The service is prompt and expeditious. These staff are down quickly to get orders completed for their valued customers. The atmosphere on their DoorDash platform, which I frequently visit during recreational marijuana use, is amazing. Is there something less than one star? I think that based upon this experience it's rated a little higher than it should be. I'm severely disappointed that I had to waste the gas to RETURN the original order, just to throw the replacement in the trash as well. Here's the thing: I don't mind waiting in line, I don't mind repeating my order so that it's correct, nor does the room mate that went after the food for me. So this is probably the fifth time that this establishment has screwed up a very simple order. I ordered two McChicken sandwiches and one McChicken and pickle two fries and a Coke. As I'm ordering the guy is rushing me through kept interrupting me asking me are you all set are you all set are you all set. Very annoying, so I finally got my order through went to the window paid $17 and change, when we got our food I checked it and I was missing a chicken sandwich so I went around to the drive-thru and let them know that I was missing a sandwich and since they didn't give me a receipt I couldn't prove it to them so the manager who looked no older than 16 actually investigated whether I ordered it or not I mean I get it whatever but you're a multi-billion dollar company you're really going to spend 10 minutes deciding whether I ordered a sandwich or not apparently he did not take the order correctly and then she in turn gave me an attitude. Also when I was trying trying to explain to the lady what it was I was missing they kept getting it wrong oh did you order a kids meal no I'm missing a simple chicken sandwich. Every time I come here something is wrong simple things.. I know most people say this but I normally do not leave reviews however this is the second time I have gone to this specific McDonald's and have gotten half full containers of fries. The first time okay fine -could have been a fluke or something else but twice?! Not only were they half full but they were cold as well-again. Do not ever ATTEMPT to go this drive thru as it can take upwards of a half an hour to order your food and get it. This McDonald's is right up the street from my house and we occasionally go to the drive-thru. No matter the time of day we go there is always a line and it is beyond slow. It seems like they have enough staff or anything ready. They haven's messed up any of our orders but it is always slow. read more

I went to this McDonald's yesterday for a couple of McFlurry's and some fries. I figured the employees wouldn't really have to touch those items and anyone handling food would be wearing gloves anyways. When I got to the window, I saw that the kid who scooped out my fries and handed me my food was not wearing gloves. Have tried this place on and off for months to see if it gets better. It hasn't. Drive up is slow even if there is only 1 car ahead of you. If you go inside its as if you are bothering them when you order. The food is fine except on off times the hamburgers are not hot, probably taken from the warmer and not made fresh. This McDonald's is by far the worst ever. Not only does the drive thru take at least 20 mins even if your the only one in line but they're prices are a lot higher than other McDonald's. For example the #2 burger meal is $5.99 here but at the other McDonald's in Warwick it's $4.29....so your wait times suck and you over charge, nice job. read more
