Soggy Chicken Finger

They aren't draining the grease like they're supposed to so rather than getting the full fried chicken experience (fried chicken is supposed to crunch btw), you get soggy breaded chicken. I ordered extra crispy and still got extra soggy chicken. Unacceptable.

This was my first time. They have a nice parking lot. They have a drive thru but we chose to dine in. It is all chicken. I got the chicken strip combo and my son got the sandwich. We both liked ours. I like the crinkle cut fries and the coleslaw was great. The service was nice and friendly. They have nice seating. They also have outside seating too. The walls are festive and I liked the disco balls on the ceiling. The sauce was good as well that comes with the chicken.

Box combo with my free extra chicken finger!

So I happened to visit on National Chicken Finger Day and scored an extra chicken finger with my box combo order! What a pleasant (and tasty) surprise! Because of this extra chicken finger, I was able to substitute my Cole slaw for a Cane's sauce free of charge. Totally worth the substitution since the Cane's sauce is SO FREAKING GOOD. Can somebody please get me access to the recipe?? I did have to wait a little bit for my order as expected, with the drive thru line dang near wrapping around the building. But it was cool to see other patrons enjoying their free chicken fingers as well, creating a lot of buzz around this southern fried chicken joint. Can't wait to come back!

A good friend of ours went to opening day of the new Raising Cane's in Warwick & won a year of free meals! She gets 3 of The Box Combo per month but says her doctor would kill her if she ate all 3 herself so she invited us to join her for dinner. And it was delicious! Four piping hot, crunchy & juicy chicken tenders with a mound of perfect crinkle fries, a small container of sweet cole slaw & another of Cane's secret sauce plus a grilled buttered piece of Texas toast with an Arnold Palmer to wash everything down. Highly recommend the lemonade & both the unsweetened & sweet teas. I love an unsweetened tea (2/3) with lemonade (1/3) - literally the most perfect summer drink, IMO. I had asked on previous visits, "Why Texas toast?" The cashier said, "Other restaurants do biscuits or rolls, we do Texas toast." Yup, that makes sense to me. I love that there is always an Elvis portrait. It is part of Raising Cane's lore to display Elvis Presley memorabilia, particularly velvet Elvis portraits, as a tribute to a piece of art found during the demolition of their first location. The founder used an Elvis towel and frame to cover a hole in the wall, which became their first "velvet Elvis". This became a tradition & now most Raising Cane's locations feature Elvis memorabilia as a unique design element.

I was driving home from and event and was pleasantly surprised to find this location right off of 295. I had no idea it was here! I was at the drive-thru on a Tuesday night and there was no line. The drive-thru employee was super friendly. I waited a few (I think because I was in a small car and they didn't see me) and she was so apologetic when she realized I was there, even upgraded my drink! I appreciate this nice customer service touch, which you usually don't experience at fast food spots. I do love a Cane's chicken tender! They are just really tasty and the fries are spot on as well. Add in the Cane's sauce and I was very happy with my quick dinner. I do want to try their lemonade next time, but I am just too much of a sucker for a Coke Zero. I like the concept here, that it is simple, straight forward, and tasty! Update to add I recently dined in with my son and -- 1. Love the music 2. Love that all the features on the wall are local and personalized for the store!

First time trying a raising canes and I really enjoyed it! Got their traditional chicken finger meal and the fires and chicken tenders were tasty. The sauce is the star of the show. It's supper peppery but not too spicy! Really enjoyed it! Also this location was super clean inside! Wish we had one closer.

Our 1st experience at Raising Canes was memorable. We were greeted by Andrew in the front w/ a big smile. The food came out popping hot. My husband mentioned that he liked how the food came out as it appeared in the picture. Andrew also checked in on us mid way through our meal to see how we were doing. Thanks again Andrew for elevating our experience, Raising Canes is lucky to have you.

