Unfortunately, Panasonic has decided to no longer support the part that failed and we will have to get a new tv. Throughout the back and forth saga that unfolded, Cuong was very helpful and kept us in the loop, attempting to contact many potential suppliers (before and aftermarket), before ultimately giving up on finding the part needed (it was more than 2.5 weeks of searching). While he was not ultimately able to fix our tv, I felt more than fairly treated in our dealings. I would use Elite again if our tv fails.

Always transfer ur data and files onto Micro SD cards tape it down and save the cards in a case. Don't put ur electronics in direct sun lites use flash lites to see the issues. Use a coffee table to avoid spills spilling liquids.

He ordered the fan, which arrived within seven days, and was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours while also assisting walk-ins. During the wait for the fan to come, I was able to take my laptop home to use if needed, although Evan advised that I limit usage to no more than 30 minutes at a time to prevent overheating and use it only for essential tasks. Additionally, Evan is a conscientious person. I left a gift that I received from my nephew at his store. While Evan was away for the weekend, he coordinated with his mom and me to ensure I could pick it back up. Lastly, the recommendation for Mobile Fix came from a Costco Warranty Support person who, based on his review of about 10 businesses on Yelp, ranked Mobile Fix highest for three reasons: 1. Az replaced the cracked screen protector with a new tempered glass one, and put on the new phone case. My Dad was very happy because his phone looked brand new again! Not the best place…read more My phone back screen was cracked so I came here to get it replaced. It was about $200 to get the screen changed. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...
