protectant to coat the couch so next time there are spills it won't be so affected. I would like to commend Marcus on his hard work. My apartment has ceiling fans and no AC. I called on a Wednesday and we spoke over the phone about the pet accidents that I wanted to be steam cleaned and deodorized. Marcus asked me a few questions to determine the layout of the space (at the top of the stairs there's a hallway leading to the master, etc.), and quoted me a price over the phone based on that description. He was able to come over on Friday, just two days after my initial call! Great turn-around time! Marcus graciously called me prior to his arrival and then again when he arrived. I appreciated the communication. He politely removed his slippers prior to entering my home, and began his work just after 9am, and by 12 he was all packed-up, including cleaning up after himself and his equipment. He utilized multiple sinks along the way and wiped down everything - wouldn't even know he was here! He did my master bedroom (kindly worked around my furniture), long hallway and the stairs. Total cost was $172. He got all the stains out and it smells and looks a million times better. I'm so bummed I didn't take "before" pictures, but the after pictures make these old carpets look brand new! Thank you again! Without hesitation I'd call "Ohana" gain!

I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. I show up at my apartment at 7pm and the Anna, the cleaning lady does not come until 7:45pm. Company was testing my patience but stuff happens so I was trying to be as understanding as possible. Anna finished her cleaning around 11:30pm. I felt bad that she had to work so late, but remembered it was not my fault that she had to reschedule and on top of that come late. She claimed she was finished and I took her word for it, which I horribly regret. I had my move out inspection the next day. Anna did not bother to clean the exterior of the fridge, any of the windows or screens, missed alot of spots inside the oven, missed alot of spots in the cabinets, missed alot of spots on the floor, etc. It was embarrassing doing the move out inspection with my landlord. I paid Anna and her cleaning company $200 for a move out cleaning. I was charged by my landlord $380. I paid $580 total. I expect the $200 full refund from this company.