Worse service ever- not sure how they will survive when you have to wait 20 min. For "chicken fingers" at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Raising Cane's keeps its concept incredibly simple, focusing almost entirely on chicken tenders,…read morefries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and its signature sauce. I walked into a bright, clean, and energetic restaurant with a fast-paced atmosphere that reflects how popular the chain has become. Even with a line forming at the counter, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the operation felt well organized considering the volume of customers coming through the door. I went with one of the tender combos, which is really the reason most people come here in the first place. The chicken tenders were juicy, freshly cooked, and had a crispy coating that held up well without feeling overly heavy. The coating had a good crunch that stayed intact through the meal, and the chicken itself was moist and tender throughout. The real standout, though, is the Cane's Sauce. It adds a tangy, peppery flavor that works perfectly with the chicken and honestly ties the entire meal together. Between the tenders, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, it is a simple meal, but one that is executed consistently well. The toast is buttery and soft, and the fries are solid enough to hold their own alongside the main event. One thing I have noticed is that the chicken can occasionally feel a little greasy depending on the visit, especially if you are ordering a larger combo. For some people that may not be an issue at all, while others might find it sits a bit heavy afterward. That has varied from visit to visit, but it is worth mentioning because the meal is definitely on the richer side compared to some other fast food chicken options. The coleslaw provides a lighter contrast, though it is a fairly standard version of the side and does not stand out the way the chicken and sauce do. The staff during my visit were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well maintained. Food came out quickly, and despite the limited menu, there is something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing one thing rather than trying to offer dozens of different options. The simplicity of the menu makes the decision process easy, and the consistency of the meal across visits is a big part of the appeal. Raising Cane's delivers a satisfying chicken tender meal with quality chicken, a great signature sauce, and consistently solid sides. It may not be the lightest meal around, but when you are in the mood for crispy chicken tenders and a straightforward comfort-food combo, it is easy to see why so many people keep coming back. The meal is familiar, filling, and hits the right notes for what it sets out to do.

If it were done exceptionally well that's one thing. Average at best are the facts. The outstanding part are the employees that buy into the brand. They were actually amazing. The interior is clean--almost startlingly so. White subway tile, wood-look floors, and that sprawling menu wall broadcasting "Fresh," "Spicy," and "Halal" like they actually mean something here. The young lady behind the counter had that genuine warmth you can't train into people. Not the "corporate manual says smile" routine, but someone who's actually invested in what they're serving. The sandwich arrived still hot. First bite tells the whole story--that perfect orange-colored crust breaks up properly, giving way to chicken that's fantastically seasoned all the way through. The bun holds everything without getting soggy or falling apart halfway through. It's the quick precision of fast food with the soul of something homemade. Those fries deserve their own paragraph--skinny, crisp, and seasoned with something that makes standard salt and pepper seem like amateur hour. Someone in that kitchen actually cares about the potatoes. What sets Maaz's apart is execution. They're not trying to create some wild new flavor profile or Instagram-bait sandwiches. They're just doing the basics perfectly, consistently, one serving at a time. Providence keeps turning up these gems--places that don't need fancy locations or PR campaigns, just seriously great food that creates its own word-of-mouth buzz. I'd open one of these in my hometown tomorrow if I could. The place would print money, not because it's revolutionary, but because it delivers exactly what it promises: the best version of a fast food chicken sandwich you've ever had. Worth the drive to Providence. Worth the tight parking. Worth every penny.

The staff are friendly and space is clean. Only couple reasons why they're 4 stars instead of 5 - 1) the food takes a while since it's made fresh to order. when e we went the other day, we were only one of free tables for an early lunch & had to wait 25+ mins for our popcorn chicken bowls; 2) there's only 1 small restroom. LOVED THE MOCKTAIL menu & taste. I got the basil mule. The katsu was delicious and fried well. I also liked the seasoning on the fries. The other chicken was missing something taste wise, but still good. Will definitely be back to try something else!

I remember 5 - 10 years ago there weren't that many, so when you saw one you didn't mind that there was a 20 minute line to order. Now, they seem to be all over the place and the old school quality control just isn't there. At one time, I'd have put Shake Shack ahead of In n Out burger in terms of the actual taste. Perfectly caramelized, browned smash patties seasoned nicely giving them a crunchy but juicy salty pop. Now ... Maybe 1 out of every 4 burgers I get here is good. The rest are a greasy mess. All you can taste is the drippy grease which saturates the bottom bun and oozes from the patties. After 3 bites, your stomach starts to do somersaults and you feel full and gross. No more can you taste the seasoning or salty special burger sauce ... it's just nasty grease. Fries are consistently average here. It's hard to fuck up bagged crinkle fries ... but the fries are as much as most burgers elsewhere and pretty unremarkable. (In fairness, In n Out has this issue as well, despite being fresher.) The Shakes here are pretty rough compared to Chic Filet next door. It's a sugary milk shake which also makes your stomach do cartwheels. If the line wasn't so long at Chic Filet, I'd go there for their amazing milk shakes. For $7-$8 fucking bucks at Shake Shack, a milk shake is way overpriced and not great. Overall, it's no mystery why, even during peak times, this place has no line at all while Chic Filet's line stretches around the store. I can honestly say this is the worst Shake Shack I've been to from a quality control aspect. It's just never consistent and they have about a 25% track record at making a good burger. All other times, it's a greasy mess with no taste.
